기업 부동산 보유가 기업가치에 미치는 영향: 산업 대비 편차를 중심으로

The decision to acquire real estate has both potential costs and benefits. According to prior research, the main benefit is increased borrowing capacity through the collateral channel, while the main cost is reduced responsiveness and increased risk due to the irreversibility of the investment. There are many studies on the relationship between corporate real estate and firm value. However, the literature focuses on the impact of the ‘level’ of real estate ownership on firm value. The optimal real estate ownership ratio of a firm may differ by industry due to the production process characteristics of each industry and the individual business environment of each firm. Based on this, this study empirically analyzes whether the level of real estate ownership of individual firms has different effects on firm value depending on the degree of deviation from the industry ratio rather than the level itself. We find that over-ownership has no effect on firm value. Rather, we find a significant negative impact on firm value when firms increase their real estate holdings after owning less real estate than their industry, and this impact is predominantly for firms that own the least real estate relative to their industry. In other words, we found that the market reacts more negatively to a sudden change in real estate holdings when a firm with few properties tries to increase its real estate holdings. This study differs from previous studies by focusing on the "degree of deviation" between a firm's real estate holdings and its intra-industry holdings, rather than the level of real estate holdings. This suggests that when companies acquire or dispose of real estate, they need to respond appropriately based on their asset status.
쉬라우드형 조류발전 시스템의 다중 채널구조에 따른 해수유동장 분석

Numerical analysis has been carried out to analyze seawater flow field and power generation characteristics of the tidal current power generation system for various multi channel shroud systems. Geometrical multi channel arrangement largely affects the flow field characteristics in the shroud system which power generation performance through turbine blade depends on. Sectional averaged velocity in front of the turbine blade which increases more than 2 times compared with channel inlet is much influenced as well as the flow from the rear with curl. And flow variation results in high inlet velocity in horizontal arrangements of multi channels with mechanical output of the turbine. These results are expected to be used as applicable data for the development of the tidal power generation system with shrouds.
기생충(寄生蟲) 감염(感染)과 말초혈액(末梢血液) 호산구(好酸球)의 동태(動態)에 관한 연구(硏究)

Eosinophilia cases among 494 parasite infested cases were analysed. Results are as followings: 1. The incidence of eosinophilia in parasite infested case are 32.4%, which is higher than in general populations (10%) 2. The incidence of eosinophilia are higher in single parasite infestation than double or more infestation. 3. Hematological findings including Hemoglobin, hematocrit, total W B C count and erythrocyte sedimentation rate are within normal limits and no significant difference is observed according to the degree of eosinophilia. 4. The sex and age distribution of those cases with parasitic infestation and eosinophilia are 69% in made, 31% in female and peak incidence in 30~40 years of age.
