Dental computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) technology have rapidly progressed over the past 30 years. The technology, which can be used in the dental laboratory, the dental office and the form of production centers, has become more common in recent years. This technology is now applied to inlays, onlays, crowns, fixed partial dentures, removable partial denture frameworks, complete dentures, templates for implant installation, implant abutments, and even maxillofacial prostheses. Dentists and dental technicians, who want to use these techniques, should have certain basic knowledge about that. This article gives an overview of CAD/CAM technologies, histories and how it applies in prosthetic dentistry.
볼링 지도자의 지도행동유형이 선수 운동만족에 미치는 영향

This research aimed to investigate the relationship between the leader``s leadership style and the athlete``s athletic satisfaction by applying non-replacement cluster sampling to 528 athletes from high schools, universities and amateur bowling teams. The collected data was evaluated by the program, SPSS 18.0. This implements independent-sample t-test and one-way Analysis of Variance(ANOVA) and credibility with Cronbach``s a value. A Scheffe test was used for the post-hoc analysis with a=.05 significance level. First, in both leader``s leadership style and athletic satisfaction of the athlete, more male athletes showed higher satisfaction than the female athletes. Second, high school athletes showed higher leadership behavioral type and satisfaction with leadership from a coach, than athletes from universities and amateur teams. Third, athletes of less than three years showed highest percentage of positive feedback, and athletes of more than 7 years showed the lowest percentage of negative feedback towards a coach. Fourth, in participation motive, in leader behavior type, sibling-recommended was the highest in explanation/questionnaire instruction while parent-recommended was the highest in management instruction. Moreover, in athletic satisfaction, self-selected was chosen to be the highest in task achievement satisfaction while coach selection was the most satisfied when recommended by sibling.

최근 대부분 기업에서는 통합 데이터베이스 정보를 모델화하고 이를 전략적으로 활용하는 움직임이 가속화되고 있다. 이는 고객과의 커뮤니케이션 및 관계유지로 대변되는 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)이 기업들의 가장 중요한 이슈 중 하나로 부각되고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 이런 관점에서 CRM의 핵심 요소인 데이터 마이닝 기법을 이용하여 개발한 고객 스코어링 모델을 마케팅 층(Marketing Layer)에 연결해주는 스코어링 캠페인 시스템을 개발 하고자 한다. 개발한 시스템은 고객 스코어링 결과 및 캠페인 대상자 선정 작업을 쉽게 할 수 있도록 GUI환경에서 제공해 줌으로서 일반 사용자들이 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. Recently, most companies are speeding up the movement of modeling and strategically applying IDI (Integration Database Information). This is due to the fact that CRM (Customer Relationship Management) representing communication and relation maintenance with customers, has been raised one of the most important issues for companies. From this point of view, this study is to develop the scoring campaign system connect-ing customer scoring model to marketing layer through data mining techniques which are the core factor for CRM. This developed system makes users easily choose the target customers as well as easily obtain customer scoring results under GUI circumstances which helps users easily apply as a result.
도로유지관리를 위한 음향 및 영상 데이터 기반의 도로포장종류 구분 기계학습모형 연구

The investigation of tire-road noise according to the type of road pavement is time-consuming and expensive. In this study, an artificial neural network model was applied to address this problem. Models to classify road pavement types (for example, transverse-tined, longitudinal-tined, NGCS, DG, and SMA) were implemented and their performance were compared. Input data were constructed by combining the features extracted from tire-road noise and road surface images. The tire-road noise collected using the OBSI measurement method was analyzed for the sound pressure level, sound intensity, and sound quality indices. Road surface image data were analyzed using the image feature extraction algorithms of the Hough transformation and histogram of gradient(HOG). The top 10 important variables were selected by inputting each feature into a random forest model, and artificial neural network models were constructed by each feature. The classification accuracy of the model using only acoustic features was 90.8 % and that using only image features was 88.8 %. The accuracy of the model using both features was 97.3 %. The overall classification performance was improved by using the acoustic and image features.
방사선학적 치근단병소의 크기와 특징에 대한 치근단낭종 및 육아종의 상관관계연구

