It is very difficult to diagnose the facial asymmetry, that is, difficult to determine what part of problem is major cause to treatment. The three dimensional CT developed recently can provide excellent three dimensional image of soft and hard tissue, thus authors decided to determine the possibility of three dimensional CT for the diagnostic means for facial asymmetry. The patient, 19 year old female, had anterior edgebite with deviated dental midline and mild concave profile and was diagnosed as facial asymmetry with skeletal asymmetry and functional displacement of mandible by using three dimensional CT. The orthodontic and orthognathic procedure were performed. The following results were obtained. The facial asymmetry was favorably corrected. The favorable facial profile was achieved. The harmonious occlusion was obtained. The three dimensional CT will provide useful guide for skeletal abnormality and will be good diagnostic means for facial asymmetry. However, the appropriate analysis method is not established, it will be further needed.
영상매체를 활용한 중학생의 진로자기효능감 향상 집단상담 프로그램 개발

본 연구의 목적은 영상매체를 활용한 중학생의 진로자기효능감 향상 집단상담 프로그램을 구안하고 적용하여 그 효과를 검증해 보는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 중학생의 진로 발달 특성과 효과적인 진로 집단상담 접근에 대해 문헌 조사와 중학생을 대상으로 한 요구 분석을 실시하였고, 적절한 영상매체를 선정하기 위한 전문가 조사를 하였다. 그 결과에 기초하여 진로자기효능감 향상을 위한 잠정적인 프로그램을 구안, 전문가 집단을 대상으로 타당화 과정을 거쳐 총 12회기의 진로자기효능감 향상 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이렇게 개발된 집단상담 프로그램은 경기도에 소재한 중학교 3학년 학생 11명을 실험집단에, 다른 11명을 통제집단에 배치한 후 실험집단에만 적용되었다. 프로그램의 효과검증을 위해 진로자기효능감 검사를 사전-사후에 실시하여 혼합변량분석(Mixed ANOVA)에 의한 자료 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 영상매체를 활용한 중학생의 진로자기효능감 향상 집단상담 프로그램은 중학생의 진로자기효능감 향상에 유의한 효과가 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다. The purpose of the study was to develop a career self-efficacy enhancement program for middle school students using audio-visual methods. The procedure of the study was as followings. Frist, guideline of the program was made based on the literature review and the needs of 92 middle school students. Second, preliminary program was developed according to the guideline. Third, the program was revised based on the feedback from counseling professionals, theorists, and analogue group, and its content validity was checked. Final program was composed of 12 sessions applying various audio-visual materials. Finally, 22 middle school students volunteered for the group counseling. Students were randomly assigned to either experimental or control group. Only students in the experimental group were treated with the career self-efficacy enhancement program. Data from the pre- and post-tests were analyzed using Mixed ANOVA. Results indicated the effects of career self-efficacy enhancement program. Limitations and suggestions were discussed.
