        Phosphorous의 효율적인 제거를 위한 $TiOSO_4$ 고정화 Calcium Alginate Bead의 제조기법에 관한 연구

        인위적인 배출에 기인한 인의 축적은 지표수에서 발생하는 부영양화의 가장 큰 원인이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 인을 제거하기 위하여 titanium oxysulfate-sulfuric acid 분말을 이온교환 물질로 하여 알지네이트 겔에 고정화시켜 수용액 상에 존재하는 인 제거 효율을 정량화하여 보았다. 본 연구에서 적용한 흡착물질의 고정화 기법은 1) 알지네이트 수용액에 흡착물질을 주입한 후 고정화시키는 것, 2) 초음파를 이용한 흡착물질의 분산 기법, 그리고 3) 수용액 상태의 흡착물질을 알지네이트 수용액과 반응시켜 고정화시키는 방법 등이다. 평형과 비평형 흡착 실험은 3가지 다른 기법으로 제작한 담체를 적용하여 진행되었으며, 이를 통해 흡착 용량과 시간에 따른 인의 제거율을 구득할 수 있었다. 평형배치 실험 결과는 Langmuir 흡착 등온선을 이용하여 분석하였으며 수용액 기법을 적용하여 담체를 제작하였을 때 92.26 mg/g으로 가장 높은 인 제거능을 나타내었다. 또한 비평형 배치 실험 결과는 pseudo-second-order kinetic 모델을 따라 분석하였으며 그 결과는 평형 배치와 유사하였다. 본 실험에서 제작한 티타늄 분말을 고정화한 담체는 기반물질의 경제성 확보와 담체 제조 기법 가운데 수용액 기법의 높은 흡착능 유지를 통하여 하 폐수에 존재하는 인을 경제적으로 제거하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Phosphorous contaminated in the effluent from sewage treatment plants can cause the eutrophication in surface water bodies. In this study, a powder of titanium oxysulfate-sulfuric acid made of ion-exchange materials was immobilized in an alginate gel and this material was examined to evaluate its phosphorous removal efficiency. Equilibrium and kinetic studies were carried out to quantify the adsorption capacity and time dependent removal rate of phosphorous. Adsorption isotherms and kinetic parameters were obtained for the entrapped titanium beads with three different methods. Equilibrium data were analyzed using Langmuir adsorption isotherm model and found to be well fitted to the model. The maximum adsorption capacity for phosphorous by the titanium bead synthesized with the solution method was 92.26 mg/g. Kinetic data followed a pseudo-second-order kinetic model. Due to the low production cost and high adsorption capacity, the titanium bead synthesized by the solution method has a potential to be utilized for the cost-effective removal of phosphorous from wastewater.

        Poly(trimethylene terephthalate, PTT) 1×1리브 편성물의 신장특성에 관한 연구

        The tensile properties of Poly(trimethylene terephthalate, PTT) $1{\times}1Rib$ knitted fabrics were experimentally studies, and the specimens has $1{\times}1$ rib stitched structure which are weft knitted fabrics with various lengths of loop. The $1{\times}1$ rib weft knitted fabric showed larger tensile linearity, tensile energy and tensile resilience in the direction of courses. The tensile properties increased with increasing the loop density in all directions, and perfectly increased with the course directions than the wale directions.

        인진호탕(茵陳蒿湯)의 조합에 따른 간 보호 효과

        Acetaminophen, which causes acute liver min in humans and animals, has made useful inducer of hepatoxicity for studying hepatopreventive drugs. Injinhotang is known as one of the hepatopreventive drugs. However, its mechanism of recovery of hepatoxicity treated with acetaminophen is poorly understood. this study was performed to observe the antioxidative effect of injinhotang extract and its several combination groups. The results were obtained as follows:1. In the study on free radical scavenging effect in vitro(the suppressing effect on peroxidation of linoleic acid on concentration, the scavenging effect of DPPH radical, inhibitory effect of superoxide in xanthine-xanthine oxidase system and the inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation reaction by hydroxy radical in H2O2-Fe2+system, injinhotang have more effect than its components groups relatively. 2. In the study on antioxidants system in vivo(the level of serum LPO, the level of hepatic LPO, catalase, GSH, GST), only injnhotang has a significant effect. 3. In the study on hepatotoxicity(GOT, GPT, $\gamma$-GTP, ALP, LDH, b ilirubin), only injinhotang has a significant effect. These results suggest that injinhotang has the protective effect on acetaminophen-induced hepatoxicity. The mechanisms of these are supposed to be involved in antioxidant and three drugs' cooperative synergy effect.

