        시뮬레이션에 의한 성덕대왕 신종 음관의 특성

        To investigate the characteristics of the sound-pipe on the top of King Song-Dok bell, using computer simulation, the throat impedance was evaluated for the straight pipe and conical pipes with varying taper angles. When sound propagates in a rigid walled, unflanged circular pipe with wavelength larger than radius, the acoustic motion is planar, much as in a bar. The incident sound waves are reflected at the end of pipe and some of them are transmitted. The reflection coefficient and radiation impedance of the sound-pipe of King Song-Dok bell were calculated, and the results demonstrated that the high frequency sound is radiated through the sound-pipe. It behaves like a frequency filter.

        丹參을 뇌졸중 동물모델에 적용하기 위한 기초적인 네트워크 약리학 분석

        Objectives : The root of Salvia miltiorrhiza, known as ‘Dansam (DS, 丹參)’, is used for and treating cardiovascular diseases based on its efficacy of promoting blood circulation and breaking through a blood stasis. In this study, we would like to see if DS could be effectively used for stroke from the perspective of network pharmacology. Methods : The analysis was conducted using Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform (TCMSP) database to derive the main active compounds of DS and identify the mechanism of each compound acting on the human body. The networks between compounds, target protein and disease were expressed through Cytoscape. Protein-protein interaction (PPI) analysis was performed using STRING database. Results : Fifty two active compounds of DS were identified by screening the ingredients of DS through TCMSP. Based on the networks of these compounds with target protein and disease, it can be said that DS might be effective for preventing and treating stroke. PPI result showed that adrenergic receptor has many interactions among proteins, indicating its significance in stroke pathway. Conclusion : In this study, we derived target proteins and target diseases of DS that could be used in study of stroke. However, since it is uncertain if these targets can be controlled by DS extracts or not, we would like to confirm the results with further animal experiments.

        K1A1 전차 전차장 열상조준경의 관측창 재생을 위한 창 정비기술 연구

        K1A1 tank commander’s primary thermal sight is a device that enables tank commanders to detect, identify, aim and track the target by observing targets in all directions during day, night and in situations of smokescreen and fog through 360° rotation independent from the gunner’s primary thermal sight and stabilizing the line of sight even under the vibrations occurring when the tank is standstill and moving. The main function of this device is to detect and process visible and thermal images and deliver the final images to the tank commander. One of the core parts to that end is the observation window (daytime/ thermal image window). This core part is mounted at the entrance of the optical path for observing the target and plays the role of making visible light during the daytime and infrared light during the night pass through the target and transmitting the resultant images to the internal optical system of the tank commander’s primary thermal sight. Such core parts have been selected as depot maintenance items so that they are replaced by new parts instead of being recycled when they are subjected to maintenance in most cases. That is, the military budget is wasted because such parts are replaced by new parts despite that they can be recycled for maintenance. Therefore, this study proposed a mounting tool for polishing and coating observation windows (daytime and thermal image window) using planar polishing equipment and DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating equipment. In addition, this study presented an amendment (proposal) of the Depot Maintenance Work Request (DMWR) already published to verify the performance of recycled products including the establishment of inspection standards for recycling processes.

