(Background and Purpose)In ubiquitous cities, the development of services based on urban management principles has not reflected the demands and needs of citizens, impacting the quality of life. As an alternative to the degradation of services, we need life-closed service that can address people`s needs. The purpose of this study was to improve the realism and immersion of ecological education through providing customized service and contents according to the user`s situation in the real environment. (Method)This study attempted to investigate the technologies of augmented reality and identify technologies to take advantage of the smart service of ecological education. We proposed a community board and smart phone functionality and configuration, and developed a user interface for each device based on ecological education content at an ecological park. (Result)The study looks for ways to support learning through the virtual mapping of animals and plants in the park through interaction on the community board and smart phones using augmented reality technologies. In the future, we look forward to the development of ecological education services through the ongoing provision of ubiquitous content and the spread of object recognition technologies.

최근 정보 커뮤니케이션 기술의 발전과 스마트 기기의 대중화로 인해, 일반 시민들에게 스마트서비스에 대한 인지도는 높다. 하지만 지역 커뮤니티 내에서 사용자에게 유의미한 정보를 제공하기 위해 개발한 서비스의 현실은 이용률 저하 또는 폐기되는 상황이다. 사용자가 지능적으로 다양한 스마트 서비스를 선택, 이용할 수 있을 것이라는 잘못된 판단 때문이다. 결국 사용자의 체감도가 떨어지는 상황과 사회적 비용이 과다하게 발생하는 문제를야기 시킨다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지역 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 정보 커뮤니케이션 기술 도출 및 서비스 유형화를 하고, 사용자 체감도 향상을 위한 단계별 구축할 수 있는 스마트서비스 프레임워크를 구성하고자 한다. 지역 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 사용자의 수요와 요구를 분석·검증하는 상향식서비스 도출 프로세스를 범위로 한다. 서비스 유형 개발과 구현은 서비스 플랫폼과 연계하여야 하며, 자생적이고 지속적인 서비스 운영·관리의 기초로서 활용되기를 기대한다. Due to the popularity of the development of information communication technology and smart devices, general citizens have a high awareness of smart services. But the reality of the development services in order to provide meaningful information to the user in local communities are lowered utilization or disposal. Because the determination that the citizens can choose and use the smart service intelligently is caused. Eventually it is problems that causes a citizen’s experience fall situation and excessive social costs. Therefore, in this study, I configure the deriving of information communication technology and services typology for activating the local communities, the smart services framework that can be built step by step for enhanced its citizen’s experience. The range of study is the citizen``s demand and request analysis by bottom-up process for activating the local communities. Type of services development and implementation are to be linked with the service platform and expect to be used as the basis of indigenous and ongoing service operations and management.

기상반응에 의한 SiC-${Si_3}{N_4}$복합 분말의 제조 및 결정화

본 연구에서는 기상 반응법을 이용하여 TMS(Tetramethylsilane:Si($CH_3$)$_4$)와 NH$_3$그리고 H$_2$의 혼합기체로부터 반응 온도 1000~120$0^{\circ}C$ 및 입력비(NH$_3$/Si($CH_3$)$_4$) 1~3의 조건에서 초미분의 SiC-Si$_3$N$_4$복합 분말을 합성하였다. 합성되어진 복합 분말들의 결정상의 변화와 평균 입경을 알아보기 위해 XRD와 TEM 분석을 행한 결과, 구형의 비정질 분말이 형성되었으며, 입자의 크기는 약 70~130nm이었다. 입자의 크기는 입력비에 관계없이 거의 일정하였으나 반응 온도가 증가함에 따라서 감소하였다. FT-IR과 EA 분석 결과, 합성되어진 분말은 Si, N, C, 그리고 H로 이루어진 화합물임을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 입력비가 다른 조건에서 합성되어진 분말을 $N_2$분위기 하에서 155$0^{\circ}C$로 2시간 열처리를 행한 결과, 낮은 입력비인 경우 $\beta$-SiC, $\alpha$-Si$_3$N$_4$와 $\beta$-Si$_3$N$_4$의 결정상들이 혼재하였으나, 높은 입력비인 경우는 결정화 후 $\alpha$-Si$_3$N$_4$상만이 존재하였다.

