Cortisone 多量長期投與가 家兎子宮腎臟 및 胃組織의 水分 및 電解質에 미치는 影響

Author has attempted to clarify the effects of sex hormones on electrolytes in the tissue of uterus, kidney and stomach of mature females rabbits weighing about 2 ㎏. Determination of electrolyte levels of uterus, kidney and stomach after administration of cortisone 25㎎ daily for 2weeks after castration were undertaken. Levels of Cl, Na, K, Ca, Mg and water content in the organ tissue mentioned in the foregoing were determined and changes in electrolytes levels and comparison of the electrolytes and water contents in theses were undertaken after a long term administration of cortisone in large doses on castrated rabbits. Flame-photometry was utilized for the determination of Na and K levels, Schales and Schales method for Cl contents and Kovacs and Tarrnoky's method for Ca and Mg contents. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. Serum electrolyte level of rabbits following castration produced no appreciable changes but a long term administration of cortisone in large doses to castrated rabbits produced a marked increase in K, Ca and Mg levels. 2. Castration of female rabbits produced a marked increase in Cl and Ca levels and a marked decrease in Mg levels of uterine tissue, whereas a long term administration of cortisone in large doses on castrated rabbits produced a marked increase in Cl, Na, Ca and Mg levels. 3. Castration of female rabbits produced a marked increase in K levels of kidney tissue, whereas a long term administration of cortisone in large doses on castrated rabbits produced a marked increase in Mg levels. 4. Castration of female rabbits produced a marked increase in Ca and Mg levels of stomach tissue, whereas a long term administration of cortisone in large doses on castrated rabbits produced a marked increase in Cl, Na, K and Mg levels and a decrease in water and Ca levels. 5. Water content of uterine of normal, castrated and cortisone injected castrated rabbits produced less appreciable changes than that of kidney and stomach tissue. 6. In normals female rabbits, Cl content of uterine tissue showed a marked decrease than that of kidney tissue and a slight decrease in comparison that of stomach tissue. In castrated female rabbits, Cl content of uterine tissue showed a marked decrease than that of kidney and stomach tissue, whereas Cl content of uterine, kidney and stomach tissue showed no appreciable changes in cortisone injected castrated rabbits. 7. In normal and castrated female rabbits, Na content of uterine tissue showed a marked decrease than that of kidney tissue and a increase than that of stomach tissue, but in cortisone injected castrated rabbits, Na content of uterine tissue showed a increase than that of kidney and stomach tissue. 8. In normal female rabbits, K content of uterine tissue showed a marked decrease than that of kidney tissue and similar to that of stomach tissue but in castrated and cortisone injected female rabbits, that showed a slight decrease than that of stomach tissue and similar to that of kidney tissue. 9. In normal and castrated femae rabbits, Ca content of uterine tissue showed a maked decrease than that of kidney and stomach tissue, but in cortisone injected castrated rabbits, Ca content of uterine, kidney and stomach tissue showed no appreciable changes. 10. In normal and castrated female rabbits Mg content of uterine tissue showed a marked decrease than that of kidney and stomach tissue. In cortisone injected castrated rabbits, Mg content of uterine tissue showed a decrease than that of kidney tissue and similar to that of stomach tissue.

On Quantitative Analysis of Tripellenamine HC1. The Flnorometric determination of Tripellenamine HC1 was investigated in the presence of various compound by means of the reaction of cyanogen bromide on several pyridine derivatives' According to the results, the following Summerized. 1. Suitable filters were primary filter : #110-811 Secondary filter : #110-87 #110-823 2. Limns of measurement was 2㎍/㎖∼10㎍/㎖. 3. By this method Tripellenamine HC1 can be determined in the presence of various compounds.

From these, this study selected and summarized ten articles, in which the findings were notable, new, and interesting: effects of high-frequency oscillation ventilation on acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS); safety and efficacy of hydroxyethyl starch as a resuscitation fluid; long-term psychological impairments after ARDS; safety and efficacy of dexmedetomidine for sedation; B-type natriuretic peptide-guided fluid management during weaning from mechanical ventilation; adding of daily sedation interruptions to protocolized sedations for mechanical ventilation; unassisted tracheostomy collar of weaning from prolonged mechanical ventilations; and effects of nighttime intensivist staffing on the hospital mortality rates.
