        안드로이드기반 스마트폰을 이용한 승강기 안전진단 시스템 설계 및 구현

        논문에서는 승강기의 자체점검 또는 안전검사를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 안드로이드 스마트폰 애플리케이션을 설계하고 구현하는 방법을 제안한다. 현재 승강기 자체점검은 점검자가 전반적인 승강기상태를 확인한 후 양식에 맞추어 수작업으로 기록하는 방법을 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 승강기의 유지보수산업을 분석한 후, 안드로이드 OS를 사용하는 스마트폰에서 효율적인 자체점검업무를 진행하기 위한 시스템 설계방법을 소개한다. 승강기 자체점검에 스마트폰을 이용함으로써 자체점검의 품질을 향상시키고, 안전항목에 대한 정보 데이터베이스를 구축하여 이력을 관리할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. This thesis suggests how to design and implement an Android smart phone application which can perform self check or safety inspection of lifts effectively. The safety checks of lifts go in the way that inspectors check the lifts' conditions generally and record manually following a form at the moment. This thesis analyses lift maintenance industry and introduces how to design a system to proceed effective self check using a smart phone with Android OS. By using a smart phone to check lifts, we can have advantages to improve the quality of self check and maintain careers establishing information database about safety items.

        국내 양돈장의 차단방역 수준 평가 및 돼지써코바이러스 2형 감염의 위험요인에 관한 연구

        The primary aim of this study was to investigate biosecurity practices in pig farms and to determine the major risk factors associated with PCV2 infection for a sampled swine population in Korea. To this end, we analyzed data from a cross-sectional study of 296 farrow-to-finish farms, which was conducted between March and September 2014 to explore the prevalence of swine disease at farm level. Face-to-face interviews by on-site visit of trained veterinarians were conducted with the farm owners or managers using a standardized questionnaires with information about basic demographical data and management practices. Farms were classified as negative or positive through the use of infection profiles that combined data on serological testing including PCR antigen test result, antibody titer and sero-conversion pattern at each age category taking into account vaccination status. Data were analyzed using multivariate ordinal logistic regression. Results from this study indicated that biosecurity level of the farms was considered not good given low compliance of the biosecurity programs and facilities in the farm: off-site removal of dead stocks (7%), off-site location of storage facility for incoming feeds (12.6%), off-site pick-up location for finishers (19.3%), restrictions on feed supplier vehicles for farm entrance (19.6%), restriction of finisher trucks entering the farm (22.4%), and restriction on manure disposal trucks entering the farm (26.4%). In the final model (n = 255), allowance of finisher truck driver to the pig unit had increased risk of infection (OR = 2.4, 95% CI 1.22-4.67) whereas farms with a sign forbidding the entrance had decreased risk of infection (OR = 0.19, 95% CI 0.10-0.58). Further comprehensive research with larger sample size is required to better understand the multifactorial characteristic that some predisposing risk factors that were not available in this study. To the best knowledge of the authors, this was the first study to use empirical data to report risk factors associated with PCV2 infection in the Korean pig farms. Results from the current study could be used to decide optimal biosecurity measures to reduce the impact of PCV2 infection to farmers and policy makers.

        Ultrasound를 이용한 심장검사에서 TVR 속도평가

        The purpose of this study was to determine whether pulmonary arterial hypertensioncan be accurately diagnosed without significant motion in severe and mild patients who are of poormobility, by comparing and analyzing the highest velocity of tricuspid regurgitation in the left lyingposture and in the upward posture, Of the patients who visited the hospital. Ultrasound machine(HD 15, PHILIPS, USA)were used for the test, and a fan-shaped probe was used for the test. Inthe modified 4-chamber view, we measured three times each using continuous wave doppler in alying posture and a right lying posture. The mean values were compared by independent sample ttest. As a result, The highest velocity value of tricuspid regurgitation appeared higher in a lateralrecumbent position on the left. In addition, an analysis of significance by the male group, femalegroup and age-specific groups did not show much difference in quantitative value. In conclusion,this test found that the maximum speed value of tricuspid regurgitation did not show muchdifference when it was measured both in a recumbent position and a lateral recumbent position.

