한글문자의 인식에 관한 연구(IV)

이 논문은 한글문자의 조직을 수학적인 관점에서 분석 겸토하였다. 1) 자모문자와 조합문자외 조직개념을 통일된 관점에서 겸토하였고. 2) 문자는 24개의 기본자음과 모음이 음에 따라 조합될뿐만 않이라 그것은 또한 음(또는 문자)의 집단을 한음으로서 일거에 결정짖고 또 계단적으로 발전하는 특의한 성질을 가지고 있다는 것을 지적하였다. 3) 또 24개의 자모가 matrix 조직에 의한 수학적 방법에 의하여 14,364자가 조직배열 된다는 것을 기술하였다. This paper: a) discusses the structure of Korean charactors from a unified point of view. The forming process of vowels, consonants, and the combined characters are described in the same way. b) makes clear that vowels and consonants are unique determinants of combined characters according to speech sound. c) describes the way in which 10 vowels and 14 consonants are arranged systematically by the matrix equation, which forms 14,364 kinds of combined characters.

지역 NGO단체의 활동에 대한 역할과 활성화에 관한 연구: 경산지역을 중심으로

본 연구는 지역 NGO단체의 활동에 대한 역할과 활성화에 대한 방향성을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 경산지역을 대상으로 각 사회단체의 활동 현황에 대해 살펴보고, 사회단체에 관한 이론적 고찰 및 선행논문을 검토하였다. 이후 전문가 관련 공무원과 면접 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 면접조사 결과, 다수의 사회단체 단체에 가입되어 형식적인 인원수만 차지하고 있으며 특정한 목적의식이 없는 단체들이 가장 큰 문제점으로 나타나고 있었다. 이러한 단체들에 소속되어 있는 회원들의 경우 단체에 대한 기여도도 낮고 이로 인한 단체의 질이 낮아져 여러 가지로 낙후될 수밖에 없는 배경을 가지고 있었다. 따라서, 사회단체 문제의 해결방안에 대해서는 지역 사회단체 구성원 뿐 아니라 관련 공무원들도 다각도의 노력이 필요한 것으로 사료 된다. The purpose of this study is to present a role in the activities of local NGOs and a direction for activation. 서번트리더십의 지역NGO 활동분야에 대한 차이분석: 대구경북 NGO를 대상으로

As a result of the analysis, it was found that there is a difference in recognition of NGO 's activities by the field of servant leadership, stewardship, growth support, community formation, vision presentation, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to keep in mind that the problems and limitations of the local NGOs as shown in the analysis results are not merely short-sighted and narrow-minded in the outside of the community, but are political processes that are mutually united rather than separate from each other. 조직 리더와 조직구성원의 관계가 동반자적인 관계로 발전하기 위한 노력이 필요로 하고 이들을 위해서는 조직구성원들의 생각과 입장을 주의 깊게 관찰하여 조직구성원과의 인간관계를 유지될 수 있도록 서번트 리더십이 필요하다 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 대구·경북지역 NGO의 활동분야에 따른 서번트 리더십 간의 인식차이가 있는 지를 확인하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 분석결과 서번트 리더십의 구성요소인 청지기 정신, 성장지원, 공동체 형성, 비전제시 등 모두 NGO리더의 서번트리더십이 조직에 영향을 미친다는 것에 대해 NGO활동분야별로 인식차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 분석결과에서 나타난 처럼 지역NGO의 문제점과 한계를 지역사회 등의 외부에서 찾는 단견과 편협함이 아니라 지역사회와 지역NGO 모두 동떨어진 별개의 영역이 아닌 상호 결합되어 있는 정치과정임을 명심할 필요가 있다.

