Thi s research ex amines co nsumers ' and manufactures' percepti ons on the bamboo craft products made in Korea. Based on the survey resul ts, this study proposes design development strateg ies through the cooperation between uni versiti es and bamboo craft industry The results of the survey admini strated to co nsumers and manufactur ers were that the qua lity of domestic bamboo products were high ly evaluated than that of imported product s by both of them. However, the manufacturers felt need for upgrading of their product design and desired to le arn mod ern desig n techn iqu es for th eir prod uct impro vements. Parti cularly, the manufacturer s wanted to e nhance their desi gn s tanda rds through the cooperation between universities and industry. Finally, the study suggests integrati ve development strategies for bamboo related businesses.

The application of cultural resources of Korean tradition to contemporary design development has been made to achieve the modernization and industralization of traditional art crafts. Most of countries in the recent world have attempted to develop unique cultural products based on their own tradition and culture. In fact , the industralization of traditional culture is found to be an important factor to enhance one country`s national image as well as the nation`s economy. Australia has been successful to develop and distribute cultural products of its Aboriginal art in its domestic market and world market. The Aboriginal art has a long history of paintings with the natural material such as rock, sound, wood bark, and animal leather. However, the Aboriginal artists applied modern painting material and techniques to their traditional paintings in about 30 years ago. These applications were very successful in obtaining general public`s attention and positive responses and in turn, the purchase of the Aboriginal paintings and artifacts. The Aboriginal culture products became the most important nation`s image products while gaining world-wide appraisal and acceptance. The success of Aboriginal art mass production has led to rebuild regional tribal communities consisting of community meeting center, art craft center, and education and art experience center. this resulted in the improvement of Aboriginal Society and economic prosperity. This research showed a concrete benchmark for traditional art assistance program. Korean government and regional governments are suggested to utility the excellent path of Aboriginal art promotion program for the traditional art and craft industry.

This study examines consumer' and manufacturers' perceptions and preference on the bamboo industry and bamboo craft products made in Korea. Also, this study investigates the possibilities of modem bamboo blind production by applying various new materials, techniques, and design patterns. The results of the survey to consumers and bamboo product manufacturers were that ordinary Korean consumers evaluated negatively the quality of bamboo products, particularly the design of them and the manufactures themselves evaluated negatively the design of their products and eagerly desired to learn new design techniques for their product improvements. The result of experimental study was that the combinations of fabric materials, natural dyeing, and design techniques in the development of bamboo blinds yielded modernized bamboo blind image that could be appealed by consumers. This study could be judged as a good example for the modem recreation of traditional arts. This study proposes the product devolvement and commercialization of traditional culture through the collaborations between bamboo craft industry and universities.

Comparative study between Korean and Japanese Clo thwrap pers in cultural and Industrial Aspects. The objectives of this study are to compare the charac teri st ics of Korean and Japanese cloth wrappers with respect to traditi on, structure, design meth od. and usage, and to draw practical implicati ons for the advanced deve lopment of modern cloth wrapper designs and it's industry. The results of compariso ns of two countries show that while Korean cloth wrapper industry anc! des ign developments have been fadi ng in last a few decades. Japan cloth wrapp er indus try is s till flo urishing by develop ing new desi gns consistently and usin g in various occasions such as cultura l events,.ritual, and shopping wrappers. For enhancing cloth wrapper usages and industry. this study proposes the development s of various demand seg ments. collaborati ve development among design related parties, raising interest in cloth wrapper culture, and participa tion in recycling and comovement. Finally this study provides six design developments of cloth wrappers in terms of usage situations.

네일미용 종사자들의 위생지식과 위생실천도의 상관관계 분석

네일미용 종사자과 고객들은 시술 중 위생관련 위험에 노출되고 있다. 네일미용은 대체로 교육 시스템이 체계적이지 못하고 법적인 규제가 미비하여 네일미용 서비스를 받는 고객과 시술자에게 많은 위생과 관련된 문제가 발생하고, 네일미용 종사자들의 위생 부분의 인식 부족으로 인해 네일 샵 내에서 고객과 시술자의 안전에 문제가 생기는 등 위생 관련 문제 등을 야기 할 수 있다. 네일미용 교육기관에서 네일미용 위생교육을 받은 경험이 있는 경우, 그렇지 않은 경우에 비해 상대적으로 위생지식 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났고 네일미용 위생교육 경험이 있는 경우 그렇지 않은 경우에 비해 상대적으로 네일미용 위생지식 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 네일미용 교육기관에서의 위생교육경험이 있는 경우, 그렇지 않은 경우에 비해 위생실천도가 높은 것으로 나타났고 네일 샵 근무기간 중 위생교육 경험여부에 따라서도 교육경험이 있는 경우, 그렇지 않은 경우에 비해 위생실천도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 네일미용 종사자들의 위생지식은 위생실천도(r=.494, p<.001)와 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 위생지식이 높은 종사자의 경우 위생실천도도 높은 것으로 교육 경험, 교육 필요성에 대한 인지여부가 실천과 상관관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 재활용 섬유를 이용한 친환경 섬유꼴라쥬 작품연구

