An existing unit of power plant is considered to refurbish it for possible application of carbon capture and storage(CCS). Conceptual design of the plant includes basic considerations on the national and international situation of energy use, environmental concerns, required budget, and time schedule as well as the engineering concept of the plant. While major equipment of the recently upgraded power plant is going to be reused, a new boiler for air-oxy fired dual mode operation is to be designed. Cryogenic air separation unit is considered for optimized capacity, and combustion system accommodates flue gas recirculation with multiple cleaning and humidity removal units. The flue gas is purified for carbon dioxide separation and treatment. This paper presents the background of the project, participants, and industrial background. Proposed concept of the plant operation is discussed for the possible considerations on the engineering designs.

ICT역량이 융합성과에 미치는 영향, 그리고 융합능력의 매개효과분석

As the convergence technology by ICT(Information and Communication Technology), is widely spread out, inter-industry convergence activities, according to user"s needs and market demand, are being activated between products, between products and services, and between technology and technology. Most companies need to develop a convergence capability to cope with convergent environment changes. Specifically, they are recognizing the importance of convergence performance through ICT competence and convergence capabilities. Developing organization"s convergence capability with ICT competence provides an important opportunity to improve convergence performance. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between ICT competence and convergence performance, and the mediating effect of convergence capabilities. Results of data analysis showed that companies need to consider the improvement of convergence performance through the development of convergence capability, rather than direct effect between ICT competence and convergence performance. This study complements the limitations of the existing theory of dynamic capabilities and suggests the implication to provide new insights for sustainable growth through the development of convergence capability.

대학〈글쓰기〉교과 운영 실태와 개선방안 - 전남대의 경우를 중심으로

  This is designed to analyze about the matter of college 〈Writing〉 the whole managements, to offer the improvements on the basis of it. Chonnam University is chosen as an object of analysis. The reason for that is as follow. First, Chonnam University is the one of the leading educational intention in Kwangju and Chonnam. Second, it will be able to get an implication about how it is made, how it is intended and what contents are made.<BR>  It was confirmed that how the management of college 〈Writing〉 curriculum was made and what intention it had through the works. However, it was confirmed that it was also needed a serious worry and practice that everybody could feel sympathy about the 〈Writing〉 curriculum identify and the educational purpose through this work. The matters of being analyzed and the plan offering through this work is as following.<BR>  First, it was confirmed that the matter of non-professionalism of the teacher who con take full charge of 〈Writing〉 for the system and the matters of the poor educational infrastructure. To improve these matters, it is needed to get a specialty researcher and special teacher without delay. Also, with an alternative plan which is possible in short term, it was pointed out ‘the better teaching(더나가)’ meeting"s efficient management and support, active use of e-learning system.<BR>  Second, for the teaching materials, it was pointed out as matters that the writing leadership theory of problem solving course centered didn"t carry their point definitely and the writing teaching-learning of self-leading wasn"t made. To improve these matters, it was suggested that by adjusting the management direction of teacher"s workship, trying to convert realistic teaching-learning strategy into social-constructionist writing principle and strategy.<BR>  Third, for the teaching-learning, it was confirmed that it wasn"t prepared completely teacher"s role and teaching model in the classroom, and evaluation instrument and method. To solve these problem, it was suggested teaching-model and evaluation principle following social-constructionist principle as an alternative.<BR>  It is expected to show an implication for the efficient college writing subject management through this analysis and improvement.

전략적 연계가 조직성과에 미치는 영향, 그리고 자원역량의 매개효과분석

As the smart convergence technology by information and communication technology, is widely spread out, inter-industry convergence activities, according to user"s needs and market demand, are being activated between products, between products and services, and between services and services. In order to cope with convergent environment changes, most companies need to develop a business strategy to navigate through the change of key environmental factors. Specifically, they are recognizing the importance of strategic alignment between business strategy and IT strategy. Aligning organization"s IT strategy with business strategy provides an important opportunity to improve organizational performance. The purpose of this study is to conduct an empirical research to identify the relationship between strategic alignment and organizational performance, and the mediating effect of resource competence between strategic alignment and organizational performance. Results of data analysis showed that companies need to consider the improvement in organizational performance through the development of resource competence, rather than direct effect between strategic alignment and organizational performance. This study complements the limitations of the existing theory of strategic alignment and suggests the implication to provide new insights for sustainable growth through the development of core competencies.

