학습공동체에 대한 유치원교사와 어린이집교사의 인식 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate kindergarten and day center teachers’ perceptions of the learning community. The subjects in this study were 241 early childhood teachers in Busan. The data was collected through questionnaires and SPSS version 18.0 was used for statistical analysis. The results are as follows: First, there was no significant difference and a significant difference in the professional development among the viewpoints of the learning community. Second, there was a significant difference between the teaching-learning content of the learning community. Third, there was significant difference in the leader's role within the organization of the learning community. Fourth, there was significant difference between the area and the school course among the administration of the learning community. Finally, there was no significant difference between the effect of the learning community. This study provides source material for the learning community on the early childhood teacher professionalism quality of early childhood education. 본 연구는 최근 관심을 모으고 있는 학습공동체에 대한 유아교사의 인식을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 B시의 유치원교사와 어린이집교사 214명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 학습공동체에 대한 유치원교사와 어린이집교사의 인식은 첫째, 학습공동체의 필요성은 유의미한 차이가 없었으나 필요하다고 인식하고 있었고, 기본관점은 전문성 신장에서 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 학습공동체의 내용은 교수-학습에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 학습공동체의 구성은 리더의 역할에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 학습공동체의 운영은 지리적 범위와 학교 급별에 따른 운영방식에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 넷째, 학습공동체의 효과는 유의미한 차이가 없었으나 대체로 높게 인식하고 있었다. 본 연구결과 유아교사의 전문성을 향상시키고 보육과 교육이 통합된 질 높은 유아교육 실천을 위한 학습공동체 운영의 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
애니메이션 「벼랑위의 포뇨」와 「마당을 나온 암탉」에 나타난 생명담론에 관한 연구

The purpose of the study is to research the life discourses in 'Ponyo on the Cliff' by Miyazaki Hayao and ‘Leafie, a Hen into the Wild’ by Sung Yoon O. The research is intended to introduce the perception of the problems as to the definition of the proper life discourse that should be given to children, and to suggest the way in which the solutions can be found. The researcher, for the purpose, watched the two animations several times. She drew the theme word from the stories and important scenes of the two works, and analyzed the contents, harnessing the explanations and the existing studies of them. The life discourses found in the two works in common are as follows. First: ‘The critical situation with which the ecosystem is confronted’, that is, ‘the alienation and the distortion of being and ‘the collapse and the crisis of the ecosystem’. Second: ‘The originality for the life community, we’, that is, ‘the deep and gentle relationship’, ‘the delicate and full spirituality’, and ‘the circularity as being itself’. Conclusion, the study has found that ‘Ponyo on the Cliff’ and ‘Leafie, a Hen into the Wild’ ask us to give deep consider to the ecosystem in terms of life. The conclusion gives us suggestions as to the method for delivering life discourse and life principle to children. The life discourses should provide children with the experiences of meeting numerous living creatures in nature and having conversations with them, and cultivate children's wisdom and insight for the abundant meaningful relationship with them. 애니메이션은 성별과 연령을 초월하여 누구나 쉽게 경험할 수 있는 영상문화콘텐츠의 대표 장르 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 오성윤의 「마당을 나온 암탉」과 미야자키 하야오의 「벼랑위의 포뇨」라는 두 애니메이션에 나타난 생명담론을 분석해 봄으로써 유아기부터 가져야 할 바른 생명담론이 무엇인지에 대한 문제의식과 해답을 찾아가는 방법을 안내하고자 한다. 이를 위해 두 작품을 여러 차례 감상한 후 두 작품의 주요 인물과 스토리 및 주요 장면을 중심으로 주제어를 도출한 뒤 두 작품에 대한 해설과 선행연구를 바탕으로 내용 분석을 하였다. 연구결과 두 작품에서 공통적으로 나타나는 생명담론은 생명생태계가 맞이한 위기 상황과 ‘우리’라는 생명공동체를 향한 본래성으로 도출되었다. 생명생태계가 맞이한 위기 상황의 하위 주제는 생명생태계의 붕괴와 위기, 존재 소외와 왜곡이 해당하며, ‘우리’라는 생명공동체를 향한 본래성의 하위 주제는 깊고 부드러운 관계성, 섬세하고 충만한 영성, 있는 그 자체로의 순환성이다. 본 연구결과는 우리에게 생명과 생태계에 대한 깊은 사유와 의미관계 형성의 필요성을 요청하고 있다. 또한 생태담론을 주제로 한 애니메이션은 유아들의 생태의식 고양을 위한 유의미한 학습자료가 될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
예비유아교사의 유머감각과 심리적 안녕감 및자아탄력성의 관계에 관한 연구

