본 연구는 1998년부터 추진되어온 토지정보화사업의 성과를 종합적으로 조망하고 향후 토지정보화사업 추진에 필요한 중장기적 차원의 정보화 추진방향과 발전방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법으로는 문헌조사방법과 설문조사방법을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 토지정보화 발전방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 토지정보 구축부분에 있어서는 지형도와 지적도의 연계수준을 높여야한다. 둘째, 정보기술의 측면에서는 토지종합정보망 구축시 모바일, 3D, GPS, GIS기술이나 디지털TV기술 등 최신 신기술을 활용할 수 있도록 기술적 지원과 토지종합정보망의 정보기술표준화 추진체계를 확립해야 한다. 셋째, 토지정보의 유통 측면에서는 국가GIS 유통체계와의 지속적인 연계와 쌍방향의 서비스로 전환이 필요하다. 넷째, 법제도의 제ㆍ개정 측면에서는 대국민서비스 활성화를 위한 단기적으로 조례, 규칙, 지침 형태의 법령 정비와 장기적으로는 토지 종합정보망 활용을 법률로 의무화하는 방안이 필요하다. 다섯째, 타정보 사업과의 연계성 측면에서는 타 정보화 사업의 연계수준을 높이기 위하여 정보화 사업 간의 연계에 필요한 법적 근거 및 통합된 추진기반을 사전에 조율해야 된다. This study aims to provide a comprehensive review of the outcome of the LMIS project in terms of its achievements and shortcomings and to suggest mid/long-term strategies for future development. It also provides the necessary steps to propel the LMIS project into a new dimension by forecasting future demands that can reflect the changes in information technologies and surrounding social environments. Through the literature review, this study examined the changes in social environment, such as the advent of information society, or the knowledge-based society and analyzed the implications of these changes on the overall demand for land information. The analysis of the actual project reports and Products was used to identify the strength and the Weakness of the current systems and to categorize the problems that need to be solved. A new requirements reflecting the changing environments were identified through the survey of the officials who were involved in information management or LMIS project itself. Based on these new requirements, strategies for the future system development in the Jellabuk-Do Land Information System were suggested.

The High-Technology Park can lead various regional developments through the level-up of industrial structure by settling technology intensive industry resulting from the investment toward high-technology industry. The purpose of study is to seek for ways of the revitalization of High-Technology Park as new methods for regional development. Study site is the High-Technology Park in Chonju City which is currently building up. Study purpose is performed through survey and analysis of actual situation. At first, theoretical study and examples of internal and external high-technology park are conducted, and then methods for revitalization of it are suggested through the outline of development, the research of the related policies and the questionnaire to experts. The results on this study are as follows, 1. To revitalize the high-technology park through inducing companies, establishing Enterprise Introduction Committee, which guides the policy and financing support of government and cooperative activities of government and public, is one of very efficient ideas. 2. To overcome the current poor sale in lots and to make the high-technology companies be rapidly set up, which is the most important thing for the revitalization of high-technology park, the current method to sell in lots may be changed into renting them. 3. To actively induce companies, the foundation of research institutes or supporting organization is urgent. Especially, in case of High-Technology Park in Chonju City, Techno-Park or Venture Enterprise Site is adequate type. 4. To revitalize High-Technology Park in Chonju City, the technological cooperation among related enterprises and the cooperative systems among industrial, academic, and governmental organizations as ways to promote the technology are needed. 5. To improve the effectiveness of promoting technology, those institutes or organizations are indispensable. Therefore, first of all, the Incubator of High-Technology Human Resource is right one for Chonju City.
MHD발전용 작동 플라즈마를 고온가열하기 위한 효율적 방안에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 각 운전모드별 열특성을 전체적으로 고려하여 양질의 MHD발전 용 작동플라즈마를 얻기 위하여 필요한 효과적인 방책에 관하여 집중적으로 고찰하고 자 한다. Heat transfer processes in the combustion chamber of a pebble bed regenerative heat exchanger for MHD power generation has been analyzed numerically for heating, evacuation argon heating periods individually. The calculated result well explain the measured temperature change at the top of the pebble bed. The analytical result point out that the length of evacution period and the geometry optimization both for the combustion chamber and the heat storage bed are very important factors for the improvement of thermal performance in MHD power generation.
