Buildings that are more than 10 years old generally have considerable repair and replacement costs due to the rapid deterioration of their systems. For public buildings in particular, which have national and social significance, considerable effort is required not only to ensure a long life cycle and safety but also to minimize the overall public expense. Along with increasing repair and replacement requirements, however, there have been problems related to the establishment of an accurate facility management budget. To address these concerns, a repair and replacement cost management system was constructed. This system manages both invested maintenance and forecast costs to establish a reasonable repair and replacement planning process and budget. The effectiveness of the system was verified through a pilot test targeting one of public Corporation (K).

This study conducted a survey targeting baby boomers in the metropolitan area to determine their intention to move to a senior-friendly residential area. The survey results show that baby boomers in the metropolitan area are willing to move to senior-friendly residential areas. Those who wanted to move said that it was because of stable retirement life and senior-friendly welfare facilities. However, the reasons for not wishing to move were the lack of medical and welfare service facilities, lack of jobs, and inconvenience in public transportation. Lastly, it was found that senior-friendly residential areas prefer areas that are adjacent to the metropolitan area, have a well-established living area, and have convenient transportation.

Buildings that are more than 10 years of age generally have considerable renovation/replacement costs due to the rapid deterioration of the systems composing those buildings. For public buildings in particular, which are national & social properties, considerable efforts are required not only to ensure the long life cycle and safety of the facilities, but also to reduce the necessary public expense. To address these, a renovation/replacement cost management system that manages invested maintenance cost and forecasting cost is constructed to establish a reasonable renovation/replacement planning and budget. System acceptability is verified through a pilot test targeting K-public corporation.

Older apartment houses to require energy saving because they use more energy than new apartment house that reflect government policies. However, existing apartment houses has many difficulties in saving energy because they do not have enough energy saving standards considering cost. In this paper, it analyzes the cost benefits and suggest method to improve the energy performance in existing apartment houses. For the cost benefit analysis, a DB at cost analysis was constructed and life cycle cost calculation and energy performance evaluation were performed by establishing target buildings. In order to improve the energy efficiency of existing apartment complexes using the evaluation results, two suggestions were suggested. First, in terms of initial investment cost, the case with only insulation was the largest benefit with an average of 2.52. The case of only window had the smallest benefit of 0.93. Second, in terms of life cycle costs, all cases were estimated to be less than 1, so that economic validity could not be secured. The case of only the insulation was the smallest with an average of 0.11, and the case of both the window and the insulation was the largest with an average of 0.30.

본 연구는 본격적인 우주 경쟁 시대에 중요 국가시설로 부각되고 있는 발사체 개발 시험시설의 변형, 폭발, 개조 등 형상변경 발생 시 효율적이고 체계적인 관리를 위한 형상관리 방법론을 개발하기 위한 연구이다. 형상관리 국제기준 분석을 통해 발사체 개발 시험시설에 적용할 형상관리 프로세스 프레임워크를 추출하고, 발사체 개발 시험시설의 라이프 사이클 엔지니어링을 수행한 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 국내 발사체 개발 시험시설의 운영·관리에 최적화된 형상관리 방법론을 제안하였다. 발사체 개발 시험시설에 대해 형상을 식별하고, 설계 요구조건에 의해 구축이 완료된 상태 이후에는 형상관리 담당, 형상관리 조직, 형상관리위원회를 통해 형상변경 사항에 대해 승인, 처리함으로써 발사체 개발 시험시설의 형상을 통제된 상태로 관리하고자 한다. This study is a study to develop a configuration management methodology for efficient and systematic management in the event of configuration changes such as deformation, explosion, and remodeling of launch vehicle development test facilities, which are emerging as important national facilities in the era of full-scale space competition. Through the analysis of international standards for configuration management, a configuration management process framework to be applied to launch vehicle development test facilities is extracted, a survey was conducted on experts who performed life cycle engineering of launch vehicle development test facilities, and a configuration management methodology optimized for operation/management of domestic launch vehicle development test facilities was proposed. Identify the configuration for launch vehicle development test facilities, the configuration management manager, configuration management organization, and configuration management board approve/process the configuration changes, and after construction is completed according to design requirements, launch vehicle development test facilities try to manage the configuration in a controlled state.

In this study, the effect derived through the energy performance analysis and consideration of the material cost for the shell part of the performance windows and insulation of the apartment houses. To be calculated by the priority given to the effect of the insulation and window selection options. Accordingly derived from simulation performance and material cost in the energy range of the design criteria of the state. As a result, the energy demand of the target building are brought to a constant change in accordance with the energy performance. However, considering the energy demand of deviation for the reference value of the material cost performance exhibited irregular pattern.