국내 U-City 사업은 도시 인프라, 통신, 무선 등 기술 지원에 관한 연구는 활발히 진행되고 왔지만, 지역 커뮤니티에 적용 가능한 기술 및 서비스에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정하다. 도시 운영·관리 위주의 서비스 개발을 우선시 하여 사용자의 요구와 수요를 제대로 반영하지 못하는 문제를 나타내고 있다. 본 연구는 기술 중심의 개발 서비스 방식에서 벗어나 지역 커뮤니티 공간에 적용 가능한 서비스의 수요 및 영향요인을 측정하기 위해 전문가 설문조사 및 인터뷰를 실시하여 사용자의 수요와 지역사회의 요구를 수용하고, 커뮤니티 공간에 적용 가능한 서비스 도출 및 유형화에 대한 연구이다. 근본적이고 총체적인 지역 커뮤니티 해석을 포함하며, 사용자의 입장에서 바라본 포괄적인 지역 커뮤니티 서비스 유형에 의해 선정된 서비스의 특성은 지역 커뮤니티에 개별적 기능으로 적합한 것이 아닌 스마트서비스 군(群) 유형을 모두 적용·연계해야 한다. 향후 지역 커뮤니티별 유사 기능별 그룹 관리가 용이하며, 사용자의 목적과 상황에 맞게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기를 기대한다. The latest U-City business has progressed lively the research of technologies and service based on infrastructure. But the research of technologies and services that can be applied to the local community is insufficient. Because of services based on operating and managing the city, the research did not reflect the demands and needs of the user. So, we need a study of user-oriented service and service model for local community. The purpose of this study was to improve the quality of life and enhance the revitalization of local community and services are derived and classified on reflecting the needs and requirements of user`s and local community. The method of this study was conducted the expert survey and interview in order to measure the factors the demands and affection of services that can be applied to the local community. In this study is researched the typology of services which seen the perspective of the user-oriented including fundamental and overall local community. The characteristics of selected services should be all applicable and connectable, not suitable to function independently in the local community. It plays in a role in reinforcing local community. From now on, we expect to easy to manage similar functional groups by local community, provide customized service to the user`s goal and situation.

고령화 사회에서 농촌 조직화를 통한 사회,문화 콘텐츠 발굴 및 서비스에 관한 연구

갈수록 심각해지는 농촌사회의 고령화에 대응하기 위한 복지서비스의 일환으로 지역에서 보유하고 있는 기존 시설의 보완과 함께 풍부한 농촌자원을 활용하여 건강과 휴식, 행복의 가치를 제공하는 농촌 테마형 관광 상품화로 확대 조성한다면 농촌노인의 새로운 농촌의 사회·문화적 일자리 창출과 서비스가 만들어질 수있다. 본 연구는 6차 산업을 중심으로 한 농촌의 고령인구의 교육을 통하여 적극적인 참여를 유도하고 생산, 가공, 유통, 체험관광 및 서비스가 어우러진 농가소득 창출 및 지속가능한 생태 모델의 토대를 마련하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 농촌 지역주민간의 커뮤니케이션과 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 콘텐츠 발굴 요소에 따라 ‘장소 기반의 공간 기능 강화’는 커뮤니티 맵핑 서비스로, ‘체험·경험적 기능 강화’는 참여 네트워크 서비스 및 상황인식+위치기반 서비스로, ‘공동체 형성 기능 강화’는 참여 네트워크 및 지역 상황 분석 서비스로 유형화하였다. 농촌지역의 커뮤니티를 대상으로 지역의 조건과 상황에 따라 제공되는 서비스는 모든 상황을 예측하여 서비스를 명시하는 것은 불가능하여 사회·문화적 서비스 가능 범주를 기술하였고, 근본적이고 총체적으로 해결하기 위한 콘텐츠 및 서비스에 대한 프레임워크를 제시하였다. Social and cultural jobs and services can be created for new rural communities of the rural elderly ifthe rural-themed tourism commodity development is expanded to provide the value of health, recreation, and happiness through the deployment of abundant rural resources, along with the supplementation of existing facilities owned and operated in rural communities, as part of welfare service to cope with the rapid aging of rural society. The objective of this study was to induce active involvement of the rural aged population through education based on the 6th industry and lay groundwork for rural household income creation and sustainable ecological model that encompasses production, processing, distribution, experiential tourism, and service. We typified the location-based spatial function reinforcement through community mapping service, experiential/empirical function reinforcement through participatory network service and situation perception + location-based service, and community formation function reinforcement through participatory network and regional situation analysis service based on the contents identification elements for stimulating the communication and community among residents of rural community. The services which are provided based on local conditions and situations for rural community cannot be specified based on the prediction of all situations. Thus, the social-cultual service feasibility categories were presented in this study, along with the framework for the contents and services necessary to ensure fundamental and holistic response.