        Mobile Abdomen X-ray 검사 시 Noise Reduction의 유용성 평가

        This study is to evaluate the usefulness of noise reduction for mobile abdomen X-raywhich could be the reason of unnecessary medical exposure by evaluating the exposure dose andimage quality. GM85 (Samsung) was used for Mobile X-ray machine. SID was 110 cm and 80 kVpwas used. Collimation size was 14″×17″. Phantom PBU-60 was used. Nero-max 8000, PCXMCprogram was used to calculate effective dose and ESD for dose evaluation. SPSS 18.0 programwas used for statistical analysis. According to reducing mAs (6.4, 5.1, 4.0, 3.2) by the step, mobileabdomen images were acquired. Each images were applied by noise reduction of 6 steps (0, 1, 2, 3, 4,5). All of them were evaluated quantitatively by Image J program. They are evaluated qualitativelyby two residents who are majoring in Department of Radiology for 4 years. In the dose evaluationas the standard of the exposure condition (80 kVp, 8 mAs) DAP was 6.77 dGycm2. When the value ofmAs was decreasing, exposure dose was decreased by maximum 70% and effective dose was reducedby appropriately 60%. In the cases of stomach and urinary bladder, the value shows the biggestdifference. In the image quality evaluation as the Standard of the exposure condition (80 kVp, 8mAs) when the mAs was 4.0 and noise reduction was not used PSNR was decreased less than 30 dB. However, when mAs was 3.2 and 4 and 5 step of noise reduction were used there was no differenceof image quality (each PSNR, 30.577 and 30.768 dB). In the qualitative evaluation, all images arepossible to be read for medical image. When mobile abdomen X-ray exam was perform, if noisereduction method could be used with proper mAs, exposure dose would be decreased by maximum70%. Moreover, it will decrease still unnecessary medical exposure.

        구기자술의 저장에 따른 성분변화

        한방에서 강장과 보간 등에 효과가 있는 것으로 알려진 구기자를 원료로 술을 양조하여 그 일반성분, 유기산, 메탄올, ester, 휴젤유 및 $SO_2$ 등을 조사하였고, $20^{\circ}C$와$30^{\circ}C$에서 20일 저장하면서 위의 성분분석과 관능 검사를 하였다. 보당형 구기자술 중의 유기산량은 젖산, 능금산, 주석산 및 초산 등이 주를 이루었으며 ester 및 휴젤유는 각각 $4.0{\sim}5.0\;mg%$와 $12{\sim}30\;mg%$ 그리고 methanol은 $25{\sim}27\;mg%$이었다. 약주형 구기자술의 ester 및 휴젤유는 보당형보다 많았다. 한편, 보당형 및 약주형 구기자술의 주질에 미치는 저장온도는 $30^{\circ}C$보다 $20^{\circ}C$가 좋았으며 살균 처리법은 $SO_2$ 100 ppm 첨가 또는 $60^{\circ}C/30$분의 처리가 좋았다. Fruit of Lycium chinense Miller was known to Korean as traditional medicine that has effective components for strengtherning function of human body, especially liver. To study characteristics of the wine and Yakju made by fruit Lycium chinense Miller, general components such as organic acid, methanol, ester, fusel oil and $SO_2$ were analyzed after storing them for 10 and 20 days at $20^{\circ}C\;and\;30^{\circ}C$, respectively. Organic acid contents of the wine were mainly lactic, malic, tartaric and acetic acid. Ester and fusel oil contents of the wine were $4.0{\sim}5.0\;mg%$ and $12{\sim}30\;mg%$, respectively, and the values were smaller than those of the Yakju. Methanol content of the wine was $25{\sim}27\;mg%$. Storage temperature in terms of the quality of the wine and Yakju was better in $20^{\circ}C\;than\;30^{\circ}C$. Treatment of the wine and Yakju either by adding 100 ppm of $SO_2$ or heating at $60^{\circ}C$ for 30 min was better in quality than control for storage.

