오늘날 컴퓨터가 복잡한 해석을 수행하는 도구로 이용되더라도 해석의 결과값에 대한 적합성을 평가하기 위해서는 공학적 판단이 필요하다. 근사해석법은 이러한 결과값을 검토하기 위한 편리한 도구가 될 수 있으며 골조의 응력분포 그리고 부재 사이즈의 직하중 및 수평하중을 받는 강접골조를 근사해석하기 위한 방법을 제시하는 것이며 본 연구에서 제안한 방법의 유효성을 검증하기 위해서 기존의 방법과 비교하였고 구조물 거동의 예측에 있어서 향상된 결과를 보여주었다. Even in today's computer-oriented world with all its sophisticated analysis tools, engineering judgement is required to assess the adequacy of computer output. Approximate analysis method can be a feasible tool to check solutions from computer softwares roughly. It can be a simple tool for structural engineer to check force distribution in frame. Also, it can serve as a basis in selecting preliminary member sizes. The objective of this study is length factor and inflection points. The validity of this method is examined by comparing the results of this method with those of existing methods, showing improvement in the prediction of structural behavior.

The methanolic product of assai(Euterpe oleracea Mart) scavenged the intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) and 1,1-diphenyl-2- picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical, and prevented lipid peroxidation. The radical-scavenging activity of assai palm methanolic extract protected the viability of peritoneal macrophage cells exposed to hydrogen peroxide(H2O2). Furthermore, the extract reduced the apoptotic-cell formation induced by H2O2, as demonstrated by the decrease in the number of hypodiploid cells and in the apoptotic-cell body formation. These results indicate that assai palm methanolic extract has radical-scavenging activity and ameliorates H2O2-induced cytotoxicity.

국가에서 해안선의 경계는 국토의 경계를 결정하는 중요한 요소지만, 최근 온난화로 인한 해수면 상승과 수십 년간에 걸친 성장위주의 경제정책으로 인해 우리나라의 해안선은 급격히 변하고 있다. 본 연구는 인근지역에 위치하면서 서로 동일한 해양조건을 가지고 있는 두 개의 해수욕장에서 해안선이 자연모습 그대로 보존된 지역과 인공구조물로 인해 주변의 해안선이 훼손된 지역을 중심으로 이루어 졌다. 먼저 1947년에서 2007년까지의 항공사진을 이용하여 해안선을 추출하고, 이를 후처리 Kinematic GPS 측량방식을 적용하여 획득한 육상부의 지형자료와 선박을 이용해 단빔음향측심기(Echotrac 3100)와 DGPS(Beacon)로 구성된 수로측량자동화시스템을 통해 획득한 수심측량 자료를 이용해 조위를 보정했다. 그리고 결정된 해안선을 이용해 60년간의 변화와 연적 변화량을 5개의 구간으로 나눠서 구했다. 그 결과 1947년에 비해 2007년에 해운대 해수욕장은 서쪽지역을 중심으로 급격히 면적이 감소하면서 총 -29%의 면적 감소율을 보였고, 광안리 해수욕장은 양끝의 인공구조물에 의한 유속의 감소로 인한 퇴적이 이루어지면서 총 69% 면적이 증가해 동일해양조건임에도 불구하고 주변 환경에 따라 해빈의 침ㆍ퇴적 경향에 큰 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. The border of the shorelines in a nation is an important factor in determining the border of a national territory, but Korea's shorelines are rapidly changing due to the recent rise in sea level from global warming and growth-centered economic policy over the decades of years. This research was done centering on the areas having well-preserved shorelines as they naturally are and other areas having damaged shorelines in their vicinities due to artificial structures at the two beaches located at the neighboring areas and having mutually homogeneous ocean conditions with each other. First, this research derived the shorelines using the aerial photographies taken from 1947 until 2007 and revised the tidal levels sounding data obtained from a hydrographical survey automation system consisting of Echosounder[Echotrac 3100] and Differential Global Positioning System[Beacon]by using topographical data and ships on land obtained by applying post-processing Kinematic GPS measuring method. In addition, this research evaluated the changes and dimensional variations for the last 60 years by dividing these determined shorelines into 5 sections. As a result, the Haewundae Beach showed a total of 29% decrease rate in dimension as of the year 2007 in comparison with the year 1947 due to a rapid dimensional decline centering on its west areas, while the dimension of the Gwanganri Beach showed an increase in its dimension amounting to a total of 69% due to the decrease in flow velocity by artificial structures built on both ends of the beach-forming accumulation; thus, it was found that there existed a big difference in deposition & accumulation tendency depending on neighboring environment in spite of the homogeneous ocean conditions.
대장 측방 발육형 종양의 임상 병리학적 특성 및 내시경 치료

