        전북 진안지역 강우의 화학성분 조성 및 천연공급량

        공업단지에서 배출되는 대기오염물질이 확산작용에 의해 농업지대에 내리는 강우에 영향을 미치는지를 조사하기 위하여 1997년 5월 1일부터 1998년 4월 30일까지 비오염지로 예상되는 전라북도 진안군 마령면 수도작 농업지대에 내리는 강우중 화학성분의 함량변화와 천연공급량을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 강우pH는 $6.44{\sim}7.24$, EC는 $14.23{\sim}30.67{\mu}S/cm$의 범위를 나타내었다. 전질소의 함량은 $1.43{\sim}10.14㎎/L$, 암모니아태질소는 $0.57{\sim}4.39㎎/L$, 질산태질소는 $0.18{\sim}1.69㎎/L$의 범위를 나타내었다. 전인산은 $0.015{\sim}0.087㎎/L$의 범위를 나타내었으며, 가용성인산은 검출되지 않았다. 부유물질은 $3.6{\sim}15.3㎎/L$, $Ca^{++}$는 $0.37{\sim}1.66㎎/L$, $Mg^{++}$는 $0.17{\sim}0.52㎎/L$, $Na^+$는 $0.015{\sim}0.087㎎/L$ 그리고 $K^+$ 는 $0.17{\sim}0.58㎎/L$의 범위를 나타내었다. 조사대상 중금속중 중금속중 Cd, Pb, Ni, Cr은 검출되지 않았으며, Zn의 경우 $0.009{\sim}0.098㎎/L$, Cu의 경우 불검출${\sim}0.019㎎/L$의 범위를 나타내었는데 그 함량이 아주 낮은 수준이었다. 음이온성분 가운데 $Cl^-$는 $1.02{\sim}7.24㎎/L$, $SO_4^{2-}$는 $3.73{\sim}14.47㎎/L$, 의 범위를 나타내었다. 각종 화학성분의 천연공급량은 전질소 39.48㎏/㏊/yr, 암모니아태질소 21.82㎏/㏊/yr, 질산태질소 6.90㎏/㏊/yr, 전인산 0.68㎏/㏊/yr로 공급되었다. 양이온성분의 공급량은 각각 $Ca^{++}$ 4.46㎏/㏊/yr, $Mg^{++}$ 5.00㎏/㏊/yr, $Na^+$ 7.26㎏/㏊/yr, $K^+$ 5.46㎏/㏊/yr로 나타났다. 중금속물질 가운데 Pb, Cd, Ni와 Cr은 검출되지 않았으며, Cu와 Zn의 공급량은 각각 0.024㎏/㏊/yr, 0.44㎏/㏊/yr로 나타났다. 음이온성분중 $Cl^-$는 31.16㎏/㏊/yr, $SO_4^{2-}$ 98.76㎏/㏊/yr로 나타났다. Changes of chemical components and natural supplies by precipitation at agricultural zone in Chinan area of Chonbuk province from May 1, 1997 to April 30, 1998 were investigated. pH of precipitation ranged $6.44{\sim}7.24$ and EC showed $14.23{\sim}30.67{\mu}S/cm$. The $total{\sim}N$, NH4-N and NO3-N were $1.43{\sim}10.14$, $0.57{\sim}4.39$, and $0.18{\sim}1.69㎎/L$ respectively. The content of total-P showed $0.015{\sim}0.087㎎/L$ but ortho-P was not detected. The content of suspended solid, $Ca^{++}$, $Mg^{++}$, $Na^+$ and $K^+$ showed $3.6{\sim}15.3$, $0.37{\sim}1.66$, $0.17{\sim}0.52$, $0.22{\sim}0.87$, and $0.17{\sim}0.58㎎/L$. The content of SO42- and Cl- showed $3.37{\sim}014.47㎎/L$ and $1.02{\sim}7.24㎎/L$ respectively. Only Cu and Zn of heavy metals were detected $0{\sim}0.019㎎/L$ and $0.009{\sim}0.098㎎/L$ but Cd, Cu, Ni and Cr were not detected. Natural supplies of chemical components were 39.48㎏/ha/yr of total-N, 21.82㎏/ha/yr of $NH_4-N$, 6.90㎏/ha/yr of $NO_3-N$ and 0.68㎏/ha/yr of total-P. Also $Ca^{++}$, $Mg^{++}$, $Na^+$, $K^+$, $SO_4^{2-}$ and $Cl^-$ were supplied 14.46, 5.00, 7.26, 5.46, 98.76 and 31.16㎏/ha/yr respectively. Only of heavy metals were supplied 0.024㎏/ha/yr of Cu and 0.044㎏/㏊/yr of Zn.

