Recently, Korea's economy is facing a period of the creative economy to create ICT convergence industry through values of creativity and new ideas. With the increasing trend of globalization and individualization, technological applications of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) are rapidly changing. In order to respond to rapid environmental change, most enterprises are continuing to improve organizational performance, by integrating the organization's resources with scanning for critical environmental change. From the resource-based view (RBV), firms with abundant organizational resources can continue surviving and developing because of their strong competitive advantage, regardless of external environmental changes. However, RBV holds a limitation that retainment of firm's core resources represents a better strategy than continuously adjusting firm's business activities to match environmental changes. This study suggests a research model to identify the relationship between product development competence, IT competence and new product development performance through convergence capabilities.

윤조병 희곡 <이끼 낀 고향에 돌아오다> 고찰

The purpose of this study is to discuss and analyze the meaning of “the method of dealing with the ideological other” through Yoon Jo-byeong’s play <Return to the Mossy Hometown>. The reason he focuses on this work is to portray a perspective that is distinguished from the perception or attitude of division that contemporary writers demonstrated. For the effective achievement of the research objectives, it was first compared with the “dominant representation paradigm” that appeared in divided plays that were released simultaneously. Subsequently, I focus on the “dramatic situation” setting and the “character composition” of the work. It was confirmed that the characteristic of the dramatic situation is that the ideological other is represented through the setting of “Catholic anti-communism” vs. “communism.” This can be attributed to his very detailed and extensive observation while highlighting the historical facts of the war period. This is a point that unveils his personality as a realist playwright. The characteristic revealed in “character setting” is the appearance of “balancers” that transcend the extremes within the ideological terrain. He attempts to escape ideological rigidity by not dealing with the ideological other at the extremes. This is in contrast to the anti-communism drama of the same period. His attitude not to lose his “balance” would have provided a cognitive motive to the dramas of the 1990s, which focused on the issue of division. Concurrently, this is the significance and value of his “method of dealing with the ideological other.” 이 연구는 윤조병의 희곡 <이끼 낀 고향에 돌아오다>을 통해 작가의 ‘이념적 타자를 다루는 방식’에 대해 논구하고, 그 의미를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 작품을 주목하는 이유는 그가 동시대 작가들이 보여주었던 분단인식, 혹은 태도와 구별되는 일면을 보여주고 있다고 생각했기 때문이다. 연구목적의 효과적인 달성을 위해 우선 같은 시기 발표되었던 반공극들에 나타나는 ‘지배적 재현방식’과 비교하였다. 이어 작품의 ‘극적 상황’ 설정과 ‘인물 구도’에 주목하였다. ‘극적 상황’의 특징은 ‘천주교 반공주의’ 대 ‘공산주의’라는 설정을 통해 이념적 타자를 재현하고 있다는 점을 확인하였다. 이는 작가가 한국전쟁 시기 역사적 사실에주목하면서 매우 치밀하고 폭넓은 관찰을 행했음을 의미한다. 작가의 사실주의 극작가로서의 면모를 보여주는 지점이다. ‘인물 설정’에서 드러나는 특징은 이념 지형 내에서 양극단을 넘어서는 ‘균형자’들을 등장시킨 점을 확인하였다. 이는 이념적 타자를 양극단에서 다루지 않게 함으로써이념적 경직성을 벗어나려는 태도라고 볼 수 있다. 이는 동시기 반공극과 대비되는부분이다. 나아가 이런 그의 ‘균형감’을 잃지 않으려는 태도는 이후 분단 문제에 주목한 90년대 극작품들에 인식적 모티브를 제공하였을 것으로 보았다. 이는 작가의 ‘이념적 타자를 다루는 방식’이 지닌 의의와 가치이다.

