To investigate food ∞mponents of the pen shell, Atrina pectinata, the ∞llected samples were divided into two groups: smooth shells (Type A) and coaπe shells 꺼pe B), and the pro깅mate composition and the amino acid profile of the adductor, and the soft part (except for the adductor) of each group was invertigated. The protein of the adductor was much higher content(18.0-24.0gl100g) than that of the soft part (9.2 -11.7g1100g), whereas the moisture content of the adductor was lower than that of the soft p와t. The fat and lime content of the soft part were higher than those ofthe adduαor rainging from 5.0 to 5.8g1100g. Amino acids were much more contained in the adductor than in the soft part, and the soft part was occupied by aspartic acid, glutamic acid, alanine, leucine, lysine, and ar맹ine, who않 content was above 50% of the total 때ino a디d. ’The bighly contained lysine and al때ine giving a sweet taste, the glutamic acid giving a savoη taste, and the ar맹ine giving a good t잃te in the flesh were ∞nsidered to play an important role of a unique taste of the pen shell itself. The proximate composition and amino acid profile of the pen shell showed no apparent difference between Type A and 꺼peB.

Experimental Study of the Dynamic Characteristics of Rubber Mounts for Agricultural Tractor Cabin

Purpose: To obtain the dynamic characteristics (spring stiffness and damping coefficient) of a rubber mount supporting a tractor cabin in order to develop a simulation model of an agricultural tractor. Methods: The KS M 6604 rubber mount test method was used to test the dynamic characteristics of the rubber mount. Of the methods proposed in the standard, the resonance method was used. To perform the test according to the standard, a base excitation test device was constructed and the accelerations were measured. Results: Displacement transmissibility was measured by varying the frequency from 3–30 Hz. The vibration transmissibility at resonance was confirmed, and the dynamic stiffness and damping coefficient of the rubber mount were obtained. The front rubber mount has a spring constant of 1247 N/mm and damping ratio of 3.27 Ns/mm, and the rear rubber mount has a spring constant of 702 N/mm and damping ratio of 1.92 Ns/mm. Conclusions: The parameters in the z-direction were obtained in this study. In future studies, we will develop a more complete tractor simulation model if the parameters for the x- and y-directions can be obtained.
Optimality Criteria in Experimental Designs

We want to find an optimal design in experimental block designs. In this paper, we have studied the relationship among A-optimality, D-optimality and E-optimality, also -optimality and Criterias of them. Especially we comment the outline of optimality and terminologys in section 1, arrange the reduced normal equation for parameter estimation of model in section 2 and handle the theory of above optimalities by the optimal criterias in section 3. Finally, for readers, we have attached a representative example of A-optimality with simulation tables.