Background/Aims: Laterally spreading tumors (LSTs) of the colorectum are defined as lesions greater than 10 mm in diameter with a low vertical axis that extend laterally along the luminal wall. We analyzed the clinicopathologic characteristics and endoscopic treatment of LSTs on the colorectum. Methods: The 127 colorectal LSTs were collected from January 2005 through February 2007. Those lesions were analysed according to their endoscopic and pathologic findings. Results: 67 LSTs (52.8%) were more than 20 mm in size. Most common involved sites of LSTs were rectum (32.4%) and ascending colon (25.9%). Mostcommon subtype of LSTs were granular-homogeneous type (G-H) (37%). Histologic types were 76 tubular adenomas (59.8%), 24 tubulovillous adenomas (18.8%), 6 villous adenomas (4.8%) and 21 adenocarcinoma (16.6%). Both nodular mixed type (G-NM) and pseudo-depressed type (NG-PD) contained a carcinomatous component with high frequency as compared with the G-H type. Carcinoma invaded into the submucosa were present in 3 lesions of G-NM type and 6 lesions of NG-PD type. Conclusions: LSTs showed different clinicopathologic characteristics depending on the morphologic classification. G-NM type or NG-PD type had more malignant potential than other types. Endoscopists should select an adequate therapeutic strategy for large LST with careful consideration. (Intest Res 2007;5:33-37)

무선 인터넷 시장의 급속한 발전으로 인해 컨텐츠에 대한 사용자들의 다양한 요구가 증가되고 있고, 그로인해 WML과 WML Script를 개발자가 실제와 같은 상황에서 편리하게 개발 할 수 있는 환경이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 CP(Content Provider)들이 쉽고 편리하게 WML(Wireless Markup Language) 컨텐츠(Content)를 개발, 브라우징하기 위한 WML(Wireless Application Protocol) Emulator의 설계와 구현에 대하여 기술한다. WML Emulator는 WML 파싱(parsing) 모듈과 인터페이스(Interface)모듈, 그리고 Data Send/Receive 모듈로 구성되며, 디코딩(Decoding)된 WML 문서를 파싱하여 브라우저로 보여준다.
A6061-T6의 원형포켓 반복가공시 표면거칠기와 진직도에 관한 연구

In this experiment, the dimensional accuracy and roundness of 25 holes were measured during repeated processing using one circular pocket tool under different cutting conditions, such as various feed rates and spindle rotation speeds, using A6061-T6 material and TiCN- and TiAlN-coated end-mill tools. The purpose of this analysis is to determine the optimal cutting conditions. As a result of measuring the surface roughness, it was found that the TiCN-coated tool exhibited the most precise dimensional tolerance at a spindle speed of 2,000 rpm and feed speed of 200 mm/min, which corresponded to an Ra value of 0.4583 μm. Moreover, TiAlN-coated tools showed the tightest dimensional tolerances at a spindle speed of 3,000 rpm and feed rate of 100 mm/min. As a result of measuring the straightness, it was found that the TiCN-coated tool showed the most precise straightness at a spindle speed of 3,000 rpm and feed speed of 100 mm/min. When the maximum and minimum dimensions of the surface roughness of each coating tool were compared, the TiCN tools were found to be more favorable. However, when the minimum and maximum dimensions of straightness were compared, the TiAlN tools were found to be more favorable.
