It is essential to acquire an accurate and simple technique for extracting the interface trap density (Dit) in order to characterize the normally-off gate-recessed AlGaN/GaN hetero field-effect transistors (HFETs) because they can undergo interface trap generation induced by the etch damage in each interfacial layer provoking the degradation of device performance as well as serious instability. Here, the frequency-dependent capacitance-voltage (C-V) method (FDCM) is proposed as a simple and fast technique for extracting Dit and demonstrated in normally-off gate-recessed AlGaN/GaN HFETs. The FDCM is found to be not only simpler than the conductance method along with the same precision, but also much useful for a simple C-V model for AlGaN/GaN HFETs because it identifies frequency-independent and biasdependent capacitance components.
복싱선수의 자기관리와 운동성과의 관계에서 승부근성의 매개효과

본 연구는 복싱선수의 자기관리가 승부근성을 통해 운동성과에 미치는 매개효과를 규명하는데 목적이 있었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 복싱선수 246명을 대상으로 인터넷 설문조사를 실시하여, SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 통해 자기관리, 승부근성 및 운동성과의 구조적 관계에 대한 통계적 분석을 실시하였다. 이에 본 연구의 주요 연구결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. Baron & Kenny(1986)의 매개효과 검증은 총 4단계로 독립변인과 종속변인 간의 유의한 관계와 독립변인과 매개변인, 종속변인 간의 유의한 관계가 성립되어야 한다. 연구절차에 따라 독립변인과 종속변 인의 관계를 분석한 결과, 복싱선수의 자기관리는 운동성과에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 다음으로 매개효과 검증을 위해 독립변인과 매개변인, 종속변인의 관계를 분석한 결과, 복싱선수의 자기관리와 운동성과의 유의한 관계가 나타나지 않았 지만 매개변인을 통해 구조적 관계가 성립되는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 bootstraping을 통해 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 추정치 .178, 95%의 신뢰구간에서 [.012, .346]으로 0을 포함하지 않아 매개효과가 검증되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of amateur boxiers self-management on athletic outcomes through tenacity. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, an Internet survey was conducted on 246 amateur boxers, and a statistical analysis was conducted on the structural relationship between self-management, tenacity and athletic outcomes through SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 18.0 program. As a result, Baron & Kenny (1986)'s verification of the mediating effect is a total of 4 steps. A significant relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. And in the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, the parameter should have a significant effect. As a result of analyzing the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable according to the research method, a amateur boxer's self-management has a positive effect on athletic outcomes. Next, as a result of analyzing the relationship among the independent variable, the parameter, and the dependent variable to verify the mediating effect, the significant relationship between the amatuerboxer's self-management and athletic performance was not significant, but the structural relationship through the parameter was significant. Finally, as a result of verifying the mediating effect through bootstraping, the estimated value was .178, and the mediating effect was verified as [.012, .346] was not included in the 95% confidence interval.
체육 실기 강의 스트레스가 강의만족도 및 운동지속수행에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of physical education class stress on class satisfaction and an exercise adherence questionnaire. In order to achieve this purpose, 300 students were selected from University of education in Gyeonggi and Chungnam, Daegu by the cluster sampling method. Out of the 300 questionnaires responded to, only 280 were used for data analyses because 20 were responded to incorrectly. The statistical methods utilized in the study for analyzing the collected data were reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model and the following results were obtained: First, it was discovered that physical education class stress had statistically and significantly negative influences to the class satisfaction. Second, it was discovered that physical education class stress had statistically and significantly negative influences to the exercise adherence questionnaire. Third, it was discovered that class satisfaction had statistically and significantly static influences to the exercise adherence questionnaire. 이 연구는 체육 실기 강의 스트레스가 강의만족도 및 운동지속수행에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위하여 2017년 전국에 있는 교육대학교에 재학중인 학생을 모집단으로 설정하고 총 280명을 집락무선표집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 및 AMOS 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 확인적요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였으며, 그에 따른 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 체육 실기 강의 스트레스는 강의만족도에 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육 실기 강의 스트레스는 운동지속수행에 부적영향을 미치지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 강의만족도는 운동지속수행에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
