Encapsulated fat necrosis is a distinet, benign subcutaneous lesion characterized by histologically non-viable adipose cells surrounded by thin fibrous capsules. We reprot a case of encapulated fat necrosis in a 30-year-old woman who had one mobile, subcutaneous nodule on her left shin for 3 years without provious history of trauma. Histopathologically the nodule showed strong PAS positive necrotic adipose tissrues encapsulated by fibrous tissue.

Papular xanthoma is a very rare disorder. It is characterized by an eruption of papular and papulonodular xanthomatous elements located on the head, trunk, and extremities. No systemic involvement can be found and blood lipid levels are normal. Histologically there is an infiltrate composed of foamy histiocytes and Touton giant cells in the dermis and characteristically no initial nonlipidized histiocytic phase can be traced in the early development of the lesion. We present a case of papular xanthoma in a 18-month-old boy with typical clinical, histopathologic findings.

The human body constantly weighs its own weight and comprises various worlds through interaction between the its organic elements and the external world. In particular, the dancing body expands from the scope of human’s daily life, forms a new space-time, and expresses an emotionally felt experience by incarnating the human’s inner side from the ordinary body. Therefore, the regularity inherent in the dancing body and the techne of the body were addressed in this study. First of all, the regularity inherent in the dancing body expresses the change of emotion (quality) depending on the aesthetic experience through the organic elements of bodily movement, and this means that there is an invisible metaphorical expression contained in the movement, whether consciously or unconsciously. Through this, we discover that the uniqueness of dance is an inner evolution that develops while experiencing the process of life. Next, dance art does not view the body’s functions as being limited to technical movement, but as artistic expressions with aesthetic implications. Accordingly, based on the historical meaning of the body’s techne, its functions, and its development and training, we looked at the broad interpretation of these expressions through social and cultural perspectives.

우리나라는 여성고용률 제고가 긴요한 상황임에도 기업의 여성고용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 분석이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라 제조기업의 성장동력으로서 중요한 역할을 하는 수출입이 기업의 여성고용에 미치는 영향을 2009-2016년 중 기업수준 데이터를 이용하여 실증분석하였다. 고정효과 패널모형 및 동태적 패널모형을 이용하여 추정한 결과, 기업의 수출비중이 높을수록 여성고용 비중이 높아지며, 그 영향은 여성노동 집약적 산업에서 더욱 크게 나타났다. 그러나 수입비중이 여성고용 비중에 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 여성노동 집약적 산업의 기업에 대한 수출지원이 여성고용률을 제고하는 데에 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다. We examine the effects of exports and imports on female employment share from 2009 to 2016 using Korean manufacturing firm-level data. Our estimation results of fixed effects panel model and dynamic panel model show that the female employment share increases as the firm’s export intensity increases, and this positive effect is more pronounced in female labor intensive industries. However, the effects of import intensity on female employment share are not statistically significant. Our estimation results suggest that trade policies aimed at promoting the export of firms in the female intensive industries would enhance female labor force participation.

This study presents on the issues whether the diplomatic dance performances can be distinguished as one of effective foreign policy. The objective of this study is to suggest direction of future diplomatic dance performances by studying on the political diplomacy trends and results of international dance performances. To progress with this research, each of working level from International Modern Dance Festival(MODAFE), Seoul Performing Arts Festival(SPAF), Seoul International Dance Festival(SIDANCE) and 2 dance critics with objective view on dance festivals has been interviewed. the political diplomacy trends of international dance performances corresponds with the objective of cultural diplomacy contributing in strengthening national diplomatic relations and creating national brand value through the international dance performances that represents the country. This displays that genre of dance performance can exhibit political and diplomatic power. In addition the importance of Korea`s international diplomatic dance performance holds in the international society from the aspect that it performs in diplomatic role and enhancing the nation`s prestige with strengthening of transnational relations together by renovating the brand and image of the nation through interactive exchanges has been explained from the nation`s aspect. The political diplomacy results of international dance performance has secured international acknowledgement as international dance festivals representing Asia in relatively short period of time, and attempting to recreate the cultural arts item added with changing modernity and preserving the tradition of Korea is functioning as international competitiveness. Also through the international dance performances, diverse cultures interact to present the development of each nation`s originality is explained. The political diplomacy challenges of international dance performance is to perform rigorous screening to obtain competitiveness within the international society`s competition for qualitative growth, and it is asserted to establish research center specialized with choreographers and choreography with international perspectives within the continuous road map which must be carried out for long term and not temporary support.