        대출계약 철회권 도입상의 유의사항

        최근 금융위원회가 입법예고한 「금융소비자보호 기본법 제정 법률안」은 개인 등 일반금융소비자에게 대출계약에 대한 숙고 및 최적상품 탐색기회 등을 부여하여 금융소비자의 선택권을 강화하기 위한 목적으로 대출계약 철회권을 규정하고 있으며, 우리나라 은행들도 최근 여신거래기본약관(가계용)의 개정을 통해 개인 차주의 대출계약 철회권을 도입하여 시행하고 있다. 「금융소비자보호 기본법 제정 법률안」과 은행약관상의 철회권은, 일단 계약이 체결되면 계약당사자는 그 계약에 구속된다는 계약의 일반원칙에 대한 예외로서, 차주가 이미 체결한 대출계약을 어떠한 이유로든 아무런 위약금도 없이 14일의 기간 내에 취소할 수 있게 하는 권리이다. 그리고 철회권이 행사되면 대출계약이 처음부터 있지 아니한 것과 같은 효과가 발생하여 아직 이행하지 않은 은행과 차주의 의무는 모두 소멸되고 이미 이행한 의무는 법률상 또는 계약상의 원인을 잃게 되어 은행과 차주는 서로 원상회복의무를 부담하게 된다. 「금융소비자보호 기본법 제정 법률안」과 은행약관은 대출계약의 철회에 따른 효과 문제를 간결하게 만들었다는 장점이 있으나, 철회권 행사기간의 기산일 및 철회권의 행사방법과 관련하여서는 은행과 차주의 공정성 측면에서 철회권의 실효성을 반감시킬 수 있는 문제점을 가지고 있다고 보여진다. 우선, 철회권 행사기간의 기산일을 차주가 계약서류를 받은 날 또는 대출금을 지급받은 날 중 더 나중의 날로 정함으로써, 대부분의 경우 차주가 대출금을 지급받은 후에 철회권을 행사하게 되는데, 이는 철회권의 행사기간을 불합리하게 길어지게 할 수 있어 은행에 불리할 뿐만 아니라, 차주의 입장에서도 담보대출의 경우 철회권을 행사하는 때에는 담보권설정비용 등 부대비용을 은행에 반환해야 되는 불이익이 있다. 그리고, 은행의 채권 보전을 위하여, 차주가 철회권을 행사할 때 철회 의사의 통지 외에도 대출원금, 이자 및 수수료를 은행에 반환해야만 철회의 효력이 발생하는 것으로 규정함으로써, 차주의 철회권 행사를 어렵게 만들어 철회권을 실질적으로 제약하는 결과를 초래하고 있다. 따라서 차주가 가지는 철회권의 실효성을 제고시키는 한편 은행의 채권보전의 목적을 모두 달성할 수 있도록 하여 은행과 차주가 대출채권의 철회권을 둘러싼 공정한 관계를 유지할 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 철회권 행사기

        The purpose of this study was to examine usefulness of 3T equipment-based time-of-flight magnetic resonance angiography (3T-TOF MRA) by comparing standard technique (ST) with high resolution technique (HRT) in evaluation of cerebral blood vessel. The 3T-TOF MRA was performed for 31 patients who were suspected of having cerebrovascular disease from March to July 2010. For evaluation of cerebral blood vessel, classification was conducted randomly: group I that included vertebral artery and basilar artery, group II that ranged from 2.5cm before basin part of common carotid artery to basin part of internal and external carotid arteries and to genu part of internal carotid artery, group III that ranged from vertebral part of internal carotid artery to the first basin art of anterior and middle cerebral through education recognizes the importance of dose reduction and examine if their efforts and further reduce patient dose could achieve optimization of the medical exposure is considered.
