교사가 인식하는 학교장의 리더십이 교사와 학교사회복지사의 협력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 교사가 인식하는 학교장 리더십이 학교문화와 학교사회복지 서비스에 대한 욕구를 매개로 하여 교사와 학교사회복지사의 협력에 영향을 미치는지 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 학교사회복지사가 근무하는 학교에서 재직하는 122명의 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 교사가 인식하는 학교장 리더십은 학교문화를 매개하여 학교사회복지사와의 협력에 간접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 교사의 학교사회복지 서비스 욕구의 매개효과는 나타나지 않았으나 학교사회복지사와 교사의 협력에는 독자적으로 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 교사와 학교사회복지사가 협력을 보다 잘 이루기 위해서 학교장 리더십과 학교문화를 개선하고 교사의 학교사회복지 서비스 욕구를 신장시키기 위한 전략을 제언했다. This study examines how school culture and needs to school social work services of teachers affect the effects of school principle's leadership on collaboration between school social workers and teachers. For this purpose, 122 teachers who in charge of school social work in their school were selected. The study results revealed that school principle's leadership indirectly, that is be mediated by school culture affect collaboration between school social workers and teachers. And needs to school social work services of teachers didn't mediated school principle's leadership and collaboration between school social workers and teachers but separately affect the collaboration between school social workers and teachers. Based on these results, some practical strategies were suggested to improve the collaboration between school social workers and teachers about school principle's leadership, school culture and needs to school social work services of teachers.
한부모 가정의 청소년과 교사 간 멘토링 프로그램의 효과성 연구

The purpose of this study is to find the effectiveness of mentoring program for youths in single parent families. To achieve the purpose, it was performed by 13 high school students and 8 same high school teachers, that is experimental group, in Seoul. And 9 high school students and 5 high school teachers in the same school were divided into control group. The students and teachers of experimental group participated at the mentoring program. So pre-post tests were operated by experimental and control groups. Finally, data were analyzed through frequency, descriptive analysis, paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test by SPSS 13.0 version. The major findings are as follows. First, motivations to study, attitude of school life, interpersonal relationships of youths in experimental group were improved but their self-respect is declined. But all these items of youths in control group were declined. Second, strength-based attitudes to students and supportive relationships with students of teachers in experimental group were improved but teachers in control group shows decline about these items. These results means that mentoring program for youths in single parent families were help to a lot of aspects in their school and everyday lifes. And participation as mentors of teachers in this program is also help to gets positive attitudes to students. As a results of this study, many practical suggestions were showed about more effective mentoring program for support youths in single parent families.
학교사회복지사와 교사의 협력에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 현상학적 연구

The purpose of this study is to understand the perceptions of school social workers and teachers about factors that collaboration with each other. For this purpose, 3 school social workers and 3 teachers were interviewed and analysed the data by phenomenological methods. This study revealed that school social workers and teachers percepts that 3 main factors: school traits, teacher traits and school social worker traits were effect their collaboration. And the 3 main factors consisted of 6 sub-factors, and this consisted of 12 themes. The result suggests some practical ideas to improve collaboration between school social workers and teachers.
인문계 고등학생의 TV 시청시간과 인터넷 사용시간이 신체상에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of time of television watching and internet use of youths on their body image. To achieve this purpose, 1,200 academic high school students from Korean Education & Employment Panel(KEEP) were sampled. The study found that time of television watching and time of internet use of youths negatively effects on their body image. Implications of the results were explored in terms of measures that control time of television watching and internet use and develope a positive contents of television and internet. And then propose a alternative and practical culture in daily life that is self esteem, personal relationship for helpful to positive body image of youths.
학교사회복지사의 대인관계 능력이 직무만족에 미치는 경로분석: 학교사회복지사와 교사 간 신뢰와 협력의 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to investigate the paths of the interpersonal relationship effect on the job satisfaction of school social workers. Specially, this study focused on whether trust and collaboration between school social workers and teachers mediate this path. To achieve this purpose, 136 school social workers were sampled. The study found that the relationship between interpersonal relationship and job satisfaction of school social workers was mediated by trust between school social workers and teachers. Implications of the results were explored in terms of measures that improve the interpersonal relationship and trust between school social workers and teachers for helpful to job satisfaction of school social workers.

The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that influence an intentions to report a child abuse for teachers who intimate with students and effect on their lives. To achieve this purpose, 114 teachers from 4 elementary, middle and high schools were sampled purposively. The study found that confidence of teachers to report a child abuse and sufficient evidences about child abuse influenced their intentions to report a child abuse. But other traits about child abuse of teachers and abused children`s demographic traits did not influence an intentions to report a child abuse for teachers. Implications of the results were explored in terms of measures that could be taken in schools to help that report a child abuse for teachers at large.
생태체계적 관점에 기반한여중생의 신체상 개선 프로그램 효과성 연구

In these time, many people were dissatisfied with their body images. And these trends were showed with middle school girls. So, the purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of program to improvement the body image for middle school girls. For this study, 15 middle school girls were participated in program based on ecosystem perspectives and 10 middle school girls don``t participated in this program to compare the degree of change about body image. This study reveal that this program is effective to self-esteem, relationship with others, communication with family members, satisfaction to school and body image for middle school girls. The result suggests that some practical ideas to support and change the individual, family, peer group and school systems that affect to body image of middle school girls.
