37주 경산부 산모에서 양모 파수시 양수 과다증을 동반한 부검에서 수두무뇌증을 경험하였 기에 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Hydranencephaly is an abnormality consisting of complete or almost absence of the cerbral hemispheres. This should be considered the end result of one of many destructive process in the cerebrum occuring during the prenatal peroid or the birth process or even postnatally. We report a case of Hydranencephaly in a new born female infant after 37 weeks gestaion from a 24 years old multipara woman who was uneventual during this pregnancy and its literatures and briefly reviewed

인제의과대학 부속 부산백병원 산부인과에서 쌍태임신의 제왕절개분만후 발생한 난소정맥혈 전성정맥염을 임상적 제반 소견과 heparin 및 항생제를 투여하여 진단 및 치료한 1례를 경 험하였기에 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다 Puerperal ovarian vein thrombophlebitis (POVT) has been thought to be a rare postpartum complications and usually presents as a syndrome consisting of lower abdominal or flank pain fever, and a deep tender mass the thrombosed ovarian vein , The right ovarian vein is involved far more often than the left and uterine infection is present or suspected in a sizable number of cases before or at the onset of symptoms of POVT. Diagnosis is made by laparotomy (80%) or clinical ground(20%) . treatment requires administration of broad spectrum antibiotics, intravenous heparin, ovarian vein and vena cara ligation in selected cases. We present a case of POVT of which diagnosis is based on the compatible clinical finding and response to heparinization with a brief review of literatures

Based upon the PREP scoring system, retrospective clinical analysis was attempted on 145 cases of spontaneous preterm delivery which had occurred during the period of 22 months from September, 1, 1982 to June, 30, 1984. The results obtained were followings: 1. The incidence of spontaneous premature delivery was 5.9% and early perinatal death was 35.2%. About two third(62.2)% of all perinatal death occurred in premature group. 2. The malority(92.4%) was belong to PREP score 11 or more and only 7.6% was in PREP score 10 or less. 3. The relationship between the last PREP score and newborn weight, and that of gestational weeks showed slight inversed tendency, respectively. 4. The predictable value of PREP score system seemed to be higher in primipara than multipara if the PREP score were under 20. 5. The relatively important constant risk factors were previous curettage, 2nd trimester abortion, preterm delivery, low socioeconomic state and short pregnancy interval. 6. The most important variable risk factors were uterine contraction and dilatation of cervix, and other factors were in order of unsuitable living quarters, poor weight gain, signs of preeclampsia, and anemia. 7. The causes of spontaneous preterm labor were in order of PROM(34.5%), unknown(24.1%), previous preterm delivery or late abortion (11.7%), faulty placentation (10.3%), and twin or hydramnios(7.6%).

47세의 미산부 및 50세의 경산부에서 거대자궁근종을 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 아울러 보고하는 바이다. Two cases of huge uterine myoma in 47 year old nulliparous waman and 50 year old multiparous waman were presented and brief review on literature was noticed.