부동산정책 변화에 대한 정부신뢰와 정책방안 연구 -역대 정부별 주택정책을 중심으로-

본 연구에서는 우리나라 부동산 정책의 유형 및 특징, 변천사 등을 살펴보고, 역대정부의 부동산 정책이 주는 시사점을 제시하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 기존의 정부신뢰에 관한 경험적 연구들은 대부분은 정권별 대통령과 정부정책에 대한 시민들의 평가에 대한 정치경제적 요인들을 비교분석하는 연구는 드물었다. 또한 많은 연구들은 변수 간에 서로 상호영향을 받는 내생성의 문제에 한정되어 있다. 하지만 본 연구의 연구결과 부동산 정책이 서민주거 안정이라는 측면과 더불어 국토 개발이나 건설투자 경기 활성화 등의 측면에 서도 중요한 정책이기 때문에 정부는 이러한 부동산 정책을 국정철학에 입각하여 명확한 장기비전과 원칙 하에 일관되게 추진되어야 한다는 정책방향이 설립되었다. 이를 위해 정책적 측면에서는 노후주택 관리, 적절한 임대주택 공급 등으로 가격과 거래, 공급에 급격한 변화가 발생하지 않도록 유도 및 대응 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to examine the types and characteristics of real estate policies in Korea and to show the implications of the real estate policy of the previous government. NGO리더의 서번트리더십과 리더신뢰, 조직효과성에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 NGO리더의 서번트 리더십이 조직구성원들의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 얼마나 영향을 미치고 있으며, NGO의 리더신뢰의 조절효과를 확인하는데 있다. 변화되는 지역NGO의 기능과 역할이 더욱 중요시되고 있기는 시점에서 대구·경북소재 NGO 중 12개 NGO를 대상으로 하여 위계적 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 분석결과, 서번트 리더십은 NGO 중 매우 유용한 리더십임이 확인 되었고, 직무만족과 조직몰입을 높일 수 있는 중요한 변수임이 확인되었다. 그리고 리더신뢰는 서번트 리더십과 직무만족과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 부분적으로 조절효과를 확인 할 수 있었다. 시사점으로는 NGO 조직성장과 공동체 전체를 하나로 결속시키는 공동체 육성의 지휘철학이 요구되며, NGO 활동을 위한 인적자원의 체계적관리가 필요하다. 조직구성원들에게 자신의 관련 직무의 환경개선을 통해 지역사회와의 협력적 네트워크구축, 조직의 자발적인 활동 및 투명성, 도덕성 등의 확립하고 신뢰를 구축하기 위해서는 NGO가 스스로 끊임없이 자각하며 올바른 역할 모색을 통하여 성장하고 발전 할 수 있도록 힘써야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of NGO leader "s servant leadership on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of organizational members and to confirm the moderating effect of NGO leader" s trust. As the functions and roles of the changing local NGOs became more important, we conducted hierarchical multiple regression analysis for 12 NGOs in Daegu and Gyeongbuk provinces. 치매관리정책의 활성화를 위한 정책소통 강화방안 : 소셜빅데이터 활용을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 치매노인 정책 및 정보의 신뢰성을 증진하고 전문가, 국민, 정부의 상호이해 증진하며 치매노인문제에 대한 국민의 불안감 해소를 위해 치매노인 정책소통(Policy communication)의 전략수립 및 관리체계를 모색하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구의 검색 키워드는 ‘치매관리’이며 본 연구는 노인 치매관리정책의 전반적인 정책소통에 대한 검색량의 예측을 위하여 치매관리 인프라확충, 환자 및 가족의 경제부담 완화, 경증환자 등 관리대상 확대 등에 대하여 확인하였다. 분석결과, 치매국가책임제의 정책소통 검색에 미치는 영향을 예측하는 것으로 경증화자 등 관리대상 확대 수가 많을수록, 치매국가책임제의 정책소통 검색은 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 치매에 대한 지식과 치매 환자에 대한 치료 돌봄 전문성과 더불어 치매 환자의 가족에 대한 이해를 향상시키는 것이다. 그리고, 제3차 치매관리종합계획의 목표 중 하나가 가족의 부담경감이고, 치매국가책임제에서도 가족을 대상으로 한 상담과 휴가제 지원에 대한 확대 등이 요구되고 있음이 파악되었다. 교통안전정책의 틴팅 규제 딜레마에 관한 연구 : 해외사례비교를 중심으로

본 연구는 국내의 자동차 틴팅 규제법이 규제강화와 규제완화 사이에서 갈피를 잡 지 못하고 있는 딜레마상황에서 자동차 틴팅에 관한 올바른 접근법으로 틴팅 규제의 해외사례 비교연구를 하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 통해 교통사고 예방과 범죄대응, 교 통약자인 보행자 및 어린이통학 차량의 안전한 환경을 제공하여 투명하고 안전한 교 통문화의 정착을 통해 교통선진국으로 발돋음 할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 이를 수행 하기 위해 우리나라 자동차 창유리 암도 기준 법규를 살펴보고, 자동차 틴팅 규제와 관련된 교통선진국의 사례를 비교분석하여 틴팅 규제에 관련하여 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 자동차 선진국들로부터 교통사고 예방을 위한 틴팅 규제의 효율화 방안을 벤치마킹하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영국과 같이 과도한 틴팅의 경우와 경미한 틴팅의 경우로 나누어 차별적으로 적용하는 방안을 도입할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 현행 자동차 검사 시에 틴팅 규제 위반사항을 함께 검사하도록 하는 조치가 필요하다. 셋 째, 가장 효율적인 불법 틴팅 규제의 방안은 시공되지 않도록 원천적으로 봉쇄하는 방안일 것이다. 넷째, 교통사고예방을 위하여 틴팅 규제 강화를 위하여 현행 범칙금 2만 원을 5만 원까지 올려야 규제의 효과가 나타날 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