Traditionally, visual art has been part of fine arts and industrial arts has been practically harmonized with our life as the second position in aesthetic value system. A turning point in contemporary art was emergence of collage. The collage was a chance that brought a great change to representational materials beyond a conventional method of using only hands. This study examines the concept and history of collage in the history of contemporary art, and materials and techniques used for collage represented in contemporary fabric art. Based on the results, we look at artists of fabric collage and their works of art, and suggest present and future directions on contemporary fabric collage. This study on fabric collage will provide an opportunity to recognize fabric art as an area of industrial arts and develop it into environmentally-friendly art with progressive artistic nature. 영화로 본 기생분장 변화 연구

영화는 시대상을 반영하여 그 시대를 살았던 사람들의 사상, 건축, 패션, 미술, 음악 등 문화 전반을 담고 있는 종합예술로 현대의 대중에게 가히 폭발적인 영향력을 행사 할 수 있는 매체이다. 특히 배우의 메이크업, 의상, 헤어는 대중에게 가장 크게 어필할 수 있으며 영화의 완성도를 높이는 수단이 된다. 사극영화에서의 화장 및 의상, 헤어는 역사적 고증을 바탕으로 현대적 감각에 맞는 요소들을 적절히 첨가해 극의 흐름을 이끌어가는 역할을 한다. 따라서 영화의 시대적 배경이 되었던 그 시대의 화장과 의상 및 헤어를 이해하고 영화에서는 어떻게 표현이 되었는지 연구해 봄으로써 분장 흐름을 파악할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 5편의 영화를 선정하여 사극 영화들에 등장하는 인물 중 기생을 중심으로 그들의 분장을 분석하여 분석결과를 토대로 어떻게 변화되어 가고 있는지를 알아보고자 한다. 영화 분장요소에 따른 캐릭터 이미지 분석에 관한 연구 - 성격장애를 중심으로 -

영화 분장은 영화 속에서 표현하고자 하는 극중 인물의 성격과 심리상태 와 극의 흐름을 간접적으로 전달해주는 기능을 하며 영화 속에서 등장인물의 캐릭터설정에 시각적인 정보를 나타내며 극의 시대적 배경과 성격 및 신분과 지위 등 모든 정보가 분장요소를 통해서 표현되어지고 영화의 주제를 함축적으로 암시하는 상징적 기능을 갖게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이상심리학의 이론에 근거하여 주인공의 캐릭터의 특성을 성격적 결함과 정신병적인 요소를 결부시켜 인물에 대한 철저한 분석을 통해서 주인공의 성격장애가 영화전반에 미치는 영향에 대해 고찰하고 영화 속에서 이러한 성격장애의 특징이 주인공의 캐릭터 설정과 극의 흐름에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 정리하고 분석하고자 하였다. 특히, 여러 정신장애 중에서 극적이고 감정적이며 변화가 많은 행동이 주된 특징인 반사회적 성격장애와 경계선 성격장애를 소재로 한 영화중에서 성격장애자의 주요 증상과 임상적 특징이 강하게 나타나는 영화 4편을 선정하여 각 각의 성격장애 유형에 따라 2편씩 분류하여 이상심리학의 이론을 근거로 분석한 캐릭터의 이미지를 메이크업, 헤어 등과 결부시켜 실제 영화 분장작업에 활용하여 영화분장에 전문성을 기할 수 있으리라 사료되어 진다. 호장근을 이용한 염색물의 후처리에 나타난 표면색 연구

20세기에 들어서면서 사람들은 풍요 속에서 편리함과 자연 친화적 생활을 요구하며 건강에 많은 관심을 갖게 되면서 항균, 소취, 항알레르기성 등의 기능성을 가진 새로운 천연 식물 재료에 의한 다양한 염재들의 연구가 진행되고 있다. 천연염색의 산업화 대중화를 위한 전통염재를 확대 응용하고자 황색에서 거의 흑색에 가까운 색을 낼 수 있는 염재로 알려져 있는 호장근을 선택하였다. 호장(虎杖)은 우리나라 전국 각 지역에서 자생하며 민간에서 화농성 피부염, 방광염, 항암 등의 치료약으로 사용해온 생약으로 주로 의학, 약학 분야에서 연구는 활발하다. 하지만 천연염색에 관한 연구는 활발하지 않아 염재로서 호장근에 대한 자료는 그리 많지 않다. 천연염색에 적합한 단백질 섬유인 견직물(명주)을 사용하여 염재로서 호장근의 특성을 알아보고 호장근 추출액 농도에 따라 견직물을 염색한 후 알루미늄백반(Al), 황산구리(Cu), 황산철(Fe), 염화제1주석(Sn)으로 후매염한 후 그 표면색의 변화를 측정한 결과 염액의 농도가 증가함에 따라 염착량도 증가하였으며 표면색상은 10∼40%까지는 약간의 붉은 끼가 나타나다가 60∼100%의 농도에서는 황색끼가 증가하였다. Fe 처리 농도가 진하면 반사율이 감소하여 색은 짙어졌지만 파장의 형태는 크게 변하지 않았다. 호장근은 염색 조건과 매염제의 조건에(종류, 농도) 처리에 따라 Yellow에서 Yellow Red 계열의 색상을 보였으며 황색계의 천연염료 중 하나로 활용할 수 있는 염재로 사용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. Keywords : 천연염색, 호장근, 표면색
