      • AFRP Sheets로 보강된 철근 콘크리트 보 및 슬래브의 휨 거동에 관한 연구

        The reinforced concrete beams and slabs with epoxy-bonded AFRP sheets were experimentally inverstigated. Experimental data on strength, stiffness, sreel strain, deflection and mode of failure of strengthened beams and slabs were otained, and comparisons between the different flexural reinforcing schemes reinforced concrete beams and slabs without AFRP sheets were made. The results generally indicate that the flexural strength, ductile behavior of strengthened beams and slabs increased.

        This paper introduced truss model and one-way slab elastic model to analyse flexure of unbonded prestressed concrete member. After cracking, we could determine deflection, and concrete membrane depth, stress increment, and PS steel stress increment, non PS steel stress increment. In order to do that, an numerical example of simply supported one way slabs which have non-external membrane support (S=O) is analysed. The analytical results using the analytical model were compared with several experimental results.

        Sevice life of concrete structures that are exposed to the marine environment, is largely influenced by the corrosion of reinforcing bars due to the chloride contamination. Chloride ions penetrate continuously into concrete from enviroment, and chloride diffusion velocity is governed by a mechanical steady state. In this study, to be estimate durability of concrete structures under marine environment, The tests of concrete compressive strength and corrosion of reinforcing bars on concrete specimens carried out. The experimental parameters are the water-cement ratio, the ratio of blended slug, the ratio of blended CSA, and the curing method.

      • 팽창재를 혼입한 콘크리트의 역학적 특성에 관한 연구

        This study is performed to verify the effect of CSA expensive additives for concrete by material properties test and 4 point-bendig test of RC slabs. As a result of the tests, the variations of compress strength, bending strength, and Young's modulus of expansive concrete are same as those of plain concrete. And experimental data on crack load of RC slabs with expansive concrete were incresased in comparision with that of plain concrete. but the ultimate strength of RC slabs with expansive concrete was decreased.

      • 현장 콘크리트구조물의 수화열 및 온도응력의 평가

        본 연구는 현장 타설의 저발열시멘트를 사용한 메스콘크리트인 구조물에 대해 수화열 및 온도응력을 평가를 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 현장 타설 콘크리트구조물에서 발생하는 수화열 및 응력을 실측하였다. 또한 수치해석을 실시하였으며, 수치해석은 단열온도상승 시험에서 얻어진 열특성치를 이용한 해석과 콘크리트 표준시방서에서 제안된 식에 의해 얻어진 열특성치를 이용한 해석을 실시하였다. 정확한 콘크리트의 열특성치를 얻기 위하여 단열온도상승시험을 실시하였다. 수화열 및 온도응력에 대한 실측과 해석 결과의 비교해보면 단열온도상승시험에서 얻어진 열특성치를 이용한 해석결과가 실측결과와 매우 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 콘크리트 표준시방서에서 제안된 식에 의해 얻어진 열특성치를 이용한 해석결과는 실측결과와 차이를 보였다. 이것은 수화열 및 온도해석에서 입력 데이터인 열특성치가 해석 결과에 미치는 효과가 매우 크며, 콘크리트 표준시방서에서 제안된 식의 재평가가 필요함을 의미한다. This study is to estimate hydration heat and temperature stress in mass concrete structure which is mixed by low temperature cement in the field. The hydration heat and temperature stress are measured in the field. And numerical analyses carried out the hydration heat and temperature stress in mass concrete structure. Numerical analyses carried out two way. One is analysis which make use of thermal properties in concrete by the test of temperature rising with insulation. The other is analysis which make use of thermal properties in concrete by the guidelines in 'Korean Standard Specification for Concrete'. By the comparison experimental and analytical results, the analysis results which make use of thermal properties in concrete by the test of temperature rising with insulation are agree with experimental results for hydration heat and temperature stress. But analysis which make use of thermal properties in concrete by the guidelines in 'Korean Standard Specification for Concrete' differ from experimental results. It means that thermal properties are very important for analysis of hydration heat and temperature stress. Also the guidelines for thermal properties in 'Korean Standard Specification for Concrete' need to revaluate.

      • 굴패각 혼용 콘크리트의 역학적 특성에 관한 연구

        연안지역 굴양식장에서 발생하는 굴패각을 대량으로 처리하기 위하여, 콘크리트의 잔골재 대체재료로 재활용하기 위한 방법을 개발하는 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 분쇄한 굴패각의 대체율에 따른 굳지 않은 콘크리트의 특성 및 경화한 콘크리트의 역학적 특성을 정량적으로 검토하였다. 실험결과에 따르면 대체율이 증가할수록 작업성은 저하된다. 그리고 굴패각의 혼입은 콘크리트의 압축강도 및 휨강도를 저하시키는 요인으로 작용하지는 않는다. An experimental study was carried out to investigate recycling of an oyster shell, which is disposed in open-dumped way at coastal oyster factory area. For this purpose, the characteristics of fresh concrete and hardened concrete was quantitatively investigated in terms of blending rate of the crushed oyster shell. Test results show that workability of concrete decreases with increase the blending rate of the crushed oyster shell. And it was found that blending of an oyster shell caused not to reduce the compressive strength and flexural strength.

      • 팽창콘크리트를 충진한 원형 구속강관에 의한 RC 교각의 내진 보강

        A retrofit method "Steel Ring Confinement Retrofit" was proposed and discussed on the material and member characteristics through experiments. Steel Ring Confinement Retrofit consist of confining steel ring and expansive concrete. The steel ring is set on the footing, surrounding the base of the pier. By placing expansive concrete between the pier and steel ring, chemical prestress is introduced in the members. Chemical prestressed ring concrete enlarge the pier section and enhance both the strength and ductility of the pier. It was confirmed that Various Ring Confinement Retrofit improved the strength of the pier up to 30%~100% with experiments.