        Streptomyces alboniger 가 생산하는 Protease 의 특성에 관한 연구

        Some physico-chemical properties of proteolytic enzyme produced from Streptomyces alboniger Hesseltine were characterized. The optimal pH and temperature of the enzyme; were around pH 9.0 and 40℃, respectively. The enzyme was stable between pH 6.0∼10.8 and the enzyme activity was not inactivated by heat treatment in lower temperature than 40℃. However the enzyme activity decreased by 70% of the initial activity for 10minutes at 70℃. The Km value was 7.1μM with Hammarsten casein and 333.3μM with cytochrom C. The activity of enzyme was inhibited by metal ions in the order of Fe^(+++)$gt;Hg^(++)$gt;Cu^(++$gt;Pb^(++)$gt;Zn^(++), whereas Ca++ increased the enzyme activity. There was no effect of Mg^(++) and Co+t on the enzyme activity. The enzyme was inhibited by EDTA strongly. When Ca^(++) was added to the EDTA-denaturated enzyme, the activity of enzyme was restored.

        논에서 강우에 의한 질소와 인산의 유출특성

        This research was carried out to investigate the runoff pattern of nutrients by rainfall from the paddy field located at the southwest of Korea. Effective rainfalls were 17.0 and 21.2 ㎜ for irrigation and non-irrigation period, respectively. The first runoff in paddy field was 6.3-33.7 ㎜ (average=12.9 ㎜) and 5.9-12.5 ㎜ (9.2 ㎜) for irrigation and non-irrigation period, respectively. And runoff ratio was 0.59-1.36 and 0.57-0.86 for irrigation and non-irrigation period, respectively. During irrigation and non-irrigation period, the outflow increased significantly with the precipitation. Pattern of precipitation-runoff differed between irrigation and non-irrigation period, as affected by precipitation intensity, hydrological condition, and cropping. There existed a linear relationship between the runoff loading of N and P and precipitation. During the irrigation and non-irrigation period, runoff loadings of N and P were not significantly different. However, there was significant difference in case of total suspended solids.

        대두(Glycine max) trypsin 억제제의 불활성화 및 품종별 억제활성

        This study was carried out to investigate the effect. of L-cysteine and sodium sulfite on heat inactivation of soybean trypsin inhibitor(STI) and to determine cultivar difference in the inhibitory activity of STI. Effect of L-cysteine and sodium sulfite at different concentrations, pH's, and lengths of treatment on inactivation of STI were studied. The inactivation of STI was spectrophotometrically determined by measuring the rate of production of p-nitroaniline from synthetic substrate, N-benzoyl-DL-arginine-p-nitroanilide. Addition of L-cysteine and sodium sulfite increased magnitude of heat inactivation and greatly inhibited the re-activation of STI. There was no difference STI inactivation in among soybean cultivars employed. The trypsin inhibitory activity of STI of the soybean cultivars ranged from 64.7 to 86.4 TIU(trypsin inhibitor unit) per gram soyflour and the decreasing order of the TIU was Jangback$gt;Hill$gt;Jangyeab, Kwangkyo$gt; Danyeab$gt;Dangkyung$gt;Paldal, Saeal, Duckyu$gt;Hwangkeum. Inhibitory activity of STI was correlated with cysteine content(r=0.6568^*) and with digestivility(r=-0.7695^(**)), but there was no correlation between the protein content and the inhibitory activity of STT.

        Peat 에 의한 중금속 Cd , Cu , Zn 의 흡착

        Heavy metal adsorption on peat was studied to examine the utilization of abundant natural resouces as pollution control. The smaller the peat particle size, the more the heavy metals studied were adsorbed. Adsorption of heavy metals on peat was greater in single metal solutions than in mixed solutions, and the order of adsorption amount on peat was Cu > Cd > Zn. The most effective pH range of the adsorption of Cd, Zn, and Cu was between 4 and 6. With increasing the concentration of heavy metals the amount of adsorption on peat was increased, but the adsorption ratio was decreased. The adsorption of heavy metals on peat was fitted to the Freundlich isotherm and peat was appeared to be an effective adsorbent of the heavy metals. The treatment of polyethyleneimine(PEI) on the peat surface effectively increased adsorption capacity of the heavy metals. Because of its higher energy content, the heavy metal adsorbed peat could be utilized as a energy source. After burning the peat, the reduced peat volume could be save the expenses for waste disposal.