        휴대인터넷에서 낮은 지연 특성을 가지는 인증유지 핸드오버를 위한 효과적인 트래픽 관리기법

        현재 표준화 작업이 한창인 휴대인터넷은 무선랜 보다 서비스 범위가 넓으면서 빠른 이동성을 제공하고 있다. 휴대인터넷 환경이 상용화 되면 많은 사용자들이 휴대인터넷을 사용할 것이며 무선 통신량 또한 급증할 것이다. 휴대인터넷에서 핸드오버가 발생했을 때 사용자에게 원활한 서비스를 제공하기위해 핸드오버 지연을 줄이는 것이 중요하다. IEEE 802.16e에서는 핸드오버 지연을 줄이기 위해 이동할 한 개의 기지국에게 단말기가 자신의 인증정보를 전송한다. 그러나 이것은 어느 기지국으로 이동할지 모르는 상황에서 적합하지 않다. 핸드오버 지연을 줄이기 위해 미리 인접한 기지국에 단말기의 인증정보를 보내는 proactive caching 기법은 [4]에 의해서 제안되었고 이 논문에서는 proactive caching 기법에 의해 발생되는 중복되는 네트워크 트래픽을 줄이기 위해 효과적인 트래픽 관리 알고리즘을 제안한다. Recently, Portable Internet being standardized provides fast movement with wider service range than wireless LAN does. If Portable Internet service starts, many people will use Portable Internet and thus wireless traffic is going to increase. In Portable Internet, it is important to reduce handover latency to provide user with satisfactory service when handover occurs. In IEEE 802.16e, MSS sends its own security context information to one Base Station which it will move to reduce handover latency. But this is not suitable in the situation that the BS doesn't know the security context. To reduce handover latency of proactive caching method that is to send security context information to adjacency Base Stations in advance has been proposed by[4]. In this paper we propose effective traffic management algorithm to reduce signaling network traffic caused by proactive caching method.

        IPv6 기반의 사물인터넷 환경에서 악성 노드의 패킷 유실 공격 탐지 및 우회 기법 분석

        본 논문에서는 IPv6를 적용한 표준인 IEEE 802.15.4e와 RPL을 기반으로 하는 사물인터넷 환경에서 가용성을 확보하기 위하여 패킷 유실 공격 탐지 기법과 우회 기법을 제안한다. RPL의 순위값과 패킷 유실 연속성을 고려하여 패킷 유실 탐지 메트릭을 개선하였고 RPL을 통해 생성된 라우팅 경로에서 형제노드 및 자식노드를 활용한 우회기법을 구성하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 탐지 기법의 탐지 속도가 향상되었음을 확인하였고 제안한 우회 기법의 우회 성공률이 향상되었음을 확인하였다. In this paper, we propose new detection and detour methods against packet drop attacks for availability in the Internet of Things (IoT) based on the IEEE 802.15.4e and RPL protocol standards that employ IPv6. We consider the rank value of RPL and the consecutive packet drops to improve the detection metrics, and also take into account the use of both sibling and child nodes on a RPL routing path to construct the detour method. Our simulation results show that the proposed detection method is faster than the previous result, and the detour method improves the detour success rate.

        환경공학과 대학생의 지속가능발전 태도에 대한 잠재적 집단 유형과 지속가능발전교육 경험과 학년에 따른 차이 분석

        The aim of research is to examine Environment Engineering Undergraduate Students Attitude towards Sustainable Development (SD). In this article the following two research questions were addressed: Firstly, Are there underlying types of environment engineering undergraduate students attitude about sustainable development? Secondly, are educational experience for sustainable development and year predictive of membership in types of environment engineering undergraduate students perception towards Sustainable Development (SD)? For this research, I carried out latent class analysis (LCA) and multinominal logistic regression. LCA is a statistical method used to identify a set of discrete, mutually exclusive latent classes of individuals based on their responses to a set of observed categorical variables. I used PROC LCA, SAS procedure for latent class analysis and multinominal logistic regression. The results are following. Firstly, 25.8% of respondents are expected to belong to the ecologism centered social welfare class. 6.0% of respondents are expected to belong to the techno-centrism centered social welfare class, 9.9% are expected to belong to the social welfare based economic growth class, 39.6% are expected to belong to the greenism class, 9.6% are expected to belong to the techno-centrism centered economic growth class, and 9.1% are expected to belong to the environment centered social and economic development class. Secondly, Both educational experience for sustainable development (p<.001) and year (p<.0001) were strong predictors of latent class membership.

        Matt georagette 평편포의 물성에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) - 치수특성에 관하여 -

        Physical properties of matt georgette knitted fabrics, which has been developed recently, were investigated to provide fundamental information for the textile industry. Dimensional characteristics were examined with three different loop lengths, where the plain knitted fabrics were knitted with cotton yam and polyester yarn. The matt georgette plain knitted stitch was fully relaxed after wet relaxation treatment at 130℃ for 30minutes and subsequent tumble dry treatment at 70℃ for 90minutes. As the treatment temperature of wet relaxation became higher and the loop length did shorter, all of stitch density, course density and wale density were increased with 31 of K₁ 8.3 of K₂ and 3.8 of K₃. Also, The higher value of K₄ could be obtain with shorter loop length. When the loop length became longer, the K₄ value was varied in a wide range with the treatment of wet relaxation and subsequent tumble dry.<br/>

        유튜브 여행콘텐츠 특성이 몰입과 만족에 미치는 영향 연구

        This study has researched the effect of YouTube travel contents features on flow and satisfaction. First, this study has defined the relation of effect between YouTube travel contents and users' flow. Second, it has clarified the relation of effect between users' flow and satisfaction. Lastly, it has defined the relation of effect between YouTube travel contents features and satisfaction. With these research purposes, this study suggests practical implications for YouTube travel contents strategies of travel agency through the empirical research results. The survey was conducted from January 18th to January 28th in 2019. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed and usable 195 questionnaires were analyzed after removing 5 irresponsible questionnaires. As a result of analysis, first, the only factor of amusement has a significant positive effect on pleasure with regard to the factor of YouTube travel contents features for users' flow. Also, with respect to time distortion, both variety and amusement have a statistically significant and positive influence on pleasure. Second, users' flow has a significant impact on satisfaction. Third, YouTube travel contents features have significant positive effect on satisfaction.