모바일결제서비스의 시스템품질 특성이 이용자 저항의도에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The scale of a market of mobile payment which was insignificant is explosively being improved by development of various communications technology and achieving rapid diffusion of smart phone. According to this phenomenon, new method of financial dealings through a mobile can be seen as a new paradigm that leads to a change of existing payment work and also recognized as an innovation of information technology. Methods: but a study regarding whether the use of mobile payment service takes an important role as an influencial factor is still insufficient. This study was based on the model of innovation resistance by Ram(1987) and established a hypothesis and a model to confirm how four factors (usability, security, economic feasibility, responsiveness) influence to innovation resistance and the intention of discontinuous use. Results: usability, security were found to be significant predictor variables of innovation resistance to use mobile payment system, but economic feasibility, responsiveness were not found to be significant predictor variables. Conclusion: Providing gave a theoretical foundation for future research in that it presents the variables to consider new forms of mobile payment services, the mobile payment services will need to show a differentiated strategy and traditional marketing strategy.

실감미디어서비스의 기술수용과 사용의도

오늘날 실감미디어 산업이 고부가가치 산업으로 집중을 받고 있으며, 몰입감과 실제감, 현장감을 높임으로 다양한 산업에 적용되고 있다. 그러나 실감미디어(Realistic Media)와 관련된 연구는 기술개발과 산업동향, 전망에 관한 연구가 주를 이루고 있으며 서비스나 비즈니스모델, 수용의도에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 실감미디어서비스의 사용자 수용과 사용의도에 관한 연구를 수행하였고, 이를 위하여 확장된 기술수용모델인 UTAUT(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) 모델과 인지된 신뢰성, 그리고 실감미디어서비스의 인지된 만족도를 적용하여 실증적 연구를 수행하였다. UTAUT모델은 새로운 정보기술을 수용하는 사용자들의 의도를 파악하는 모형으로 TAM(Technology Acceptance Model)의 발전된 형태이며, 다양한 분야에서 개인수준과 조직수준의 연구에 적용되어왔다. 실감미디어서비스의 수용 및 만족요인을 위하여 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향을 채택하고, 양뱡향서비스의 수용에 필수적이라 생각되는 인지된 신뢰성을 사용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 UTAUT모델의 선행요인과 인지된 신뢰성이 실감미디어서비스의 인지된 만족과 수용의도 간에 어떠한 관계가 있는지 검증하였으며, 실감미디어서비스 분야의 만족과 수용의도에 관한 향후 연구에 다양한 설명변수가 사용될 수 있다는 점을 확인 할 수 있었다는 시사점을 제시하였다고 판단된다.