        논 관개수중 영양물질의 함량변화와 천연공급량

        C㏊nges of nutrient material and heavy metals of irrigation water and natural supplies by irrigation water into 1.0㏊ of paddy field during the rice cultivation was investigated pH of irrigation water ranged 6.45∼8.34 and electrical conductivity showed 110μS/㎝ in the first irrigation period and commonly showed 90μS/㎝. The content of T-N, NH4-N and NO₃-N were 3.09∼12.36, 0.17∼1.34 and 2.70∼10.72㎎/L respectively. The content of T-P was 0.09∼0.22㎎/L and ortho-P was not detected. The content of Ca^(++), Mg^(++), Na^+ and K^+ showed 0.89∼5.12, 1.12∼2.76, 1.74∼4.52 and 1.34∼4.18㎎/L regardless of irrigation season respectively. Only Cu and Zn of heavy metals were detected 0.001∼0.009 and 0.007∼0.091㎎/L, but Pb, Cd, Cr and Ni were not detected When supplied 4,250㎥ of an irrigation water into 1.0㏊ of paddy field, natural supplies of nutrient materials were 29.67㎏ of T-N, 1.80㎏ of NH₄-N, 24.57㎏ of NO3-N and 0.51㎏ of T-P. Also Ca^(++). Mg^(++), Na^+, K^+, Cl^- and SO₄^(2-) were supplied 9.42, 7.09, 13.34, 9.08, 40.27 and 41.38㎏ respectively. Only Cu and Zn of heavy metals were supplied 0.017㎏ of Cu and 0.133㎏ of Zn, Pb, Cd, Cr and Ni were not supplied

        금강유역 농업지대의 토양 및 수질오염

        This studies was carried out to investigate the soil contamination and water quality affected by agricultural activities in the Keum river Districts. Soil pH of the Keum river districts were 5.56∼7.09 in Keum river headwater and Namdae-cheon but that of Keumgang-lake were 5.07∼7.21 because of the cattle shed and industrial complex around. Total nitrogen contents of soils were found difference as period of fertilizer application. Total phosphorous content of soils no difference were found between the headwater and Keumgang-lake. Heavy metal contents of soils were natural background level. Water pH of the Keum river districts ranged from 6.59 to 7.80 and COD was maintain below 1.0 ㎎/L. Total nitrogen content affected by a livestock wastes and sewage water were the higher than that of others and total phosphorous content showed below 0.5 ㎎/L. Nitrate nitrogen and ortho-phosphate contents were very high according to the influence a livestock waste and sewage water in headwater region of the Keum river partly. Chlorine and sulfate contents were high according to the influence of sea water invasion. Heavy metal contents of waters were natural background level.

        논 관개수에 함유된 토사 중 영양물질의 함량변화와 천연공급량

        Changes of nutrient material and natural supplies by sediment of irrigation water into 1.0ha of paddy field during the rice cultivation were investigated. TSS of the sediment contained irrigation water ranged 52.9∼125.6㎎/L and content of organic matter showed 1.89∼2.33%. Content of T-N, NH₄-N and NO₃-N were 623.5∼1775.2, 22.9∼75.8 and 10.2∼72.1㎎/㎏ respectively. Content of T-P and ortho-P were 186.7∼375.7 and 12.4∼38.9㎎/㎏ respectively. The content of exchangeable canons, Ca^(++), Mg^(++), Na^+ and K^+ were 435.3∼737.5, 127.3∼204.2, 36.6∼94.9 and 105.6∼232.9㎎/㎏ respectively. Total content of heavy metals were 13.4 of Pb, 0.6 of Cd, 8.2 of Ni, 12.1 of Cu, 29.8 of Zn and 19.7㎎/㎏ of Cr. During the period of rice cultivation, when supplied 4,250㎥ of an irrigation water into 1.0ha of paddy field, natural supplied 346.01㎏ of sediment, 7.11㎏ of organic matter, 0.50㎏ of T-N, 0.02㎏ of NH₄-N, 0.01㎏ of NO₃-N, 0.08㎏ of T-P and 0.01㎏ of Ortho-P. Also exchangeable Ca^(++), Mg^(++), Na^+ and K^+ were supplied 0.21, 0.06, 0.02 and 0.06㎏ respectively. Loaded of the total heavy metal showed natural background level.
