Printing technology has begun to get into the spotlight in many ways due to the low cost effectiveness to existent semi-conductor process. It also has very useful application areas, not only paper printing but also patterning for LCD color filter, Photovoltaic patterning, RFID antenna, OLED, and so on. In this study, an apparatus of gravure offset printing was developed for fine line width printing. A flat gravure plate made of brass was engraved as the original pattern. The pattern was composed of 20 ㎛ size of continuous lines of which pitch size was 40 ㎛. An ink was poured and filled into the line holes by doctor blade. It was finally transferred to an aluminium plate via rubber roll. The printed pattern shows that it is possible to make around 20 ㎛ line-width printing pattern and to make conductive lines if an suitable conductive ink is used.

A new gravure-offset printing unit is developed, and utilized to construct a R2R(Roll-to-Roll) gravure-offset press with 3 units in line. The rear electrodes of EL Lamp are printed on 125 ㎛ PET film by using the R2R mutilayer gravure-offset press. Electrode pattern is 600 ㎛ line width, Barrier line 200 ㎛, and the gap is 100 ㎛. One pattern pitch is 1000 ㎛. Printing results show that its registration accuracy is in the range of 10 ㎛, and thickness is around 6 ㎛ of 3-layer printing and 4 ㎛ of 2-layer printing. Using the printed electrodes, test samples of EL Lamp were fabricated and tested. Preliminary lighting tests were successful and satisfactory.

본 연구는 스마트 사회에서 유러닝의 실질적이고 효율적인 교육시스템의 발전방향을 분석해 보고자 하였다. 스마트 사회와 유러닝의 기본적인 이론 접근과 유러닝교육시스템의 현황 및 국내외 교육기관의 사례분석을 종합한 후, 문제점을 파악하고 사례분석의 결과를 통해 유러닝 교육시스템의 현실적 구현을 위한 시스템 및 공간의 분야별 요소를 분석하였다. 분석의 결과, 유러닝교육시스템 구축을 위해서 첨단 활용 기술이 융합되는 시스템과 다양한 모바일 교육시스템 개발 환경의 구축이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 유러닝 교육 공간은 첨단 스마트 기술을 활용한 입체적 교육 공간의 재배치 및 교육자와 학습자간의 상호교감을 고려한 공간 계획이 이루어져야 할 것으로 보였다. 유러닝의 교육은 상호효율적인 환경을 기반으로 인간 중심의 학습 환경이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 유러닝 교육시스템의 발전방향에 관한 연구는 향후, 새로운 학습 환경에 적용되는 다양한 맥락 속에서 확대될 것으로 기대한다. In this study, I tried to analyze the development of practical and effective education system of U-learning in the smart society. First, I summarized the fundamental theoretical approaches of smart society and U-learning, current state of U-learning education system and case analysis of domestic and foreign education institutions. Then I identified the problems and analyzed the sectoral requisites for system and space for the practical implementation of U-learning education system through the result of case analysis. The result indicated that a system in which advanced applied technologies can be integrated and the building of various mobile learning system development environment are required for the building of U-learning education system. Furthermore, reorganization of the three-dimensional educational space with applied advanced smart technology and space planning with a consideration for the mutual relationship between the educators and learners are also seemed to be necessary in the space of U-learning education. In this study, people-oriented learning environment on the basis of mutually efficient environment was appeared to be important in U-learning education. I expect that the studies on the development of U-learning education system would be expanded to various contexts applied to a new learning environment.

The components of vehicles, aircraft, ships, agricultural machinery, transportation machinery, and various mechanical structures are subjected to the number of limitations in the environmental test conditions and test costs for realizing actual field condition. Therefore, hybrid dynamometer test System for reproduction of combined environment, which can provide a test environment such as the actual operating conditions, has an economic advantage and very convenient to design optimization and evaluation for newly developed products. In this study, we studied on designing and realizing the hybrid dynamometer test System for reproduction of combined environment which can simulate the vehicle outside environmental factors such as high temperature, low temperature, humidity, salt, thermal shock, random vibration, mechanical shock and so on. The actual field operating condition can be reproduced by the integrated simultaneous control system for hydraulic actuators, hybrid dynamometer and environmental chamber in the developed testing system. The developed hybrid dynamometer test System for reproduction of combined environment can be used to analyze root cause for field failure mechanism which was hardly found in the existing test system. We also expect that the developed testing system is able to contribute for improving the reliability growth of the power train component in transportation system.

Manufacturing of printed electronics using printing technology has begun to get into the hot issue in many ways due to the low cost effectiveness to existing semi-conductor process. This technology, with low cost and high productivity, can make it possible to produce printed electronics(sensors, simple circuit, LCD color filter, Photovoltaic patterning, RFID antenna, OLED, and so on). In this paper, the roll-to-roll printing system under development for printing of printed electronics is presented. The system consists of winder/ rewinder, two printing units, dryer units, guiding unit, vision system, and other auxiliary devices. For testing of multi -layer printing, the system was designed to be capable of printing two different materials from each printing unit using gravure-offset printing method and have a function of alignment of two printed materials.

기존의 범용적인 분말 소화기 또는 가스계 소화장치와는 달리, 특정 성분의 고체 물질이 연소할 때 발생하는 알칼리 금속염이 함유된 에어로졸 형태의 고농도 소화성분으로 화재를 진압하는 자동소화 장치를 개발하였다. 이 장치는 화재발생 시 자동으로 작동되며, 이때 방출되는 에어로졸은 입자 크기가 <TEX>$1.0{\mu}g$</TEX> 이하로 매우 작아 우수한 소화성능을 나타내며, 또한 지구 환경에 영향을 미치는 유해성분을 포함하지 않는 환경 친화적인 차세대 자동소화장치이다. We developed fixed aerosol auto fire-extinguishing systems which are different from fire suppression systems like powder extinguisher or halon extinguishing system, etc. Fixed aerosol auto fire-extinguishing substances which are including solid alkali salts generated by combustion of solid composition. It represents high fire suppression ability due to particle friendly auto fire-extinguishing systems for the reason of excluding toxic substances in it's composition.
