        The purpose of this study was to consider the effectiveness of a school sport program. For the purpose, it was hypothesized that the results of a sport program were raised the athletes' consciousness for continual sport activities and the recognition of sport. So, it was analyzed from the view point of the motivation and the behavior of athletes by the way of multivariate analysis of variance. The questionnaire was conducted to 427 students in a middle-school attached of Education. The main results were as follows: Athletics(a school sport program) was generally effective for raising the athletes' consciousness for continual sport activities and the recognition of sport with the good managerial conditions, Especially, the results were more positive for the following athlete: 1) The athletes who had the high expectation and performance for their purpose 2) The athletes who had the high expectation and valence for the outcome of athlete 3) The athletes whose desires were satisfied in athletics 4) The athletes who had satisfied the managerial conditions of athletics

        초등학생의 분할 신체활동 프로그램이 혈중지질 및 혈역학적 변인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to determine the assessment of multiple short-duration physical activity program for the body composition, blood lipid profiles and hemodynamic factors in elementary school children. The subjects were 52 children of the fifth grades of elementary school. physical activity group performed the combined physical activity program for 20 minutes/2time/day, 5 days/week, whereas control group were asked to maintain normal lifestyle during the same period. Measuring materials were body composition, blood lipid profiles(total cholesterol:TC, triglyceride:TG, low density lipoprotein cholesterol:LDL-C, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol:HDL-C), and hemodynamic factors (SBP:systolic blood pressure, DBP:diastolic blood pressure, HR:heart rate, C_stree index:cardiac stress index). From the results, positive changes were made in %body fat of body composition, TC, TG, and LDL-C levels of blood lipid profiles following 12 weeks multiple short-duration physical activity program. These results suggest that multiple short-duration physical activity program may be effective for helping elementary school children.

        동영상을 활용한 심리자극이 검도 선수들의 자율신경과 기분상태 및 무산소성 파워에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 검도선수를 대상으로 동영상 심리자극 유·무에 따른 자율신경 반응과 기분상태검사 그리고 최대무산소를 파워 검증을 통해 동영상 자극의 심리자극의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 대학 검도 선수 15명을 대상으로 유튜브(You Tube) 보디빌딩 동영상 자극 후 HRV(Heart rate variability)를 측정을 통한 자율신검사와 정서 상태 프로파일(POMS)을 이용하여 기분 상태를 설문 조사하였으며, LODE사(Denmark)의 자전거 에르고미터인 Corival을 사용 무산소성 최대 운동 검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 동영상 자극 후 부교감신경의 비율이 유의하게 낮아졌으며, 교감신경과 부교감신경의 균형비율도 교감신경의 비율을 유의하게 높였다. 기분상태 변화는 분노, 피로, 혼란은 유의하게 낮추었으며, 활력은 유의하게 높였다. 무산소성최대운동의 평균파워를 유의하게 높였다. 이와 같은 결론을 종합하면 동영상 자극은 부교감신경의 비율을 줄임으로서 활력 높은 기분 상태를 만들고 운동능력에 도움을 주는 것으로 나타나 경기 전 심신조절법으로 사용할 가치가 높다고 할 수 있다. The objective of this study is to investigate the autonomic nerve response and condition according to presences of psychological stimulations using videos for Kendo players and to verify the effect of such stimulations through monitoring the maximum anaerobic power. A questionnaire on conditions is performed using autonomous nerve tests and profile of mood states(POMS) for 15 university student Kendo players through measuring HRV(Heart Rate Variability) after applying stimulations using bodybuilding videos presented in You Tube. Then, anaerobic maximum exercise tests for the players are implemented using Corrival which is a cycle ergometer by LODE(Denmark). In the results, the rate of parasympathetic nerves is significantly decreased after the video stimulations and the rate of sympathetic nerves is significantly increased regarding the balance between sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves. In changes of conditions, it decreases angers, fatigues, and disorders significantly and increases vitalities significantly. Also, it increases average power of the anaerobic maximum exercise. In conclusion, the video stimulations bring high vital conditions by decreasing the rate of parasympathetic nerves and help to exercise capabilities. Thus, it is valuable to apply it for controlling mentality before playing a game.

        권력관계의 관점에서 본 스포츠 폭력

        This paper focused on the way that violence associated with sport could be understood in the relationships of powers between perpetrator and victim. For the advancing of this discussion, two cases were selected. First, in the 'Pasco's violence case' who expelled from KBL for violence, he used force to a referee and his violence was convicted against the social order in sport. His violence in this case was considered to be unpardonable act in sport and he was expelled from KBL. Second, in 'Park's sexual abuse case' who was punished a light penalty, his violence was took the circumstances into consideration and he was sentenced to a stay of execution. In this process, his basketball team and WKBL showed a lukewarm attitude. The difference in social reactions to these two case based on the relationships of micro-power which had been formed in local center called sport. The discussion about the relationships of micro-power in sport was would apply to the violence in school athletic sport. The violence which set forth beforehand the hierarchical order had taken root in Korean athletic club, and this violence had been done with connivance in th course of punishment and justified after all.