        건축법상 대지와 도로와의 관계에 관한 제도 개선 연구 -한·일간 비교를 통한 시사점을 중심으로-

        Roads are not only an important influence on the urban environment, but also an important factor in deciding the availability of buildings in building activities. In the Building Law, roads are recognized as roads when they meet certain requirements for vehicles and people to pass through, and buildings can be constructed by contacting roads within a certain distance. As a result, it is an important factor to decide whether or not to permit construction according to whether roads are approved or not. It is also a factor in the dispute between the owner and the licensee regarding the road in building permits. The purpose of this study is to analyze the definition of roads and the requirements of roads in the Building Law, As a result of the study, it was found that the problems of the current building law are not limited to the scope of approvals of planned roads by the relevant laws, the recognition of roads before application of the building law, the recognition procedure of the obligation exceptions, and the application of the Korean congregation regulations, and suggested some implications through comparison with the Japanese system. It is expected that improvement of contact duty regulations will help to increase the efficiency of construction administration and convenience of civilian to judge the possibility of building location. 도로는 도시환경에 중요한 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 건축행위에 있어 건축입지 가능여부를 결정하는 중요한 요소이다. 건축법에서 도로는 차량과 사람이 통행할 수 있는 일정 요건을 충족하는 경우에 도로로 인정하며, 도로에 소정의 너비를 접하여야 건축이 가능하다. 이에 따라 도로의 인정여부는 건축허가 여부를 결정하는 중요한 요소로, 건축허가시 도로와 관련하여 건축주와 허가권자간 분쟁 발생의 한 요인이 되기도 한다. 본 연구는 건축법에서 정하고 있는 도로의 정의와 접도의무 규정을 분석하고 한국과 법령 체계와 내용이 유사한 일본의 제도와 비교 분석하여 대지와 도로의 관계에 대한 제도 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 연구 결과 현행 건축법의 문제점으로 관계법령에 의한 예정도로의 인정범위, 건축법 적용이전의 사실상 도로의 인정 여부, 접도의무 예외의 인정절차, 건축법외 다른 법령에서 건축행위에 대한 접도규정 적용 등에 대하여 문제를 제기하고 이에 대하여 일본 제도와의 비교를 통해 시사점을 제시하였다. 접도의무 규정의 정비는 건축행정의 효율성 증대와 건축입지 가능성 판단을 위한 민원인의 편의 증대 등에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

      • 단순 모델링에 의한 오토바이 헬멧의 충격응답 분석

        To analyze the impulsive response of motorcycle helmets, a simple modelling method is proposed. Based upon experimental data, a motorcycle helmet is simplified to one degree of freedom vibrational model to investigate the influence of engineering parameters such as damping, impact velocity, and natural frequency on the impulsive response of the helmet. Maximum gravitational acceleration reduces as the damping factor value increases. In the case of small damping, the reducing slope is greater than the case of the larger damping. When the damping factor value is around 0.6 or larger, the value of maximum acceleration does not change. With respect to the natural frequency and the impact velocity, it increases linearly. The relationship between HIC and gravitational acceleration is also presented. The scheme of this study is expected to be utilized to economize the design process of high quality motorcycle helmets.

        Three dimensional finite element model of human femoral head is generated based upon DICOM file which is standard medical image file. Connectivity and Jacobian ratio are checked to input the generated data to commercial finite element software. Eigenvalues and the corresponding eigenvectors are evaluated through free vibration analysis. Free vibration characteristics of femoral head are expected to be utilized a fundamental data to develope and design artificial femurs.

      • 초기 인장력을 고려한 유체 유동 굴곡 파이프의 고유 진동수 해석

        Using finite elements, a simulation is performed for pipe systems to investigate free vibrational characteristics, that is natural frequencies, considering the initial tension due to the velocity and the pressure of the inside fluid flow. To confirm the program developed in this study, the results are compared with the results of commercial software ANSYS. When the initial tension is neglected in curved pipes, the natural frequencies are reduced as flow velocity increases, and the rapid decrease of the natural frequencies took place. However, when the initial tension is taken into account, the natural frequencies are not changed with the change of the flow velocity. In free vibrational simulation of pipe systems, it is necessary to calculate the initial state force due to the velocity and the pressure of the fluid flow from the equilibrium first, then the force should be included in the equation of motion of the systems to get more accurate natural frequencies. The angles of elbows do not affect the change of the fundamental natural frequency, but affect the change of the third or higher natural frequencies.

        Using the finite element analysis, a simulation is performed to find the impulsive response of a motorcycle helmet, and equivalent one degree of freedom vibrational model is adapted. Using the model, transient responses due to impulse of drop are analysed to investigate the impulsive responses with respect to the damping and the stiffness of motorcycle helmets, respectively. The she-me and results can be utilized in the design of high quality motorcycle helmets to control the design parameters.
