전라남도 보성의 북부산지를 대표하는 천봉산(608m)일대에 자생하는 관속식물들을 밝히고 주요 식물들을 파악하였다. 2005년 3월부터 2005년 10월까지 총 4차례 현지조사를 통해 밝혀진 소산식물은 104과 307속 446종 3아종 56변종 6품종의 511종류로 조사되었다. 이 중 한반도 특산식물은 총 12분류군이 확인되었으며, 산림청 지정 한국 희귀식물은 8종류가 조사되었다. 환경부 지정 특정 식물종은 Ⅴ등급 2종류, Ⅳ등급 1종류, Ⅲ등급 8종류, Ⅱ등급 7종류, 1등급에는 28종류 등 총 46종류가 분포하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 귀화식물은 총 38분류군, 귀화율은 7.4%로 전남지역의 평균 귀화식물분포보다 높게 나타났다. The vascular plants of Cheonbongsan(608m) and its adjacent regions, located in Boseong-gun, Jeollanam-do were surveyed from March to October 2005. The vascular plants collected 4 times were consisted of total 511 taxa; 104 families, 307 genera, 446 species, 3 subspecies, 56 varieties and 6 formas respectively. Among them, 12 taxa Korean endemic plants and 8 taxa of Korean rare plants were investigated in addition to 46 taxa of specially designated plants announced by the Ministry of Environment. The naturalized plants were 38 taxa, therefore naturalized ratio was 7.4%, higher than naturalized ratio average in Jeollanam-do.

A survey to investigate the inhabitation of Callipogon relictus Semenov and evaluate the population of the species in the Gwangneung Forest was conducted during last seven years. During the study, a female was observed in the forest in 2006 which confirmed a possibility of the inhabitation with a small population. Fortunately, a ovipositing female was observed in the forest during this study period in 2006. The female laid more than 20 eggs singly in the crack of bark of the Carpinus laxiflora Blume. We collated the all available data for the species with the present study including the previous reports to provide the information far the conservation plan. It will be needed the long term monitoring and various efforts for the conservation of the species will be need hereafter. 본 연구는 광릉숲에서의 장수하늘소의 실제 서식현황을 재확인하고, 서식밀도를 추정하기 위해 수행하였다. 2006년 성충 발생기를 전후하여 조사한 결과 암컷 1개체가 발견되었으며, 발견된 암컷의 방사과정에서 산란행동이 관찰되었는데, 나무 상부로 이동하면서 서어나무의 수피 틈에 낱개로 산란하였으며 산란회수는 20회 이상임이 확인되었다. 금번연구를 통해 현재까지 알려진 정보들을 종합하고 이들의 보전을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.
동아시아 특산식물 애기닥나무 Broussonetia kazinoki Siebold ex Siebold & Zucc (Moreaceae) 종자의 발아특성

This research was conducted to develop a seed propagation protocol for the use of Broussonetia kazinoki Siebold ex Siebold & Zucc, which native to East Asia. Light and temperature conditions, GA3 treatment, and low-temperature stratification were performed to evaluate the germination characteristics. The germination percentage at 4, 15/6, 20/10 and 25/15℃ was 0, 42. 5, 44. 4 and 91.7%, respectively. Thus, the optimal germination temperature of the B. kazinoki seeds was 25/15℃. Although germination was delayed by relatively low temperature conditions, GA3 treatment allowed for increased germination rates even under the low temperature conditions. Cold stratification reduced time to germination. Relatively low germination percentages at 20/10℃ and 15/6℃ indicated that the seeds had been under the state of conditional dormancy. Through this study, B. kazinoki seeds have conditional dormancy because they can be germinated through GA3 treatment even under relatively low temperature conditions and it is judged that it will support the commercial propagation practice in the future.

전라남도 해남군에 위치한 달마산 및 인근지역에 자생하는 관속식물상을 밝히고 주요 식물들의 분포를 파악하였다. 2005년 3월부터 10월까지 총 4회 조사를 실시한 결과 달마산 일대의 관속식물은 112과 322속 473속 3아종 60변종 9품종의 총 545분류군으로 조사되었다. 그 중 한반도 특산식물은 12분류군이었며, 희귀 및 멸종위기식물이 4분류군이 분포하였다. 또한 환경부 지정 특정식물종으로는 IV등급 5분류군, Ⅲ등급 17분류군 등 총 85분류군이 조사되었다. 한반도 미기록 식물로 `초록별꽃(신칭)`이 관찰되었고, 차꼬리고사리, 수수고사리, 금억새, 처진물봉선, 서울민바랭이 5분류군은 이번 연구를 통해 한반도 내 자생지가 새롭게 확인되었다. 본 조사지역의 귀화식물은 29분류군으로 전제분류군의 5.3%를 차지하여 전남지역의 평균 귀화식물분포 수와 비슷한 수치로 조사되었다. The vascular flora of Dalmasan and its adjacent regions, located in Haenam-gun, Jellanam-do, is surveyed from Mar. to Oct. 2005. The number of the vascular plant taxa based on voucher specimens is 545 total which belongs to 112 families, 322 genera, 473 species, 3 subspecies, 60 varieties and 9 forms respectively. Among them, 12 taxa of Korean endemics and 4 taxa of rare and endangered plants were investigated in addition to 86 taxa of specially designated plants announced by the Ministry of Environment. A unrecorded taxon, Stellaria neglecta Weihe, is also collected in this area. Furthermore, The habitat of 5 taxa such as Asplenium trichomanes L., Asplenium wilfordii Mett. ex Kuhn, Miscanthus sinensis var. chejuensis Y.N.Lee, Impatiens kojeensisi Y.N.Lee and Digitaria violascens var. intersita Ohwi were newly added to the flora of korea, and 29 taxa of induced and naturalized plants were observed in this area.

Leptoglossus occidentalis Heidemann, 1910 was newly recorded in Korea as a invasive species at Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea in 2010 and 2011. Leptoglossus Guerin-Meneville, 1831 is also newly recorded Coreid genus in Korea. The diagnostic shape is expanded leaf-like hind tibiae. The origin of this species is North America and it has been rapidly propagated around the world as a pest. This bug recognized as a pest on almost of Pinaceae plants and they suck on developing cones, so the monitoring on the present invasion of this species in Korea is urgent. It was presumed that the invasion of Leptoglossus occidentalis into Korea was before 2010 with present study.
