It has long been pointed out that the existing school system is not organized for maximum efficiency of education but is destined for convenience only of control and management within the huge frame of vertical bureaucracy. Under these circumstances, priority has been given to administrative work, not to educational activities inherent to school system, and teachers themselves have been mainly concerned about administrative procedures, instead of education-related duties. Teachers are now so vastly involved in extra-educational jobs that they even regard themselves responsible for clerical duties, not for teaching. It seems unlikely to expect efficient teaching by teacher alone under the new curriculum which, rather, is believed to require active discussion, deliberation and information exchange of teachers. As the concept of classroom is disregarded, teachers tend to have increasing difficulties in and necessities for life guidance of students. In response to the change of curriculum and requests for improved teaching quality, the change of the teaching system may be said to be an undisputed demand of the time. It is the objective of this study to analyze the current status of academic job division system of schools, investigate the issues related to the administration-oriented job division of middle schools, examine desirable models of curriculum-oriented job division, compare advantages and disadvantages of each model and, finally, suggest improving measures.

In the age of educational information accompanied with the introduction of new learning paradigm, the role of teacher is changing from that of a conductor to the similar one of a gardener. It is widely requested to perceive a qualified teacher as the one who can provide proper guidance to students in need. Such perception should be applied to the autonomous in-school learning promotion activities, as had been to teaching activities so far. It is evident that provisions, data and conditions should be provided for teachers to acquire and utilize information well-met for their needs in the age of educational information and to engage exclusively in teaching, free from the conventional directive way of educational promotion. Vice school masters, among others, seem to be in the position to have firm understanding to and concern about the school information education and, by thus, to contribute positively to achieving the national goal of school information. In this context, the aim of this study is to find a new paradigm for in-school promotion of education based on IT by analyzing the anticipation of teachers toward vice school masters in terms of educational information, so that vice school masters, on the one side, can have clear sight on the given tasks and teachers, on the other, can be wholly involved in self-training to map out the direction of teaching with focus on the on-line guidance suitable to the educational information era.

Pop art that appeared in sixties is an active form including popularity, consumptiveness, fashion and commercialism shown in abundance of consumer society and material civilization. The structure of modem art has been understood by pop art in a new viewpoint. Pop art expressed normal and popular images in various ways by excluding traditional noble images of conventional art. It also strengthened the relation between artists and industrial general people. Visual realities in common life were widely described by pop art with images of mass media such as magazine and advertisement. Pop art is studied by investigating color characteristic of visual mass media which are developed with pop art. Nowadays, colors of pop art are shown in usual items such as animation hero and characters as well as in multiple items such as television, mass media, advertisement, display window, highway board and traffic board. Pop art which shows diversity of color as an element of formation is extended to the component of art by which art structures are recognized in a new viewpoint. Therefore, it could be said that opening and indivisuality of colors has become main components of popular art.

Matrix tablets of nifedipine (NP) were prepared with Eudragit, diluent (lactose or Ca. phosphate) and Mg. stearate employing two different preparation methods (wet granulation and direct compression) to develop its sustainedrelease dosage forms. The effects of various formulation factors on the dissolution rate of the drug were investigated. Dissolution test was studied in pH 6.8 phosphate buffer containing 1 % sodium lauryl sulfate using the paddle method. Formulation factors were the type and content of Eudragit, the type of diluent and the tablet preparation method. The optimum formula of NP matrix tablet, which resulted in a similar dissolution profile to that from Adalat Oros used as a reference, was 30 mg NP, 10% Eudragit RS, 2% Mg. stearate and an adequate quantity of lactose to yield 500 mg weight using the wet granulation method.
또래 따돌림에서 가해 청소년의 인지적 특성에 관한 연구 : 사회정보처리 모델을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 초등학교 6학년(13세) 60명, 중학교 3학년(16세) 60명 총 120명을 대상으로 또래 따돌림에서 가해 청소년의 인지적 특성을 알아보고자 하였다. 공격적 청소년의 사회정보처리 과정을 측정하기 위해서 윤리라(1998)와 문진명(2000)이 제작한 도구를 수정․보완하여 사용하였으며, 따돌림을 지지하는 자기 규범적 신념(normative belief)은 Salby와 Guerra(1988), Huesmann과 Guerra(1997) 및 윤리라(1998)의 척도를 수정하여 이용하였다. 그리고 또래 지명은 Crick, Casas, 그리고 Mosher(1997)의 Peer Nomination Instrument 중 따돌림과 관련된 항목과 문진명(2000)의 또래 따돌림 피해 지각 척도를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 평균과 표준편차, 그리고 일원변량분석과 이원변량분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 가해 청소년 집단 및 일반 청소년 집단은 사회정보처리 과정의 모든 단계에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 그리고 가해 청소년 집단에서 자기 효능감에 대해 여자이면서 연령이 높을수록 따돌림 행위를 수행하는 것을 쉽다고 지각하고, 남자이면서 연령이 낮을수록 따돌림 행위를 수행하는 것을 어렵다고 지각하였다. 또한 가해 청소년 집단 내에서 남자일수록 따돌림 당하는 아이는 고통받지 않는다고 생각하는 경향이 있었으며, 연령이 낮을수록 따돌림 당하는 쪽에 잘못이 있다고 생각하는 경향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
