Recently, the study for filling imbalance in thermoplastic polymer has gradually been increased. However, it is hard to find the researches for filling imbalance of thermoplastic elastomer(TPE). The experiment of filling imbalance was conducted for the three kinds of thermoplastic vulcanizes(TPVs) and PP polymer in the mold with geometrically balanced runner system(Unary Branch Type Runner System). In this experiment, the effects of the melt temperature, injection pressure and injection speed on the filling imbalance were investigated. There was also the imbalance in TPV injection molding process as well as in conventional injection molding with plastics. The tendency of filling imbalance in TPV injection molding specially decreased by taking place the hesitation of TPV melt.

The injection molding process is a predominant method for producing plastic parts. In order to maximize productivity and molding quality in a injection mold, it is important that each cavity in a multi-cavity injection mold is identical. This requires that cavity dimensions should be identical and delivery system of melt to each cavity have to be the same. Despite the geometrically balanced layout in multi-cavity injection mold more than 4 cavities, it has been observed that the filling in each cavity results in imbalances. Most of cases, this phenomenon of filling imbalances have a bad effect on dimension accuracy, warpage, molding appearance and strength of molding parts. In this study, experiment were conducted to investigate the effect of filling imbalances on the molding quality(surface gloss, shrinkage, tensile strength) in the multy-cavity injection mold.

Aspect of filling imbalance that is originated from imbalanced share rate in runner is changed by material property, runner layout that are factors of changing viscosity and by injection pressure, injection speed, melt temperature and mold temperature that are injection conditions. In this paper, we made a study of runner system that is one of factor of filling imbalance and Sharp Conner Effect and Groove Corner Effect that are recently released. The study are showed that filling rate of between inside and outside cavity was influenced on shape of runner. Also, we suggested runner system for filling imbalance by adapting the two effects at multi cavity of unary branch type and theoretical investigated flow in the Shrap Conner runner type.

The study was to out fitness characteristics of Slalom skiers and Giant slalom skiers on comparative analysis of aerobic power and anaerobic power. Original fitness according to performance of Slalom skiers and Giant slalom skiers and study was to make use of the finding for the purpose of upgrading Slalom skiers and Giant slalom skiers fitness training and evaluation. The surveyed of the test include top16 rankers of the national representative team. The groups were divided into two groups; Slalom skiers and Giant slalom skiers. For measurement of aerobic power, an automatic breath gas analyzer QMC(Quinton Co. USA), Q4500 was employed to measure VO(2)max, RER, HRmax, At, and HRrest. For measurement of anaerobic power, Wingate anaerobic power analyzer employed. Monark(SWEDEN)was employed to inspect a basic fitness condition. According to results, the following conclusion were obtained. 1. In case of inspection of aerobic power, HRmax, VEmax, AT, VO(2)max, were high in the group of Slalom skier but there was a significant difference in VO(2)max and AT(p<.05). 2. In case of inspection of anaerobic power, the group of slalom skier and there was significant difference in peak power and endurence racio (p<.05).
특이적 코어 안정화 운동이 라켓 스포츠 선수들의 동적밸런스와 스윙관련 근육 변화에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 라겟 스포츠의 대표적인 종목인 테니스 선수들에게 특이적 코어 안정화 운동이 동적 밸런스와 스윙관련 근육 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 2017년 5월부터 8월까지 4개월간 진행 되었으며, C대학 여자선수들 8명을 대상으로 선정하였다. 동적균형 능력은 코어 안정화운동 프로그램을 실시한 운동그룹의 경우 사전과 사후에 대한 변화에 있어 전체 스코어가 통제그룹에 비해 운동그룹에서 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 스윙관련 근력은 사전과 사후에 대한 변 화에 있어 우측무릎 신근과 요부신근의 스윙관련 근력만을 제외하고는 모든 자세에 있어 유의하게 개선된 반면, 스윙관련 근력에 대한 집단 간의 차이는 좌측무릎 굴근과 요부 굴근에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 결과적으로, 테니스 선수들에게 특이적 코어 안정화 운동은 동적 밸런스 향상과 스윙관련 근력의 향상을 기대할 수 있는 프로그램으로 사용될 가치가 있다고 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of a particular core stabilization movement on dynamic balance and swing-related muscle changes for tennis players, a representative sport of the larget sport. The dynamic balance is For the exercise group that conducted the core stabilization exercise program, significant improvements were made to all positions except for the balancing ability of the right (U), the lower right(DR), the lower left (DL) and the lower right(DL) in the changes to the dictionary and postmortem. The differences between groups for dynamic balancing capabilities showed significant changes in all positions except for upper (U), lower right (DR), lower left (DL), and lower left(DL), with the overall score significantly improved in the movement group over the control group. Swing-related muscle changes, It has been shown that there has been a significant improvement in all postures except for swing-related muscle strength of the right arm muscles and the lumbar nerve in changes to dictionaries and postmortem, whereas there has been no significant change in control groups. On the other hand, the difference between groups for swing-related muscle strength showed a significant difference in the left arm flexor and the lumbar flexor muscles. As a result, it is believed that for tennis players, a unique core stabilization exercise is worth being used as a program that can expect to improve dynamic balance and swing-related strength.