오태영의 ‘통일연극 시리즈’ 연구

본고는 ‘분단/통일’문제를 다룬 오태영의 작품들을 연구 대상으로 한다. 구체적으로 <통일 익스프레스>(1998),<돼지비계>(2000), <불타는 소파>(2001), <콩가루>(2002) 등이다. 연구의 중점은 이 작품들의 재현 전략과 그 의미이다. 구체적인 연구주제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 작품의 구조상의 특징이다. 연구 대상작들은 대개 ‘이중적인 구조’를 지니고 있다. 그것은 ‘우스꽝스러운 겉’과 ‘진지한 속’이라는 형식으로 나뉜다. 이는 이들 희곡들이 보여주는중요한 재현 전략 가운데 하나이다. 둘째, 폭발적으로 드러나는 ‘육체언어’이다. 이를 그의 작품들에서 숨겨진 ‘담론의 진실’을 드러내려는 재현 전략이라고 보았다. 육체언어는 이성의 차원에서 차분히 설명하고, 설득하려는 의도를 갖지 않는다. 대신 정곡을 찌르는 일격으로 기성 질서의 세계가 요구하는 이성적 담론의 무용함을 드러내는 가장 효과적인 전략이다. 그의 이런 재현 전략들은 재현 불가능성을 우회하기 위한 방법적 선택이었다. 동시에 당대 사조상의 변화상과연동되어 있기도 하다. 그러나 오태영의 재현 전략은 종종 ‘팸플릿의 언어들’과 뒤섞임으로써 스스로의 한계를 노정한다는 비판도 가능하다. 본 연구가 관련 연구에 하나의 방법적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. This study focuses on Oh Tae-young’s plays that dealt with the issue of division/unification. Specifically, <Unification Express>(1998), <DWAEJI- BIGEYE>(2000), <Hot Sofa>(2001), <Bean Flour>(2002) etc. The focus of the study is the representational strategy and its meaning of these plays. Specific research topics are as follows. First, the structural characteristics of the work. Target works usually have a ‘dual structure’. The grand prize works are divided into the form of ‘a funny face’ and a ‘serious inside’. This isone of the important representational strategies shown in these plays. Second, ‘Sub language’ is revealed explosively. This is a representation strategy to reveal the‘truth of discourse’ hidden in his works. ‘Sub language’ calmly explains at the level of reasonand does not intend to persuade. Instead, it is the most effective strategy to reveal the futility ofrational discourse demanded by the world of established order with a piercing blow. His representational strategies were a methodical choice to circumvent the impossibility ofrepresentation. At the same time, it is also linked with the changing image of the contemporarythought. However, it is also possible to criticize Oh Tae-young’s representational strategy for exposingits own limitations by often mixing it with the ‘languages of pamphlets’. It is expected that this study can provide a methodological implication for related studies.

IT거버넌스 역량이 정보시스템(IS) 효과성과 조직성과에 미치는 영향

글로벌 경영환경의 변화로 인해 기업은 생존 경쟁에서 살아남고 경쟁우위를 지속적으로 확보하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 정보기술(IT)은 기업의 비즈니스 성과를 높이기 위해 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있으며, 기업 경영활동에 있어 효과적인 IT의 운영은 점차 경영활동의 생산성과 부가가치를 높여주는 관계로 발전하여 왔다. 기업은 지속적인 경쟁우위의 확보를 위해 매출액, 시장점유율, 고객점유율을 향상하기 위한 방안으로 새로운 정보기술을 접목한 경영기법을 도입하고 있다. 하지만, IT 투자에 따른 성과의 문제, IT 자원의 도입에 대한 업무 생산성, 그리고 현업부서와 IT부서 간의 시각 차이에 따른 갈등 현상이 발생하면서 IT자원의 도입을 위한 기획, 운영, 통제, 성과평가 등의 전반적인 통제와 관리를 위하여 IT거버넌스가 새로운 이슈로 등장하게 되었다. 본 연구는 IT 도입과 운영, 통제 등에 있어서 발생하는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 기업의 본질적인 전략 즉, 비즈니스 전략과 IT전략을 통한 전략적 연계의 중요성을 제시하고, IT거버넌스 역량으로 벤더관리, 인적자원관리, 그리고 IT인프라관리 등의 실행요인과의 관련성을 살펴보고, IT 거버넌스 역량요인들이 정보시스템 효과성과 조직성과와는 어떠한 관련성을 갖고 있는지를 분석하기 위하여 연구모형을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 기업 경영활동에 있어 IT역할을 재설정하고, 효과적 활용을 위한 IT거버넌스의 학술적, 실무적 의의를 제공하는 데에 본 연구의 기여도가 있다.
