대학도서관의 근로운영방식에 따른 근로학생 구전(口傳)마케팅 효과의 실증적 연구

본 연구는 대학도서관 근로경험에 따른 도서관 마케팅효과에 대한 연구(최윤희 2012)의 후속 연구로서, 대학도서관의 근로학생 운영 특성을 조직구조와 조직커뮤니케이션의 특성으로 구분하였을 때, 각 집단에 속한 근로경험자의 충성도 차이를 확인하였다. 또한 근로학생의 행동적 충성도로 나타나는 구전마케팅 효과를 파악하기 위해 근로경험자 지인의 충성도를 통계적으로 분석하였다. 이를 토대로, 대학도서관의 근로학생 운영이 대학 내 학생집단 전체를 대상으로 한 마케팅 활동으로서 가지는 의의를 논의하였다. As a follow-up of the study on the marketing effect of undergraduates’ work experience in university libraries(Choi 2012), this study aims to identify differences in the library loyalty of student employees by the managerial characteristics of student employees and analyzes the loyalty of the acquaintances of the student employees to identify the word-of-mouth marketing effect by behavioral loyalty of student employees. Based on the results from the analyses, we discuss the possibility of the management of student employees as a marketing activities in university libraries to the whole undergraduate student.
통일 대비 탈북대학생 지원 프로그램 개발 적용 사례: 기독교 신앙, 학업 역량 강화 및 정체성 형성을 중심으로

This study aims to develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive support program for North Korean defectors equipped for their future roles as Christian missionaries or pastors in a unified Korea. The program encompassed three key aspects: Christian faith formation, academic competence enhancement, and identity formation through understanding Korean history and community service learning in Korean society. To this end, a program was developed and applied to North Korean defectors majoring in theology and Christian education at a Christian university in Seoul based on Branch(2009)'s ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The specific programs are listed as follows: First, for Christian faith formation, weekly prayer meetings centered on unification and spiritual restoration were conducted for North Korean defector students. To enhance academic competence, customized tutoring programs were designed to cater to the specific needs of defectors, including English and computer tutoring. Special courses, such as Korean academic writing workshops and tutoring in Hebrew and Greek for theology majors, were also offered. Finally, to build social belonging and identity in Korean society, a community service program was introduced, facilitating defectors' volunteering and integration with local churches to foster a sense of belonging. In addition, historical learning activities, particularly those related to the Korean War and modern Korean history, were organized to deepen defectors' historic knowledge. Furthermore, the study evaluated the effectiveness of the support program every year and developed a better program over the course of four years, from 2019 to 2022. This research holds significant implications in the academia of Christianity, national unification, and pedagogy as it presents a holistic approach to supporting North Korean defectors in their preparation for a unified Korea. 본 연구는 통일한국 시대를 대비하여 탈북대학생의 기독교 신앙 형성, 학업 역량 강화와 올바른 정체성 형성을 위한 지원 프로그램을 중, 장기적으로 개발하고 적용 후 효과 분석 및 환류하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 Branch(2009)의 ADDIE(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) 모형을 바탕으로 서울 소재 기독교 대학의 신학 및 기독교교육 전공 탈북대학생을 대상으로 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하였다. 개발한 프로그램 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기독교 신앙 형성과 회복을 위해 매주 한 시간 이상 북한과 통일을 위한 기도 모임을 진행하였다. 둘째, 학업 역량을 강화하기 위해 탈북학생들에게 가장 시급한 영어와 컴퓨터 튜터링을 매 학기 약 10~13회 이상씩 실시하도록 하는 튜터링 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하였다. 또한 국어 글쓰기 특강 및 신학 전공의 학업 지원을 위해 헬라어와 히브리어 등의 튜터링도 병행하였다. 마지막으로 한국 사회의 소속감과 올바른 정체성 확립을 위해 지역사회 개척 교회를 방문하여 봉사하는 프로그램을 개발 및 적용하였고, 한국 전쟁 등 올바른 한국 근현대사에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 통일의 필요성 인식 제고를 위한 교육도 실시하였다. 이 연구는 앞으로 통일한국시대를 대비하여 통일선교사 또는 목회자로서의 역할을 감당할 탈북대학생을 기독교 신앙적 측면, 학업 지원, 역사 인식 제고 및 지역사회 봉사활동을 통한 올바른 정체성 형성 측면을 종합적으로 고려하여 프로그램을 개발하고 적용했다는 데에서 기독교와 통일을 연계한 학문과 탈북민을 위한 교수 학습 방법 측면에서 의의를 제공한다.

The goal of this study is to develop a teaching model for aviation French in the university. This curriculum model focuses on three major features - i.e. linguistic (lexical, phonological and syntactical), situational and cultural- as criteria for teaching. As for the lexical aspect, using Crocker(2014) as the main textbook, as well as in-flight service announcement scripts, the model satisfies the scope of the special vocabulary used in this field. In regard to the phonological aspect, the model uses Crocker(2014)’s main textbook audio files, along with a security video released by Air France in 2015. Regarding the syntactical aspect, this study focuses on ‘the voice’, or ‘the mode’ airline employees generally use, conveying an atmosphere of courtesy and professionalism in their interaction with passengers. The linguistic feature therefore, goes with the situational feature. In addition, the model includes a cultural feature, professions working in the aviation industry will likely encounter. It is important to address frequent cultural mistakes to the learners so that they can appreciate the need to tolerate and respect different cultures. Regarding overall curriculum, the model focuses on listening and reading comprehensions in the first half of the course. But starting from week nine, the model focuses on speaking and writing skills by providing a role play section and a composition section. In the final two weeks, the model requires learners to give presentations on topics related to the air industry.
블렌딩 에센셜 오일을 이용한 문제성 발톱 관리 효과 연구

This study sought to examine the effects of toenail fungus care through the application of IRB-approved blending essential oil. To accomplish this, one drop of the oil was administered daily to 12 individuals aged 40-60, each exhibiting symptoms of toenail fungus. This treatment regimen was repeated six times, with a four-week interval between each application, spanning from April 1 to September 30, 2022. Testee satisfaction was evaluated after each treatment, and the effects were observed using photos and an electron microscope. Satisfaction levels and the severity of Onychomycosis Severity Index (OSI) were assessed through descriptive statistics and repeated measures ANOVA, utilizing SPSS 28.0. The results revealed variations among individuals, but overall, the treatment demonstrated improvements. This suggests that the treatment could be effective for individuals suffering from toenail fungus, especially those who are concerned about adverse drug reactions and drug resistance. Given the abundance of toenail fungus care methods shared on social media and the Internet, the lack of objective data on their effectiveness is notable. Therefore, this study holds significance as it offers objective insights into toenail fungus care.
