        모두를 배려한 공공화장실디자인 방향 연구

        모두를 배려한 공공화장실디자인은 공공시설물의 하나로서 개성적이면서도 주변 건축물과 환경에 잘 어우러지도록 계획되어져야 하며, 사회구성원 모두에게 편안하고 쾌적한 환경을 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문은 누구에게나 공평하고 사용하기 편리한 공공화장실디자인 개발에 필요한 이론적 데이터와 구체적 분석자료를 제공하고자 연구되어졌다. 본 연구의 주된 범위와 내용에는 모두를 배려한 디자인의 필요성과 국내외 우수 공공화장실디자인사례, 공공화장실디자인의 현황 분석, 그리고 공공화장실디자인 방향 제안에 관한 내용이 포함되어진다. 연구방법은 인터넷을 이용한 국내외 정보 D/B 및 네트워크 검색, 논문과 단행본을 포함한 도서·출판물 등 문헌조사를 통한 고찰 및 분석이 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 고찰과 분석 결과, 화장실을 하나의 문화나 건축적 공간 개념으로 이해하고 공공시설물로서 시민 모두 안전하고 평등하게 사용할 수 있는 공간으로서의 일관성 있는 이미지와 주변경관과 조화를 이룰 수 있는 디자인개발의 필요성이 도출되어졌다. 모두를 배려하는 공공화장실디자인 방향은 주변 자연·지리·생태적 환경과 인간친화적 디자인이 조화를 이룬 영국, 런던의 옥소타워 서편정원 공공화장실 디자인의 컨셉과, 서울시 ``공원내 공공화장실디자인가이드라인``에서 제시하고 있는 구체적 실내공간과 동선의 편의성을 위한 설치기준 및 세부치수 적용이 제안되어졌다. Realization of public restroom design for all could be built characteristically to make good balance with surroundings, and could provide comfortable and pleasant environment to the all members of public who come across public facilities. This article is designed to provide theoretical data and definite analysis materials to explore the public restroom design, which is impartial and being convenience for everyone, development, education, and publicity in the future. Main scopes and contents of this article are formed with necessity of design for all, good cases of public restroom design in domestic and abroad, an analysis of present condition of public restroom design, and a suggestion for design direction of public restroom design in the future. The main method of this article is to contemplate and analyze the data from Internet D/B in domestic and abroad, and variety of literatures including thesis, books, periodicals and the other publications. As the result of this analysis and contemplation, developing universal design concept as design for all of public restroom based on cultural, artistic, and architectural space would work very efficiently to providing safe, comfortable and pleasant environment to the all members of public who come across public facilities. It was suggested that westside garden of OXO tower in London, UK, making good balance between surrounding nature, geographic, and ecological environment with user-friendliness would be considerable model for a design direction of public restroom design for all. With this, the standards for establishment and detail sizes in ``public restroom design guideline in the park`` by Seoul City were offered for making consistent images and convenient spaces.

        This paper gives a comparative analysis on lifetime of the fluorescent induction lamp. We have measured and analysed optical characteristics of circular type fluorescent induction lamps, which has A and B types, to estimate lifetime. In the result of analysis on lifetime, B₁? lifetime of A and B type lamps are 466 hours and 1,595 hours, respectively.

        ‘Hot Reheat Line’, which is the reheat steam pipeline among power plant pipe system supplies the reheated steam to the turbine and maintains the constant levels in temperature, pressure and flow rate through equalizing pipeline connected by branching from the main lines. As such a type of piping is the basic configuration of the power plant pipe, most of the coal-fired power plants have the same configuration, which thereby makes damages take place in the similar section and pattern. Similar pipe damages used to occur so repeatedly over time that the only way available would be to adjust the support devices and restore the damages tentatively through repair welding, as a sort of follow-up measure. In this study, it is assumed that the most integral state of the piping should be those initially installed based on the design, so that the pipelines in the Cold condition could be positioned close to the initial construction state, under which the changes of the stress distribution responding to changes of pipe positions would be confirmed by using AutoPIPE, a commercial pipe analysis program. thereafter, the strain gauges for high-temperature purpose are put up on the highly stressed sections to acquire the data concerned, with which the verification and evaluation processes could be carried out against the results of program analysis.

        고유가 시대의 LED램프는 관공서, 호텔, 상업건물의 인테리어 조명, 상점의 다운라이트 등에 급속한 보급이 전망되며 이미 규격화를 통해 표준화된 제품이 생산되고 있다. 이는 국가 에너지 및 자원 절약 효과의 극대화, 유해물질(수은, 납 등) 사용 억제로 환경오염 방지, 인체 감성조명으로의 삶의 질 향상을 가져오며, 다양한 용도와 응용기술(수W~수십 W까지)로 신지식산업(IT · ET 등)과의 연계 파급 효과까지 더해져 LED램프는 21세기 차세대 조명용 광원으로 크게 주목받고 있다. 최근 정부는 LED램프 대한 보급 활성화 정책을 통하여 신규 고용을 창출하고자 노력하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LED조명기기에서 고효율에너지기자재인 컨버터 내장형 PAR-30 E26 베이스 LED램프의 효율, 연색성 등 광특성을 측정, 평가, 고찰하여 기존 조명기기와의 비교평가 자료로 활용할 계획이다.

        장거리 달리기 선수에서 횡문근융해와 생화학적 지표의 변화에 대한 연구

        Background: Exercise has almost always been intuitively considered beneficial, but although rewards greatly outweigh risks, exercise occasionally produces bad or even fatal outcomes such as acute renal failure or sudden death. Exertional rhabdomyolysis has been occasionally reported in adult patients following such strenuous activities as military basic training, weight lifting, and marathon running. The purpose of the present study was to investigate whether exertional rhabdomyolysis developed, and how exercise could influence biochemical markers of rhabdomyolysis during resting, exercise, and recovery period in long-distance runners. Methods: Twenty-four young long-distance runners who volunteered to participate in the study, trained with running over 200km every week for 2 to 3 years were studied. Levels of serum creatine kinase(CK), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), asparatate amino-transferase (AST), and myoglobin, and urine myoglobin were measured at 24hr(pre-exercise period) before, immediately (post-exercise period), and at 24hr(recovery period) after 10km running. Ten long-distance runners who were randomly selected at 24hr after 10km running, including one complaining of calf pain, and age-matched nine young control students were subjected to bone scan with technetiun-99m methylene diphosphonate(99mTc-MDP) Results: Serum CK activities in pre-exercise period were higher than that of the upper normal range. Serum CK and LDH activities were significantly increased in post-exercise period compared with pre-exercise periad(p$lt;0.05), were not decreased to the level of post-exercise in recovery period. The level of serum myoglobin was increased and decreased significantly,(p$lt;O.05, p$lt;0.01, respectively) and urine myoglobin and serum AST activities were remained within nomal range in each period. The mean uptake count of 99mTc-MDP in both lower extremities of runners was significantly greater than that of the control group(p$lt;0.001), and had good correlation with the serurn CK activities of post-exercise, and recovery period(r=0.87 p$lt;0.001, r=0.8 p$lt;0.01, respectively). Conclusion: This study suggests that rhabdomyolysis in the well trained long-distance runners may be developed in low grade, but ongoing injuries during each running. For the diagnosis of rhabdomyolysis in the well trained long-distance runners, serum CK levels are thought to be the most useful marker, and the cut-off value of serum CK levels should be lowered less than usual five times of normal value. A quantitative measurements of 99mTc-MDP uptake with serum CK levels can be more helpful in making the diagnosis of rhabdomyolysis in the well trained long-distanc runners.