The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship of radiographic lesion size, gender, age of patients and radiographic character to the diagnosis of periapical cyst and granuloma. The data was collected from 187 periapical lesions of 167 patients who undergone apical surgery at Department of Conservative Dentistry, Seoul National University Dental Hospital from 2003 to 2005. The lesion were surgically removed and send for biopsy to the Oral Pathology Laboratory. From the initial radiograph, lesion size was calculated using PiViweSTAR (INFINITT, Korea) program. The obtained data were statistically evaluated using SPSS (p<0.05). The result were as followings: 1. From 187 biopsy samples, the incidence of periapical cyst was 28.34% and granuloma was 65.24%. 2. There was a significant correlation between periapical cyst and the size of radiographic lesion (p<0.01). 3. There were no significant correlations between age, gender, location of lesion and the final diagnosis (p>0.05). 4. There was a significant correlation between the non-demarcation of the lesion and the incidence of periapical granuloma (p<0.01). 본 연구는 2003년부터 2005년까지 서울대학교 치과병원 보존과에 내원한 환자 중 치근단수술을 시행한 환자 167명에서 생검을 위해 적출한 187개의 치근단병소를 대상으로 하였다. 수술 후 조직검사 결과 얻은 진단명과 환자의 진단기록에서 환자의 성별, 나이, 발병 부위, 방사선 사진 상의 특징 그리고 병소의 크기와의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 초진시 방사선 사진에서 치근단병소의 크기를 PiViewSTAR (INFINITT, Korea)를 이용하여 화소를 계산함으로써 면적을 구하였다. 이를 바탕으로 통계 분석프로그램 SPSS (version 12.0K, SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA)를 이용해 방사선사진상 크기와 진단명과의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 나이와 진단명과의 상관관계는 일원배치 분산분석을 시행하고 성별, 부위, 방사선사진상의 특징과 진단명과의 상관관계는 교차분석을 통해 카이제곱검정으로 조사하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 187의 치근단병소 조직검사결과 치근단병소 중 치근단낭종의 비율은 28.34%, 육아종의 비율은 65.24%, 기타병소의 비율은 6.42%로 나타났다. 2. 방사선사진상 병소의 크기가 커질수록 치근단 낭종일 확률이 높았다(p<0.01). 3. 나이, 성별, 발병부위와 진단명사이에서 유의 한 상관관계가 없었다(p>0.05). 4. 병소의 경계가 명확하지 않은 것과 치근단육아종의 발생빈도는 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다(p<0.01).
건설기계 조립 라인 투입 순서를 고려한 제관 공정 생산 스케줄링에 관한 연구

The body of an excavator, one sort of the construction equipment, consists of mainframe part, track frame part, boom part and arm part. The all parts are manufactured in the body welding operation. The scheduling in the body welding operation of a construction equipment manufacturing is to take all the various constraints into consideration. The offset time, due date, daily capacity of operations, daily jig's capacity, precedence relation, outsourcing, alternative resource and all of the shop floor environment should be considered. An APS(Advanced Planning & Scheduling) system is a proper and efficient system in such circumstance. In this paper, we present an APS system, the optimal scheduling system for the construction equipment manufacturing specifically for the body welding operation, using ILOG Solver/Scheduler. ILOG Solver/Scheduler is a general purposed commercial software which supports to find a feasible or optimal solution using object oriented technique and constraints satisfaction programming, given constraints and objectives.

Recently, the public postal service of Korea confronts with business environment changes such as the opening of postal market and appearance of the domestic competitive enterprises. It is the current state that the public postal service of Korea should have a competitive edge by the productivity improvement of business processes. In this paper, we proposed new working tables for manual letter sorting which is one of the important process in mail center. We suggested standard working method and standard time in a mail center Based on these, we established the procedure for setting up a fair day's work in other mail centers. By the result of this research, we expect that the productivity of the mail sorting operation will be increased.