This study studies the effect of student teacher's sense of humor, psychologicalwell-being and ego-resilience by general characteristics and by examining the correlationwith each other and influences. A sample of 323 student teachers was obtained from acollege and a university in the Busan area. This study made use of an researchinstrument which was a questionnaire for sense of humor(Woo, 2008), psychologicalwell-being(Lee, 2006) and ego-resilience(Park, 1997). For the data analysis connectionanalysis and regression analysis, SPSS version 18.0 was used. The results of study areas follows. First, student teachers have scores which are above average scores of senseof humor, psychological well-being and ego-resilience. Second, there was a positivecorrelation between the sense of humor and ego-resilience and a low grade variable ofego-resilience of student teachers and their sense of humor and psychological well-beingand between their psychological well-being and ego-resilience. Third, When a multilinearregression analysis was made to confirm which variable would affect ego-resilience,sense of humor and a low grade variable of their was found to exert a statisticallysignificant impact by 5%, and psychological well-being and a low grade variable of theirwas found to exert a statistically significant impact by 26%. Based on the results, theeducation training or programs for student teacher to use the sense of humor andpsychological well-being should be developed according to the ego-resilience.
심미적 미술교육을 위한 미술교사 역할에 대한 사례 연구

Art education aims at encouraging children to represent their ideas and feelings through interaction with nature, things and people around them in a spontaneous and creative manner. Like any other sorts of education, the quality of art education hinges on the roles of teachers who provide that education. This means that art teachers should be aesthetic enough to provide aesthetic art education. The purpose of this study was to delve into the due roles of art teachers for the sake of the realizing of aesthetic art education. To accomplish this, an interview was conducted with an art teacher from a daycare center offering diverse, aesthetic art education. The art teacher bolstered her aesthetic feelings by looking back on her early childhood days, putting aside her memories of teaching at an art academy, having new experiences, trying to understand preschoolers and sharing opinions and data with other teachers. The conclusion was that in order to be an aesthetic teacher, teachers need a change their mind-set and should enrich their aesthetic experiences. At the same time, they should try to sympathize with young children, to create a learning community with their colleagues and to fortify mutual collaboration. 미술교육의 목표는 유아들이 자연, 사물, 사람과의 상호작용 속에서 획득한 생각과 감정을 자발적이고 창의적으로 표현할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 모든 교육이 그러하듯 미술교육 역시 교육 실천의 주체가 되는 미술교사의 역할에 따라 미술활동의 질이 결정된다. 즉 심미적 미술교육이 이루어지기 위해서는 미술교사가 심미적이어야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양하고 독창적인 미술활동이 이루어지고 있는 한 어린이집의 미술교사를 선정하여 인터뷰함으로써 심미적 미술교육을 위한 미술교사의 역할이 무엇인지 살펴보고자 하였다. 그 결과 미술교사는 유년시절을 회상하거나 미술학원 교사시절을 잊음으로써, 새로운 것을 경험함으로써, 유아들을 이해하고 교사들과 의견 및 자료를 나누는 과정을 통해 심미감을 고취시키고 있었다. 이러한 결과는 심미적 교사가 되기 위해서는 교사 자신의 인식변화가 필요하며, 가능한 교사도 심미적 경험을 하도록 해야 하고, 유아와 공감하고자 노력할 뿐만 아니라 동료교사와 학습공동체를 이루어 협력하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 제시해 주고 있다.

The flowfield characteristics in a straight rectangular channel have been investigated through a numerical model to analyze the regenerative cooling system that is used in rocket engine cooling. The supercritical hydrogen coolant introduces strong property variations that have a major influence on the developing flow and heat transfer characteristics. Of particular interest is the improved understanding of the physical characteristics of such flows through parametric studies. The approach used is a numerical solution of the full Navier-Stokes equations in the three dimensional form including the arbitrary equation of state and property variations. The present study compares constant and variable property solutions for both laminar and turbulent flow. For laminar flow, the variation of aspect ratio is examined, while for turbulent flow, the effects of variation of channel length and Reynolds number are discussed.

Learning communities in communities of practice (CoP), the term coined by the social scientist, Etienne Wenger to designate a group of people who share a common concern and who deepen their knowledge by interacting on an ongoing basis, have been enthusiastically embraced by practicing teachers who always need to acquire specific and practical knowledge for integrating their theoretical and formal knowledge into the live classroom context. Wenger (2004) stresses the sociality of learning in all CoPs and has suggested five broad developmental stages for each such CoP: latency, integration, maturity, preservation, and transformation. This case study is of a group of early childhood teachers, much concerned with acquiring practical knowledge, who formed a research group on the study of love in a curricular research society for the Office of Education in C Province, South Korea. The study seeks to elicit the special meanings of each developmental stage in their CoP. Data, derived from participatory observation and interviews with members of the CoP, yields the following descriptions of each developmental phase process:1) formation (organizing and recruiting members) 2) internalization (establishing values and intimacy among members) 3) growth (members experience spirit of community ownership in sharing knowledge) 4) expansion (spreading learning outcomes outside of the CoP), 5) transfer and extinction (the CoP ends or is reborn with new learning goals). This analysis suggests that the diverse and dynamic developmental stages of specific CoPs comprise many levels, and thus need the support of individual teachers, institutions, and the government to realize their goals.
