강원지역 일부 대학생의 식행동실태 및 식생활교육 효과에 관한 연구

This study examined the nutritional status and dietary behaviors of university students in Gangwon-do as well as theeffects of dietary education on them. Forty college students were recruited, and their dietary lifestyle was examined using anAdult NQ questionnaire before and after dietary education. The questionnaire items were grouped into four categories:balance, diversity, moderation, and dietary behavior. The mean NQ score out of 100 was 48.00. Among the three gradesof the NQ grade criteria, most subjects (50%) were in the lowest grade, which was poor. The mean scores of the NQ factorswere highest for moderation (68.76%), followed in order by diversity (50.81%), dietary behavior (45.66%), and balance(21.01%). Compared to the criterion value, moderation was only good, and balance was the worst. These results suggestthat the nutritional status of the subjects is poor. On the other hand, there was a significant change in the areas of the NQscore (53.7), balance (29.22) and dietary behavior (56.77) after dietary education. Nevertheless, the ‘balance’ arearemained lower than the average, highlighting the need for education on food intake to enable diverse food intake.

유교는 사물의 불평등 질서를 토대로 현실적인 인간ㆍ사회의 불평등을 인정한다. 그러나 원론적인 차원에서 볼 때에는 절대 평등론을 주장하는 이중적세계관을 갖고 있다. 이와 같은 유교의 불평등론에 대하여는 다양한 시각에서 논의되었으나, 여성주의적 시각에서 남녀의 성차에 의한 불평등 구조에 대하여 접근하는 작업은 많지 않다. 젠더에 대한 유교의 담론은 음/양의 이미지를 성에 투사함으로써, 양적 존재(남)의 우월성과 음적 존재(여)의 종속성이라는 위계적 질서를 합리화시켜왔다. 특히 여성=利=소인, 남성=義=군자라는 등식이 성립되면서 반여성주위적 성향은 더욱 심화되었다. 그러나 음양론에는 음과 양을 대등하게 보는 또 다른 측면이 내함되어 있다. 음과 양의 관계는 건健/순順, 인仁/의義와 같이 '서로 없을 수 없으며, 어느 한 편으로 치우치지 않는' 대대성과, 생生/살殺, 선善/악惡과 같이 '음적인 것을 억누르고 양적인 것을 부양하는' 차등성을 동시에 갖는 것이다. 그러나 유교는 음양의 형평성을 지향하는 데에 본질이 있다. 이 점은 무엇보다도 유교가 자기 정체성의 논거를 '중中'에 두고 있다는 사실에서 확인될 수 있다. 중은 일반적으로 '불편불의무과불급不偏不倚無過不及'이라고 정의되듯이 음과 양 어느 하나에 치우치지 않는 균형성을 그 본질로 한다. 이 중은 유교에 있어 최고의 덕목이며 실천윤리인 동시에 유교적 사유의 문법, 곧 논리이다. 특히 대립ㆍ대응하고 있는 두 항을 동시에 고려하여 그 균형성을 추구하는 중의 논리는 전형적인 대칭적 사고틀로서 유교 사상과 문화의 기저를 이루는 원형적 논리이다. 다만, 시대적인 상황이 제기하는 문제에 따라 대응항 가운데 어느 한 쪽이 보다 강조되면서 다양한 이론의 스펙트럼이 나타나는 것이다. 이것 또한 '시중時中'이라는 중의 논리를 벗어나지 않는다. 전근대 사회에서 정치ㆍ경제 문화 등 다양한 요인들에 의하여 양적 범주에 추가 기울어졌던 사실을 부정할 필요는 없다. 이것은 타문화권에서도 나타나는 현상이다. 그러나 자연이 균형성을 지향하면서 변화해 나가듯이 유교는 중을 지향한다. 이와 같은 관점에서, 성적 차이를 차등이 아니라 평등의 관계로 재정립해 나가는 데에 있어서 자생적인 이론적 기반을 유교의 음양론과 중의 논리에서 모색할 필요가 있다. 그리고 차이를 조화와 통일의 전제로 요구하며 상반적 타자를 자기의 존재 근거로 삼는 음양론과, 도덕적 수양에 의하여 자기완성의 가능성을 열어놓은 유교의 인간관은 재해석되어야 할 것이다.

고추씨 기름의 저장 및 가열에 따른 이화학적 변화에 관한 연구

To observe the propability as the frying oil and oxidative stability of red pepper seed oil, some physico-chemical tests of the oil were examined during 21 days storage period at 5℃, 15℃ and 30℃, and AOM value determined and after heating the oil at 180±5℃ for 40 hours with or without antioxidants. The analysis storage stability of red pepper seed oil showed that the quality of storage group at 5℃ was almost as good as fresh oil, and the storage group at 30℃ showed certain degree of rancidity. Change of physico-chemical characteristic during storage were so small so that storage stability of red pepper seed oil was found to be good. AOM stability of red pepper seed oil was 7 hours which is lower than other vegetable oil, but the degree of stability grew greatly after adding phenolic antioxidants, such on TBHQ or PG. As for the chemical change after heating continuously for 40 hours, acid value, peroxide value and refractive index increased, but iodine value decreased as the heating processed. The fatty acid composition also showed the remarkable reduction of linoleic acid. The addition of antioxidants resulted in the delay of oxidation, the degree of which was greater in TBHQ than in PG.

미용계열 학생들의 학교만족도가 조직 인식에 미치는 영향 : 조직동일시, 조직몰입을 중심으로

This study has attempted to figure out correlations between school satisfaction and organizational perception for students from cosmetology-related departments, aiming to help them adapt well into the school organization as well as the social life. Total of 399 college students in Busan and Ulsan area were surveyed for their school satisfaction, organizational perception and the collected data have been analyzed through SPSS 18.0. As a result, it has shown that the teaching-related factors had an effect on self-esteem, teaching and colleague-related factors effected the organizational commitment, and all factors related to studying, colleague, teaching had an effect on the organizational commitment. The outcome of this study is that it is necessary to form or strengthen relationships among colleagues and develop self-esteem improvement programs in order to enhance the school satisfaction. Also it has been confirmed that the role of the teachers is important to improve the organizational perception. It is highly recommended that follow-up studies on this field should carry out to enhance students' school adaptation.

시간여행 영화의 비선형적 사유: <도니 다코>를 중심으로

This essay attempts to explore how time travel films manipulate time in its philosophical context. Two key questions arise: what kind of images can be created from different aspects of time in time travel films, and in what ways can these cinematic images evoke a mode of thinking? The inquiry of this essay focuses on the analysis of Richard Kelly’s Donnie Darko in terms of the Deleuzean notions of time-image, interstice, and incompossibility. Kelly’s film, which drew the remarkable attention in 2001 Sundance Film Festival, deals with the narrative time in a way that the past and the future coexist in the present. By jumping from one plane to another in the protagonist’s consciousness and thereby blurring the boundary of linear lines in narrative time, the film creates an interstice which enables us to think about the incompossibility in the line of tragic flight from the absurdity of the world.
