        가상현실 금연클리닉을 위한 시나리오 개발 및 정보구조 디자인에 대한 연구

        최근 국내 교육기관과 지자체 하물며 기업에서도 유래에 없는 흡연에 대한 강력하고 엄격한 규제를 실시하고 있으며 정부 정책과 맞추어 더욱 확대될 전망이다. 중독성 흡연행위는 질환으로 인식 되어져서 금연을 위한 여러 치료방법이 소개되어져 왔으나 시간 및 장소의 제약 그리고 운영 상 많은 한계를 가지고 있어 사회적인 수요에 대비하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 필요에 의해서 여러 중독성 치료에 효과가 있다고 검증된 가상현실 기술을 이용한 새롭고 효과적인 금연클리닉이 제안되었으며 본 연구는 가상현실 금연클리닉에 필요한 시나리오와 정보구조를 개발하는 것에 중점을 두었다. 치료효과를 높이기 위해 가상현실 상에서 피험자의 몰입감을 증대시킬 수 있는 방안들을 찾아내는 것이 주요 논점이며 이를 위해 개인의 기호에 맞는 흡연자극 시나리오를 단계별로 구현하고 각 단계 별 필요한 자극의 요소는 무엇인 지를 규명하는 과정이 필요하였다. 주로 심리학적인 근거와 흡연자들을 대상으로한 설문내용 및 임상자료들을 기초로 하여 연구과정을 전개하였다. 연구결과는 시작품으로 제작되어 실제 금연클리닉에 적용되었으며 초기 임상단계에서 가상현실 치료효과가 약물치료의 효과에 준할 수 있다는 결과를 얻었다. Recently Schools and local governments much more companies have been enforcing very strong and strict regulations on smoking. which have never been implemented in the past and it will be expanded adjusting with the government's policy. Since addictive smoking behavior has been recognized as a disease so various treatments for smokers have been introduced. However time and place constraint and since there are many limits in operating social demand is unable to prepare. For this situation to be improved a novel and effective smoking cessation clinic using virtual environments which is proven to be an effective treatment for diverse addictions have been proposed. In this research I focused on the scenarios for virtual reality smoking cessation clinic and development of the information architecture. The main point was to find the ways to increase immersions in virtual environment in order to improve the curative effect. For this I developed the scenarios according to personal preference step by step and also I had to undergo the process of identifying what kinds of stimulating-elements were in each step. The research process was mainly developed on the basis of psychological grounds surveys targeting smokers and clinical materials. The first prototype was made as a result of this research and applied to the actual smoking cessation clinic. And there were the result of virtual reality smoking cessation clinic can be equivalent to the effects of drug therapy in early clinical stage.

        포항시 통합 모바일 서비스 개발 과정 연구

        This Study is about the process of developing integrated mobile service for Pohang City by selecting proper services and developing the user experience design. Over the information age, the number of websites held by 80 major and small government offices nationwide, including special cities and metropolitan cities, increased exponentially. Too many services and links make us extremely confused and give us stress when we visit each city’s homepages. As the advantages of mobile services over Web services are highlighted, the web-based services of each local government are also shifting to the mobile environment. In this situation, it is possible to integrate the numerous web-based services that have been created and provide optimal mobile services to citizens with scientific classification methods and processes. To this reason, the purpose of this study was to develop mobile service and mobile user experience in accordance with the goals of the integrated mobile service user experience, including its immediate, concise and user experience. First, in order to organize the proper mobile services, the main user group was divided into Pohang citizens and visitors. Users-oriented mobile service groups were placed on the horizontal axis and existing Web services were placed on the vertical axis to extract the required services at their intersections. Second, In order to optimize selected services for mobile environments, the UX design guidelines were presented by evaluating mobile services of Major cities in Korea and analyzing government UX guidelines. This enabled the development of an optimal integrated mobile service with differentiated mobile fintech technology in Pohang City and membership of each agency.

        뽕잎과 꾸지뽕잎의 활성 성분 함량 및 지방세포분화 억제 효과 비교

        본 연구에서는 뽕잎과 꾸지뽕잎의 성분함량을 비교하기 위해 뽕잎과 꾸지뽕잎을 추출하고 이들의 성분으로 알려진 15개 성분을 HPLC를 이용하여 분석한 결과, protocatechuic acid, catechin, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, epicatechin, umbelliferone, kaempferol 3-β-D-glucopyranoside, resveratrol, oxyresveratrol, isoquercitrin 성분은 뽕잎에서 함량이 높게 나타났으며, p-coumaric acid, quercitrin, quercetin, kaemperol, cryptochlorogenic acid 성분은 꾸지뽕에서 함량이 높게 나타났다. 또한 뽕잎과 꾸지뽕잎 추출물의 지방세포분화 억제 효과를 측정한 결과, 두 가지 추출물 모두 유의적인 효과를 나타내었으나 뽕잎의 지방세포분화 억제 효과가 상대적으로 높았다. 이는 뽕잎에서 높은 함량을 보인 isoquercitrin, resveratol, protocatechuic acid, chlorogenic acid 성분이 기여하는 것으로 판단되며, 항비만 활성 부분에서는 뽕잎의 활용성이 높을 것으로 기대된다. Morus alba L. and Cudrania tricuspidata leaves have been reported to show anti-oxidative, anti-diabetes, and anti-obesity effects. However, no study to date has carried out a comparison of the contents of these leaves and their anti-adipogenesis effects. In this study, 15 compounds (caffeic acid, p-coumaric acid, chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, protocatechuic acid, catechin, epicatechin, kaempferol, kaempferol 3-D-glucopyranoside, quercetin, quercitrin, isoquercitrin, resveratrol, oxyresveratrol, and umbelliferone) contained in the extracts of Morus alba L. and Cudrania tricuspidata leaves were analyzed, and their inhibitory effects on adipogenesis were examined using 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. The results showed that the contents of 10 compounds were higher in Morus alba L. leaves extracts compared to Cudrania tricuspidata with the exceptions being p-coumaric acid, quercitrin, quercetin, kaemperol, and cryptochlorogenic acid. Also, Morus alba L. leaves extract had a higher inhibitory activity on adipocyte differentiation compared to that of Cudrania tricuspidata leaves extract. These results suggest that Morus alba L. leaves would be useful as an anti-adipogenesis material.

