        운동강도에 따른 8주간의 트레이닝 후 흰쥐 골격근내 Apoptosis/Autophagy 관련 인자에 미치는 변화

        The study sought to explore changes in Apoptosis / Autophage related factors in the skeletal muscle of the white rat after eight weeks of training depending on the intensity of the movement. They were classified into four groups (Control(N=10), low-intensity exercise(N=10), middleintensity(N=10) and high-intensity(N=10)). The male SD rats(N=40) ran on the treadmill with the intensity of 9~26m/min(40%~80%VO2max) with the slope of ten degrees. The exercise was performed for 60min/day, 5times/week during 8 weeks. The expression of p-p38MAPK, p53, Beclin1and LC3 in the Gastrocnemius(GM) muscle was determined by Western blotting. In the expression of p-p38 MAPK, p53 significant increase in expression in low-intensity and high-intensity group movements was identified. And significant increase in expression in medium and high intensity groups was identified in the expression of Beclin1 and LC3. In conclusion, these results can control the mechanism of apoptosis through exercise, and it is thought that they can act as a positive influence on cell survival by activating the Java-like action for cell constancy and improvement.

        발레운동과 올리브 잎 추출물 섭취가 중, 노년여성의 항산화 및 면역기능에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 발레운동과 올리브 잎 추출물(Olive leaf Standardized)섭취에 따른 항산화효소(SOD), 지방세포단 백질(Adiponectin)과 염증반응지표(IL-6, TNF-α)에 미치는 영향을 규명하여, 중·노년기의 여성의 건강증진에 활용할 수 있는 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 중·노년(45~70세)여성 45명을 네 집단(발레운동집단15명, 섭취집단10명, 복합처치집단15명, 통제집단5명)으로 구성하여 운동강도 50~70%인 발레운동프로그램에 8주간 참여시킨 후 혈액채취는 실험 전·후로 실시하였다. 항산화효소(SOD), 지방세포단백질(Adiponectin), 인터루킨 -6(IL-6) 그리고 종양괴사인자(TNF-α)측정은 효소면역법(ELISA)를 이용하여 측정하였다. 본 연구의 결과 항산 화효소(SOD)와 지방세포단백질(Adiponectin)의 변화는 운동군과, 섭취군에서 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 복합처치군에서는 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 또한, 인터루킨-6(IL-6), 종양괴사인자(TNF-α)는 모든 실험군에서 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 특히 운동군에서 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 결과적으로 발레운동과 올리브 잎 추출물(Olive leaf Standardized)섭취에 따른 복합처치가 항산화작용의 효과와 더불어 노화예방 및 면역기능 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of Ballet exercise program and Olive leaf Standardized supplement on Super Oxide Dismutase(SOD), Adiponectin and inflammatory factor in middle and old aged women. The subjects middle and old aged(45~70) 45 women and they were four groups(Ballet exercise Gymnastics Group :15 Supplement group :10, Complex group :15, Control group :5) and participated intensity HRmax 50~70% of Ballet exercise Gymnastics program for 8 weeks training. Blood sampling were performed before and after. The SOD, Adiponectin, IL-6, TNF-α in the blood were analyzed by the ELISA. In This study result, The SOD and Adiponectin were increased to Ballet exercise Gymnastics Group, Supplement group and significant increased Complex group. In addition, The IL-6, TNF-α were decreased significantly in the all experiment group. but Ballet exercise Gymnastics Group was significant difference in the all experiment groups. In conclusion, the complex treatment effects of Ballet exercise Gymnastics program and Olive leaf Standardized supplement protect the effects of anti-oxidation, anti-aging, immunity.

        자연과학분야 : 우리춤 체조와 L-arginine섭취가 중,노년 여성의 산화질소와 염증반응지표 변화에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 우리춤 체조와 엘-아르기닌(L-arginine) 섭취에 따른 산화질소(NO)와 염증반응지표(hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α)에 미치는 영향을 구명하여, 중·노년기 여성의 건강증진에 활용할 수 있는 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 중·노년(55∼70세) 여성 24명을 네 집단 (우리춤 체조 집단 7명, 섭취 집단 5명, 복합 처치 집단 7명, 통제 집 단 5명)으로 구성하여 운동강도 HRmax 40∼50%인 우리춤 체조에 8주간 참여시켰다. 혈액채취는 실험 전·후로 실시하였다. 산화질소(NO), C반응성단백질(hs-CRP), 인터루킨-6(IL-6), 종양괴사인자(TNF-α)의 측정은 효소 면역법(ELISA)을 이용하여 측정하였다. 본 연구의 결과 산화질소(NO)의 변화는 우리춤 체조 집단, 섭취 집단, 복합 처치 집단이 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 또한, 인터루킨-6(IL-6), 종양괴사인자(TNF-α)는 모든 실험 집단 에서 유의하게 감소하였다. 그러나 C반응성단백질(hs-CRP)는 모든 실험 집단에서 변화가 없었다. 결론적으로 우리춤 체조 운동과 엘-아르기닌(L-arginine) 섭취에 따른 복합 처치가 염증반응 지표를 낮출 수 있는 것으로 사료된다. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of Korean Dancing-Oriented Gymnastics program and L-arginine supplement on blood nitric oxide (NO) and inflammatory factor in middle and old aged women. The subjects middle and old aged (55~70) 24 women and they were four groups(Korean Dancing-Oriented Gymnastics Group :7 Supplement group :5, Complex group :7, Control group :5) and participated intensity HRmax 40~50% of Korean Dancing-Oriented Gymnastics program for 8 weeks training. Blood sampling were performed before and after. The NO, hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-a in the blood were analyzed by the ELISA. In This study result, The NO were increased to Korean Dancing-Oriented Gymnastics Group, Supplement group, Complex group but was no significant difference in the all groups. In addition, The IL-6, TNF-a were decreased significantly in the all experiment group. but hs-CRP was no significant difference in the all experiment groups. In conclusion, the complex treatment effects of Korean Dancing-Oriented Gymnastics program and L-arginine supplement Suggest that thought to be markedly lower inflammatory markers.

        공공스포츠클럽과 초등학교 남자선수 체격과 체력비교

        This study was consisted of male public sports club athletes(n=78) and male primary school athletes(n=137). Physique(height, weight, BMI), health-related physical fitness(muscle, cardiopulmonary endurance, muscle endurance, flexibility), kinetic technique-related physical fitness(power, agility, reaction time, balance) were measured. The Paired T-test was conducted to compare the physique and physical strength of public sports club athletes and elementary school athletes. The results of this study were as follows: Physique variable factors in public sports club athletes were higher than ones in elementary school athletes. As for health-related physical fitness, the players in public sports clubs had high muscle strength and flexibility, and elementary school players had high cardiopulmonary endurance and muscular endurance. In kinetic technique-related physical fitness, players in public sports clubs showed high levels of standing long jump, and balance, while elementary school players showed high performance in vertical jump, reaction time, and agility. These results are thought to be meaningful in providing basic data for promoting outstanding athletes and systematic training for public sports club athletes in growth period.
