        1930년대 전반기 李光洙의 指導者論과 파시즘-同友會(修養同友會) 機關誌 <東光>을 중심으로-

        Lee, Kwang-soo's Leadership Argument and Fascism in the Former Half of 1930's Choi, Ju-han This thesis investigates Lee, Kwang-soo's leadership argument in the former half of 1930's, considering it from the point of totalitarian nationalism, studying Dongkwang, the bulletin of Dongwoohoi. Dongwoohoi enlarged and developed its system changing its aim from cultivation to independence in the former half of 1930's. Lee, Kwang- soo, the chief editor of Dongkwang, suggested the leadership argument that claim Dosan as the leader of whole national movement and Dongwoohoi as the center of that movement. But the leadership argument failed at the theoretical struggle with socialists and declined to totalitarianism that claim obedience to leader and unity be only way to live. This blinding totalitarian nationalism result in that Lee, Kwang-soo convert to Japan and be positive pro-Japanese, while Dosan proclaimed national independence and faced the death at prison resolutely. 본고는 同友會 機關誌 <東光>을 중심으로 1930년대 전반기 李光洙의 指導者論을 전체주의적 내셔널리즘이라는 관점에서 고찰한다. 1930년대 전반기는 修養同友會가 단체의 목적을 ‘修養’에서 ‘獨立’의 준비로 명시하면서 조직의 역량을 강화하던 시기였다. 당시 <東光>의 주필로서 국내 同友會 운동에 깊이 관여했던 이광수는 島山과 同友會를 지도자와 지도단체로 삼은 거국적인 민족운동의 이론으로 지도자론을 제기한다. 그러나 이광수의 지도자론은 사회주의 논자들과의 이론 투쟁에서 합리적으로 대응하지 못한 채, 점차 민족은 ‘운명’이라는 식의 본질주의와 지도자에 대한 복종과 단결만이 살 길이라는 전체주의로 기울어지게 된다. 이후 同友會事件 당시 獨立의 정당성을 주장하며 당당하게 죽음을 맞았던 島山과 轉向을 선언하며 적극적인 親日로 나아간 이광수의 운명을 갈라놓은 원인은 바로 이 같은 전체주의적 내셔널리즘의 맹목성 때문이었다.

        내선결혼소설의 낭만적 형식과 식민지적 무의식 -일본어 장편 『綠の塔』과 『綠旗聯盟』을 중심으로-

        Japanese-korean Marriage was encouraged as the part of Assimila- tion policy on the assumption of asymmetry between empire and colony, during the period of the second Sino-Japanese War. But in the novel leaning on romance as romantic form, we can find the pertinacious desire of the novel writer who wants to get over the existing unequality. Theses works got over national distinction that blocked the realization of love between Japanese-korean lovers leaning on the daydream or utopian fantasy, typical trait of romance. Finally, the romance as the realization of wish-fulfillment was not easy settlement of practical contradiction. It played an important role in showing the asymmetry between empire and colony, revealing historical truth which is suppressed by specific historical context as products of ruling ideology. 중일전쟁 시기 皇民化政策의 일환으로 장려되었던 內鮮結婚은 제국과 식민지 간의 비대칭성을 전제한 것이었다. 그러나 로망스라는 낭만적 형식에 기대어 內鮮男女 간의 사랑의 성취를 실현 가능한 것으로 다루고 있는 내선결혼 소설들에서 확인되는 것은 이러한 현실적 불평등에도 불구하고 이를 넘어서고자 하는 식민지 작가들의 집요한 욕망이다. 이들 작품은 로망스 양식의 전형적인 특징인 白日夢 혹은 유토피아적 夢想에 기대어 내선남녀 간의 사랑의 성취를 가로막는 民族的 差別의 현실을 단숨에 뛰어넘는다. 따라서 제국과 식민지 간의 無差別 平等이라는 소망충족적 꿈의 실현을 가능케 하는 로망스 형식에 기대고 있는 이들 내선결혼소설은, 단순히 현실의 矛盾에 대한 손쉬운 解決로서의 의미보다 지배 이념으로서의 특정한 역사적 맥락이 억압하고 있는 역사의 진실, 곧 제국과 식민지 간의 非對稱性을 읽어내는 데 유효한 서사로서 자리매김되어야 할 것이다.

        순문학의 정치, 김동인의 이광수 표상

        In the history of Korean literature, Kim Dong-in is evaluated as a writer who raised the level of modern Korean literature by introducing the concept of ‘the artistic’ into the category of literature and pioneering the realm of pure literature. This evaluation is based on the self-representation that Kim Dong-in himself has built and reproduced throughout his life through various forms of literary retrospective since he set foot in literature with the founding of Creation. In fact, from the late 20s to the liberation period, Kim Dong-in did not give up on his self-representation as a pioneer of pure literature/art, even though he walked a long way from pure literature. Rather, as the distance from pure literature increased, he devoted himself more and more to the construction and reproduction of this self-representation. What is interesting is that Lee Kwang-su was always at the center of Kim Dong-in’s self-representation work. Representative examples are the critical piece “Chunwon Research”(1934〜1939) and the post-liberation short story “The Traitor”(1946), which directly summons Lee Kwang-su. Focusing on these two texts, this article paid attention to the aspect in which Kim Dong-in summoned and represented Lee Kwang-su as a means for constructing and reproducing such self-representation and for literary productivity. And while arguing that it is related to the self-representation work that mobilized Kim Dong-in’s unique literary symbolic capital as a pioneer of pure literature/art, it is revealed that this self-representation work is a product of literary politics to acquire official power within the literary circle, and points out the reality that this politics of pure literature is still being repeated from the establishment of the Dong-in Literary Award to today.

        해방기 이광수 문필활동의 윤리-정치:『돌베개』 집필 시기를 중심으로

        In Lee Kwang-su's study of the liberation period, the period of dolbegae is generally referred to as a period of contemplation and meditation, when nature and life were discovered by stepping back from the world. However, in Lee Kwang-su's literary activities during the period of dolbegae, various forces of vectors were at work, such as contemplation and meditation on daily life, as well as staring into the dark abyss of human desire and actively participating in political writing. This article finds the centripetal force that supported the writing of so many different vectors during this period in the idea of ​​'dolbegae'. The idea of ​​the 'dolbegae' was fundamentally touched by the resentment of finding a way back to his father’s house. More specifically, it was also a matter of correcting the once deviated trajectory of ethics-politics centered on the two axes of ​​'ethnicity​​' and ​​'devotion (love)​​'. The ideal of nationalist ethics-politics that Lee Kwang-su reached during the period of dolbegae was close to the reaffirmation of the beliefs shared with Dosan and Kim Gu since the days of the Shinminhoe. But this confidence was imperfect, at the cost of withholding the opportunity to face himself fully by confronting the abyss of failed moralism. For this reason, it was foretelling the political-ethical predicament that Lee Kwang-su would face in the future real politics.