연소합성 TiO₂ 나노입자의 고온 상변환 특성에 관한 연구

In this article, $TiO_2$ nanoparticles were synthesized by using $O_2$-enriched coflow, hydrogen, diffusion flames. We investigated the thermal stability of the flame-synthesized $TiO_2$ nanoparticles by examining the crystalline structures of the nanoparticles. Also, the results were compared with those of commercial P-25 nanoparticles. $TiO_2$ nanoparticles, which were spherical with diameters approximately ranging from 30 to 60nm, were synthesized. From the XRD analyses, about 96wt% of the synthesized nanoparticles were anatase-phase. After the heat-treatment at $800^{\circ}C$ for 30 minutes, the synthesized $TiO_2$ nanoparticles showed no significant changes of their shapes and crystalline phases. On the other hand, most of the commercial particles sintered with each other and changed to the rutile-phase. Based on the result of XRD analysis it is believed that the flame-synthesized $TiO_2$ nanoparticles have higher thermal stability at $800^{\circ}C$ than the commercial particles.

Purpose: This study examines the influence of product development competence and IT competence on new product development (NPD) performance in the context of Korean companies. To achieve this goal, this study presents and empirically tests a model of how NPD competence and IT competence can be exploited to positively influence NPD performance through convergence capabilities. Design/methodology/approach: The NPD competence are based on the research construct developed by Zhang et al. (2013). IT competence is based on the research construct developed by Lu and Ramamurthy(2011) and the NPD performance are based on the performance construct developed by Sivadas and Dwyer (2000). To complete the investigation, we conducted a survey from Korean 1000 big companies, which enrolled in Korean stock market. Randomly contacted 171 Korean companies, including firms of all sizes and types. To test our hypotheses, structured equation model (SEM) with partial least squares (PLS) method was employed. Findings: The findings indicate that NPD competence and IT competence are antecedent to convergence capabilities, while IT competence is higher influence than NPD competence. Also, convergence capabilities has very significant relationship with NPD performance. This study provides a better understanding of the relationship between NPD competence, IT competence, convergence capabilities, and NPD performance. So companies should focus on improving NPD and IT competence on NPD performance through convergence capabilities.

At the same time it is the period that the power controlling such a special system is strong, too. That of the western is related with the specialization and enlargement of capitalistic system, while that of korea is the background that the magnification of city space which is enlarged abnormally by the colony power and the daisy life of the subjects in that society is impoverished. In this unique condition, the korean modernist in 1970's couldn't express their fervent hope effectively with usual communication. That is, they couldn't express the world disappeared the wholeness with only realistic way of discussion. Now they need a special way to escape automation to their daily life made of automation. Yun Dae-seong is one of dramatists who shows this specific character of Korean modernist in 1970's. This passage try to accept positively about the indications to the traditional and descriptive element of Yun Dae Seong works which is insisted by the researchers of being already existent. But, this try to adjust the focus of the interest and explanation, what is this way of his speaking for, why he made a choice of this speaking. That is, it's bout the seek of meaning of Yun Dae-seong writing method showing through the recognition about "the world."

함정 격실기밀 평가 방안에 대한 신뢰성 향상 연구

함정에는 격벽으로 구분되어 나누어지는 공간인 격실이 종류와 목적에 따라 수개 혹은 수십 개가 존재한다. 이러한 격실들은 화재 및 화재로 인한 연기의 전이방지, 침수 시 침수의 확산 방지 등 특정 격실에서 발생하는 특이상황들이타 격실로의 전이를 방지하여 생존성 향상에 목적을 두고 설계된다. 생존성 향상 목적 달성을 위하여 각 격실들은 기밀 또는 수밀을 유지하도록 건조하며, 그 정도를 확인하기 위하여 함정 건조 단계에서 평가를 수행한다. 건조하고 있는 군함에 관한 평가는 해군 지침에 의거하여 함 건조업체 주관으로 실시된다. 생존성과 직결되는 만큼 격실 기밀평가의 중요성은 매우 높아 명확한 기준에 따라 수행되고 있으나, 1개 이상의 복수개 격실 기밀 평가 시 1개 압력센서로 압력을 측정하여 격실 압력을 실시간으로 확인하는 것이 제한되는 것이 식별되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수상함정 중 군함에서 실시하고 있는 격실 기밀평가 방안에 대한 신뢰성 향상 방안에 대해 서술하였다.
