        쇼트볼 이송을 위한 호이스트 자동제어 장치 개발

        본 논문은 PLC를 이용하여 자동으로 제어되는 쇼트볼 이송 호이스트에 대해 연구하였다. 대형 선박 표면에 페인트를 다시 칠할 때 기존의 페인트를 제거하는데 이때 찌꺼기들을 완전히 제거하기 위해서 사용하는 것이 쇼트볼이다. 고철에서 쇳물을 만들고 냉각 시켜서 작은 쇼트볼을 만든 후 호이스트와 연결 된 전자석을 이용하여 호퍼로 이동하게 된다. 현재 쇼트 볼을 호퍼에 옮기는 과정을 살펴보면 조작기를 사용하여 사람이 수동으로 호이스트를 조작하고 있어서 쇼트볼을 이동하는데 비효율적이며 기기를 작동하는데 대충 감으로 작업을 하고 있다. 그래서 수동으로 조작되고 있는 호이스트를 정확하게 위치제어를 하고 효율적인 작업을 할 수 있도록 무인 자동화 장치를 개발하였다. The purpose of this paper is to build on automatic system for the shot ball transfer hoist. The shot ball is used to remove completely paint or leftovers before spreading the new paint on a large vessels surface. The shot ball is made of melted iron through cooling process, and it is transferred to hopper by electromagnet of hoist. Currently, the transfer process of the shot ball is performed by manual operation, and the transfer process is inefficient. So we have developed an automatic system to replace the manual system. The developed automation systems have efficient and accurate position control performance.

        The purpose of this paper is to a study about learner environment for an effective learning of the Electrical Theory. This paper analyzed a sampling important factors and a relative mutual relations that students learn about an effective learning of prior knowledge, an associated company experience of Electric, inner the motivation, and then analyzed of inner and outer factors. I had classified two group. One is training school and another is hyundai of commissioned education. I had classified descriptive statistic analysis of a average and standard deviation per question. I used to spss program in order to analysis of variance and regression analysis.

        PLC를 이용한 무선 원격 급배수 제어 장치 개발

        Korea is classified as one of the OECD countries subjected to poor water management conditions. Owing to the country s small land area and high population density, there is a large amount of water but a scarcity of water supplies. In June 2018, the Basic Act on Water was promulgated, outlining key values and goals, such as public nature, sustainability, safety, equity, efficiency, democracy, and accountability. The aim of this study is to develop a wireless remote water supply control system using a programmable logic controller (PLC) to create an automatic control system that can be used to manage water effectively. The configuration of the device was classified into PLC, control, touchscreen, and pumping devices. The touch screens were configured in the main screen, manual control screen, and automatic control screen modes. The PLC and the touchscreen communicated using RS232. Through the development of this device, convergence technologies, such as sequence control, PLC programming, and communication interfaces, can be acquired, and the actual products can be easily controlled using touch screens.

      • PLC를 이용한 냉풍기 제어 장치 개발

        The purpose of this paper is to develop an automatic equipment utilizing PLC. This tool is divided into four parts: PLC, a brain center, a touch screen, and a chilly wind machine. The touch screen contains a main mode and a power supply control mode. Buttons for START/STOP and lamps for operared condition are shown in the main mode. All switches are set up to press the button once (to turn on) and once again (to turn off). The power supply control mode is equipped with power supply, air-conditioning, reservation, and rotation. PLC and the touch screen are able to communicate with each other through RS232. From this automatic equipment utilizing PLC, fusion techniques will be acquired such as a paint touch screen, PLC programming, a sequence control, and a communication interface. Also, most products for our daily life could be easily managed with the touch screen.

      • 태양광을 이용한 자동온도제어 장치 개발

        Solar power system is defined as a series of equipment or methods to utilize power after converting solar energy to electrical energy. However, because it is a system of grid connections, it cannot save electricity in storage batteries. Once power is produced, it is immediately sent off to an electrical grid after transferring an alternating current In the time that power is used to its maximum, the solar power system is able to offer a great amount of electricity that is needed. It means that thermal power generation can keep high rates of extra energy in case of an emergency. The size of solar power systems is much smaller than thermal power generation and nuclear power generation. In other words, if the solar generating unit of 3KW could be installed to 100,000 or 1,000,000 homes like in USA and Germany, it could be replaced by one thermal power and one nuclear power plant. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to emphasize the importance of green energy. In addition, the purpose is to make the technique managing an automatic control system by designing, manufacturing and testing solar power systems.