유아-아동 대상 미술치료를 위한 서비스 디자인 가이드라인에 관한 연구

최근 심리치료는 다양한 미디어와 콘텐츠로 접근이되고 있는 추세이다. 특히 미술치료는 미술, 음악, 무용, 원예, 연극, 명상 등의 모든 분야가 어우러져있어 다양한 형태의 전문적 서비스 영역으로 보다 보편화되어 있는데, 심리치료를 필요로 하는 이용자가 증가하고 있는 현 시점에 그에 따른 각종 심리치료의 특수성이 고려된 내담자의 시공간적 접근의 서비스디자인의 필요성이 부각되고 있다. 심리치료 서비스 목적의 특이점은 대상과 기관, 치료사의 신뢰적 관계 구축과 대상의 정서적 어려움을 빠르고 정확하게 파악하고 전문적 시스템으로 치료목적의 효과를 증대시키는데 있는데 이를 위한 서비스 디자인의 구조와 모델이 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 미술치료 기관인 ``H`` 연구소를 중심으로 운영 사례 분석을 통해 미술치료 서비스의 프로세스 정의 및 보완점을 제시하며, 미술치료의 서비스디자인 제공에 있어 필요한 가이드라인을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 문헌조사를 통하여 미술치료와 서비스의 개념을 정리하고 둘째, 현재 운영되고 있는 해외 기관과 국내 연구소의 사례를 조사하여 실태파악을 하고 그 중, 미술치료 기관인 ‘H’ 연구소의 서비스 현황을 심층조사한 후 셋째, ‘H`` 연구소의 서비스를 분석하고 보완하여 체계적인 블루프린트를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 서비스를 이용하는 대상 중 ‘부모’와 서비스 대상자인 ‘아동’으로 퍼소나를 정립하여 행태 모델을 제작하였다. 본 연구를 통해 대상, 기관, 치료사의 실제적 인터페이스와 안전한 상호작용을 중심으로 미술치료의 목적을 효과적으로 이루어낼 수 있는 구조와 체계를 도출하고 미술치료 과정의 전반적인 서비스 디자인을 제안하였다. 첫째, 미술치료 서비스디자인 프로세스 구조적, 시각적 가이드로 서비스의 효율적인 진행을 위한 기준을 제공하고 둘째, 서비스 블루프린트를 중심으로 퍼소나를 적용한 행동모델을 제시함으로서, 미술치료 서비스의 사용자의 모습을 명확하게 보여주어, 미술치료 서비스디자인에 대한 이해도를 높일 수 있을 것을 기대된다. Recently, psychological treatment has been become by many kinds of contents and media. Specially, art therapy including art, music, dance, gardening, play and other media has been built in professional service area. Therefore, it brings the needs to develop service design that related with touch point such as environment, time flow and therapist. The psychological treatments service which is special purpose of therapy makes credibility between target customer and therapist of institute. The most important things is precise understanding of target customer’s emotional problem in service of treatment. And then the professional service system needs to be built to heighten successful therapy. However, now, structure and model of service design are deficient in this area. The purpose of the paper is to define art therapy service and classify customer and develop service design model of art therapy for child to success the service through case study of art therapy center, ‘H Studio’. We would discuss guideline of art therapy service and consideration. For this research, first of all, we make sure the concepts of art therapy and relationship with service by searching of the relevant literature. Secondly, case investigation research of overseas agency and Korea studio than compare and analyze them. And, do an in-depth analysis of the art therapy center, ‘H Studio’ would be researched about current process and system of service by observation and interview. Thirdly, we analyze ‘H Studio’ and make blueprint as service design model. Finally, we create persona of main customers who are the ‘Parents’ and ‘Child’. The result of this article is suggestion of service design come up with an effective structure system to Art therapy service process from target customer and therapist of institute by real interface and safety interaction in art therapy. 1) to suggest standard blueprint for structure and visualization of art therapy service design to make expeditious progress, 2) to show user scenario clearly using persona models for art therapy service. Therefore, it is expected to understand art therapy service for child and help effective management and treatment.