        토란분말의 건조, 볶음 및 증자 조건에 따른 이화학적 특성

        토란분말의 가공 활용도를 높이기 위해서 열풍건조, 동결건조, 건조 후 로스팅 및 증자 후 건조 처리하는 가공공정을 이용하여 토란분말을 제조하였으며, 이들의 영양성분 및 이화학적 특성의 변화를 관찰하여 가공적성을 검토하였다. 토란분말의 수분함량과 식이섬유 함량은 열풍건조 온도가 높아질수록 감소하였고 비타민 C 함량은 동결 건조한 토란분말에서 가장 높았다. 건조 후 로스팅하거나 증자 후 건조 처리한 토란분말의 식이섬유 함량은 열풍 건조나 동결 건조한 분말에 비해 감소하였다. 수분흡수지수는 상대적으로 증자 후 건조 처리한 분말에서 높게 나타났고 수분용해지수는 열풍건조 및 동결 건조한 토란분말에서 높게 나타났다. DSC를 이용한 토란분말의 호화 중 열역학적 특성은 열풍건조와 동결 건조한 토란분말에서 유의성 있는 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 건조 후 로스팅 처리 온도가 높아질수록 호화개시온도와 최대호화온도는 감소하였다. RVA 특성에서는 열풍 건조 시 온도가 높아질수록 호화개시온도가 점차 낮아지고 최고점도는 증가하였으며 전분입자가 붕괴되기 쉬운 정도를 나타내는 breakdown과 냉각 후 노화의 정도를 나타내는 setback의 수치도 높게 나타났다. 반면 증자후 건조 처리한 토란분말은 최고점도가 높게 나타났으나 breakdown 및 setback의 수치는 낮게 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때, 열풍 건조한 토란분말의 경우 식이섬유 함량이 높으며, 호화 시 점도가 높아 반죽제품의 점도부여에 적합할 것으로 판단되며, 증자 후 건조 처리한 토란분말의 경우 수분흡수지수가 다른 처리분말에 비해 높고 호화 시 점도가 높으면서 노화를 지연시키는 작용을 하기 때문에 죽이나 후레이크 같은 분말제품이나 dough의 첨가제로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. To evaluate the processing adaptability of taro flours, the physicochemical properties of taro flour with different drying, roasting and steaming conditions were investigated. The moisture content and total dietary fiber were decreased as temperature increased with hot-air drying. Freeze-dried taro flours showed the highest vitamin C contents. Taro flours made by freeze-drying and hot-air drying showed significantly higher total dietary fiber content than those with roasting and steaming process. Steamed taro flours had the highest water absorption index, while hot-air dried and freeze dried taro flours had the highest water solubility index. No differences were displayed in the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) thermal characteristics among hot-air dried and freeze dried taro flours. Roasted taro displayed decreased onset temperature and peak temperature as roasting temperature increased. Using a rapid visco-analyzer, the peak viscosity, through viscosity, and final viscosity of dried and steamed taro flours were higher than roasted taro flours, whereas the set back value, which is a prediction of retrogradation, decreased with steaming processing. From those results, it could be concluded that hotair dried taro flours, which have high gelatinization viscosity, are beneficial in imparting viscosity to dough products and hot-air drying after steaming taro flours, which retard retrogradation, is good for porridge and flake base products.

        국내 아동 및 청소년 난독증 진단을 위한 종합학습능력평가도구-읽기의 표준화 연구

        Objectives: The aim of this study was to develop the computerized Comprehensive Learning Test-Reading (CLT-R) to evaluate the cognitive processes and achievements related to their basic reading ability and identify dyslexia in children and adolescents in South Korea. We also obtained the normative data and evaluated the reliability and validity of the test. Methods: We developed the CLT-R, including the word attack/nonword decoding, paragraph reading, sound blending, nonword repetition, rapid automatized naming, letter-sound matching, visual attention, orthography awareness, and digit span tests, for the purpose of diagnosing dyslexia. We investigated the reliability and validity of the tests and gathered the normative data from 399 subjects (male 48.9%), aged 5-14 years, from the last grade in kindergarten to middle school, dwelling in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. Results: No statistical differences were observed between the means of the tests and retests of the CAT. The mean of the correlation coefficient of the test-retest scores was 0.85. According to the construct validity test calculated by principal constant analysis using the oblique rotation method, 4 factors explained 70.0% of the cumulative variances. In addition, the normative data were obtained for all of the CLT-R subtests. Conclusion: The computerized CLT-R can be used as a reliable and valid tool to evaluate the reading achievement and reading related cognitive process in Korean children and adolescents in schools, clinics, and research institutes.