        농촌 자동화를 위한 원격 제어 장치 개발

        본 논문은 PLC를 이용하여 화훼재배, 수경재배, 비닐하우스재배 등에 응용할 수 있는 원격제어장치를 개발하였다. 정보처리 및 자동화 분야의 급속한 발전으로 원격공장 자동화, Home Automation 등이 개발되어 실용화 되었으나 높은 가격으로 인한 경제적인 문제로 농업 응용분야에 적용하기에는 어려움이 많다. PLC를 이용하여 간단한 모듈로 고가의 시스템의 기능을 대체함으로서 경제성이 뛰어난 제품을 개발하였고 화훼재배, 비닐하우스 등 농촌지역의 자동화 시스템 개발의 가능성을 보였다. 모터제어기술, 마이크로프로세서, PLC프로그래밍, 무선 인터페이스 기술을 종합적으로 구현하여 본 자동화기술 시스템의 응용 모듈을 개발함으로써 화훼재배, 수경재배 등과 같이 사람의 출입이 제한되고 작업이 어려운 곳에 원격제어를 통해 효과적으로 시스템을 제어할 수 있도록 하였다. The purpose of this paper is to build a system applicable to floriculture, hydroponics and vinyl house agriculture by a development of remote control equipments using programmable logic controllers (PLC). Remote factory automation and home automation systems have been developed and used due to the rapid progress in the fields of information and automation; however, the systems are so expensive that their applications have not been feasible in agriculture. So we have developed simple modules for PLC to replace the expensive conventional systems. The developed systems have potentials to be applied to automation systems in agricultural industry. Technologies for motor control, microprocessor, PLC programming and wireless interface are developed and implemented in the form of application modules of our systems, and our system is applicable to the remote farm automation of floriculture and hydroponics

        The purpose In this paper, we made a system that can apply to floriculture, aquiculture, vinyl house by developing remote control equipment using PLC. Information processing and automation field such as remote factory, home automation and so on are very rapidly practiced. The officer of Korea rural community & agriculture corporation says that the system is never used in a small scale like farm because investors believe that they are not able to make any profit. It has been used in mess scale for examples manufactories, and plants. Therefore this system is difficult to employ widely. Control unit was not produced and research and develop of the system was not tried So we made the system of remote control equipment that was realized overall in PLC programming, wireless interface, microprocessor, motor control to help farm automation This system is also efficient economically because of simple module and can be replaced with expensive system.

      • 터치를 이용한 유도전동기 제어 장치 개발

        The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE) announced Innovation 3.0 technologies as a catch phrase. They will develop smart manufacturing technologies and build industries which can be examples and 10,000 firms will be transferred to smart manufacturing by 2020. It should be essential to develop smart manufacturing technologies for the Korean industry based on international standards in order to upgrade domestic producers and elevate competitive power. The notable advantages smart manufacturing systems imparts in terms of time saving through early development of new products and convenience to manufacture customized products. As well as they can provide possibility to make versatile and multi-production in the step of manufacturing because of real-time communication among installation, materials and systems. In addition, they can be very efficient for management of facilities and energy. These traits enhance positive effects on productivity, quality, cost and sales. In this paper, an induction motor utilizing a touch screen and PLC is invented. This tool is divided into four parts: PLC, a brain center, a touch screen, and a motor brain center. The purpose of this paper is to develop a control equipment combined technologies related to ICT and signal processing by HMI installation of basic smart manufacturing.

        This paper is purposed to develope a automatic equipment for agriculture automations. Particularly module is develope to apply vinyl house automation. Korea s agriculture are encountered suddenly environment change on 1990 years. Agriculture section s information is diffused a fruit tree, a flowering plant, stock raising. Inner crop s opening are accelerated from UR. Korea s agriculture is marked internationalization trend to reason these. Information management and automation section are developed rapidly. These are practiced home automation and factory automation. But, they are large scale and much money system, therefore system are applied to difficult various fields. This study are contributed to develop automation system and use small agriculture system for automation equipment by PLC.
