This study was conducted with the purpose of establishing a foothold for lifelong sports by encouraging middle school students to participate in leisure sports continuously by identifying the relationship among the coach support, grit and exercise adherence intention for the middle school students in leisure sports participation. To achieve the purpose of this study, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis were conducted using SPSS 18.0 for Windows and AMOS 18.0. Through this, the causal relationship between the factors was identified. The results of the above research method and research model verification are as follows. First, coach support had a positive effect on grit. Second, grit had a positive effect on exercise adherence intention. Third, coach support had a positive effect on exercise adherence intention. Fourth, in the relationship between the coach support and exercise adherence intention, grit was found to mediate. Therefore, in order to improve the lifelong exercise intention of middle school students participating in leisure sports, based on smooth communication and sympathy, coaches should provide coach support that carefully guides participants. It is judged that it is necessary to find a multifaceted program to achieve this.

Two Different Surgical Approaches for Prostatic Stromal Sarcoma: Robot-Assisted Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy and Open Radical Cysto-Prostatectomy With Ileal Conduit

Stromal sarcoma of the prostate is very rare and shows rapid growth, which consequentlyis related to poor prognosis. Recently, we treated two cases of prostatic stromalsarcoma: one with robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy and the otherwith open radical cysto-prostatectomy with an ileal conduit. To the best of our knowledge,this is the first case report of a prostatic stromal sarcoma managed by use of arobotic procedure. Here, we report of our experiences in the treatment of prostatic stromalsarcoma by use of two different methods.

생활체육 참여자의 여가기능과 자아존중감 및 가정생활만족의 구조적 관계

본 연구는 생활체육 참여자를 대상으로 여가기능과 자아존중감 및 가정생활만족의 관계를 규명하는데 목적을 두고진행되었다. 설문지는 201부를 사용하여 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석 및 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 생활체육 참여자의 여가기능은 자아존중감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생활체육 참여자의 자아존중감은 가정생활만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 생활체육 참여자의 여가기능은 가정생활만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 생활체육 참여자의 여가기능과 가정생활만족의 관계에서 자아존중감은 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 여가의 순기능을 통해 자신의 가치를 높여 가정에 대한 만족을 높일 수 있는 방안으로 자신에게 맞는 생활체육의 지속적인 참여가필요하다는 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship model of leisure function, self-esteem and family life satisfaction of participants in sports for all. To achieve the goal of this study, a total 201 surveys collected in Seoul and Gyeong-gi area were utilized for analyzing. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis and internal consistency analysis to determine demographic characteristics. After that, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling were used. Main findings were as follows: First, leisure function of Sports for All participants had a positive effect on self-esteem. Second, self-esteem of Sports for All participants had a positive effect on family life satisfaction. Third, leisure function of Sports for All participants had a positive effect on family life satisfaction. Fourth, self-esteem mediated the relationship between leisure function and family life satisfaction. Therefore, this study suggests that continuous participation in Sports for All for oneself is necessary as a way to increase one's value and satisfaction with the family through the net function of leisure.

예외적 근로시간 규제 근거로서의 고액임금

Various types of employment and jobs are recently getting more and more diverse. Regulations of employment law also face a lot of situations that can not be dealt with in a uniform style, which was traditional way of employment law. Among these variations, the exemption clause for working time rules is a good example of different way of regulation. What an employee does for his duty, what kind of discretion he/she has, could be a reason for the different regulation. Salary level test is one of the requirements for exemption of FLSA. This is exceptional, in that many other countries do not consider salary level as a reason for exemption of working time regulation but in extremely limited situations, as a supplemental requirement. Recently, there has been abundant debate about salary level test in the United States, and they are mainy concerned with who decides and how much. Surely salary level test gives very clear distinction about who gets and who doesn't overtime payment. However at the same time it conceives controversial problems too. This paper aims on analyzing American history and discussion about salary level test of white collar exemption. In United States, salary level test has been vital requirement, unlike its original intention of legislation. Recent court decisions show that the number of salary level could be beyond the range of administration’s discretion. Also there appears the tendency to construe “fairly” rather than “narrowly”, as was with the U.S. court and Federal department of labor. However, the way to line between persons who are at the side of exemptions and the others should be narrow, and salary level test should be taken as a secondary requirement in Korean context, considering the purpose of labor law and labor market in Korea.

A Topology Measurement Method Examining Hydraulic Abrasion of High Workability Concrete

This research concerns the abrasion resistance of high workability concrete with various amounts of Supplementary Cementitious Materials (SCM). Various factors affect abrasion resistance, including the strength of concrete, water-binder ratio, amount of SCM,surface finishing, degree of aggregate exposure, and severity of the abrasive loading. An underwater abrasion test method, in which specimens are sectors of a circle, was newly proposed based on the modification from a typical method for simultaneous comparison of the abrasion resistance of concrete of differing mix proportions. Abraded concrete volumes were determined using a non-contact 3D measurement system. It was found that initial surface irregularities affect the development of ensuing erosion. Concrete containing more fly ash showed less abrasion erosion resistance at early age. Concrete mixed with blast-furnace slag showed higher abrasion resistance for approximately 20% replacement of cement, within the test range of 0~60%. In addition, the abrasion resistance increases as the aggregate exposure ratio increases for concrete with fly ash.

This study is to analyze the concept of circulation and the space which is experienced sequently by this flow on the propose to lick inner and outer space in the planning of housing. the method for this study is to consider the meaning of transitionary related to space recognition as boundary in Spatial-composition linked with circulation, and to define the meaning of transitional space, and to inquire expressional characteristics of transitional space through the analysis of circulation which causes transitional experience in the transformation.
