1980년 2월 1일부터 1986년 1월 31일까지 6년동안 성애병원 산부인과에서 산욕기 자궁내번증 5례를 경험하였기에 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하였다 An inverted uterus is one that is partially or completely turned inside out This condition ustally occurs immediately following delivery, but inversion may also occur during the puerperium In rare instances, inversion may develop in the pedunculated myoma, carcinoma, or sarcoma But puerperal inversion of the uterus constitutes an obstetric emergency with significant mortality, despite modern availability of blood transfusion and antibiotics The experience of the authors over the previous 6 years was reviewed and 5 cases of puerperal inversion were reported with brief review of the literatures

본원에서 병합임신 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. The coexistence of intrauterine and extrauterine gestation is a somewht rare obstetric phenomenon. The first case was reported in 1708, by Duverney as an autopsy finding . We experinced a case of combined pregnancy that intrauterine and right tubal pregnancy. Following is a report of this case with a brief review of literatures.
