20~30대 미혼 여성 유방암 생존자의 암 진단 이후 경험에 대한 질적연구

This study aims to investigate the impact of breast cancer diagnosis, medical treatment, and overcoming process on unmarried female breast cancer survivors in their 20s and 30s, as well as the effects of a social atmosphere, workplace support, and government policy on them. This study also tries to understand their changed life direction. Qualitative research was conducted utilizing the thematic analysis of Braun and Clarke(2006) to carry out the purpose of this study. As the result of the in-depth interview conducted with a total of 8 people selected by purposive sampling, six topics and 18 subtopics were derived. The six topics derived from the interview are as follows: ‘Facing breast cancer in the middle of my youth’, ‘Lack of institutional support that young people think’, ‘Social support that became the backbone of my life’, ‘the struggle to return to society’, ‘Breast cancer, a disease that needs constant care’, ‘Values that have changed their direction solely for one’s self.’ Based on the result of research, this study suggests political, psychological, and social support for unmarried female breast cancer survivors in their 20s and 30s. 본 연구의 목적은 20~30대 미혼 여성 유방암 생존자의 유방암 진단부터 의료적 처치 및 극복과정과더불어 사회적 분위기, 직장 내 지원, 정부의 정책 등이 젊은 미혼 여성 유방암 생존자에게 어떠한영향을 미쳤는지 파악하고 변화된 삶의 방향을 이해하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 Braun and Clarke(2006) 의 주제분석을 활용하여 질적연구를 진행하였다. 의도적 표집(purposive sampling)에 의해 선정된총 8명을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 시행한 결과 ‘청춘의 한가운데 마주친 유방암’, ‘젊기에 부족하다고느껴지는 제도적 지원’, ‘큰 힘이 된 사회적 자원’, ‘녹록지 않은 사회로의 복귀’, ‘지속적 관리가 필요한질병인 유방암’, ‘나 자신을 위하는 방향으로 변화한 가치관’이라는 6개의 상위주제와 18개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 20~30대 미혼 여성 유방암 생존자를 지원하기 위한 정책적 제언을제시하였다.

청소년기 다문화 대중매체 접촉이 다문화 수용에 미치는 영향: 대중매체 노출효과의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 의사사회접촉이론과 예시이론을 토대로 청소년기 부정적・긍정적 다문화 대중매체 접촉이 다문화 수용에 미치는 영향에서 대중매체 노출효과의 매개효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부정적 다문화 매체 접촉 빈도, 긍정적 다문화 매체 접촉 빈도를 독립변수로 구분하여 연구모형1과 2를 설정하였다. 분석에는 2021년 청소년용 국민 다문화 수용성 조사 자료가 활용되었으며, 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부정적 다문화 매체 접촉은 다문화 수용에 부적 영향을 미쳤으나, 긍정적 다문화 매체 접촉은 다문화 수용에 정적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 부정적 다문화 매체, 그리고 긍정적 다문화 매체와의 접촉은 각각 대중매체 노출효과에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 부정적・긍정적 다문화 매체 접촉이 다문화 수용에 미치는 영향에서 노출효과의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 두 연구모형 모두에서 매개효과가 유의미하였다. 분석 결과를 토대로 청소년의 다문화 수용을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

구리시 노인복지정책 개선방안 연구 : 노인여가복지시설 이용행태를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze the welfare needs of the elderly in Guri through a survey, and to determine the direction of policy development. Accordingly, existing studies on the welfare needs and delivery system of the elderly as well as the local social security plan related to Guri were reviewed. The elderly in Guri can be classified into four types, based on whether they use leisure facilities for the elderly: those who use both senior citizen and welfare centers, individuals who do not use either of the centers, people who use only senior citizen centers, and those who use only welfare centers. Furthermore, reflecting the tendency of the elderly to diversify their welfare needs, we examined how the elderly in Guri are excluded from the welfare system in various aspects such as income security, health, mental health, housing, work, and leisure culture. The analysis found that the elderly who only used the senior citizen center and those who did not use either the senior citizen or welfare center were inferior in terms of economy, health, housing, work, and leisure culture. The need for leisure facilities such as senior welfare and general welfare centers has been generally emphasized by the elderly in Guri, and there was also a common demand for including subsidized living expenses and economic support in elderly welfare policies. Based on the results of this analysis, policy goals for the development of policies for the elderly in Guri were established through an advisory meeting with academic and field experts, and 4 strategies and 11 implementation tasks were derived. It was suggested that the results of this study be included in the 「5th Guri City Community Security Plan」, scheduled to be established in 2022, for improving the execution power of this study.

주거 빈곤을 경험하는 후기 청년의 성인기 과업 이행과정 탐색: 고시원 거주 청년을 중심으로

주거 빈곤은 청년들의 삶에 오래도록 영향을 미치는 주요 위험 요인으로 알려져 있으며 종종 다른 형태의 배제로 이어진다. 따라서 연구자들은 주거 빈곤을 경험하는 청년들 중 고시원이라는 작은 독방에 거주하는 20대 후반부터 30대의 후기 청년들에 중점을 두어 성인으로의 전환과 이 중요한 단계에서 마주하는 어려움을 탐구했다. 연구 목표를 달성하기 위해 현재 고시원에서 생활 중인 20대 후반부터 30대 초반의 5명 인터뷰 참여자를 섭외하였고, 1:1 인터뷰를 실시한 자료를 토대로 주제 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 주거 독립의 계기, 주거 독립과 취업 후 변화, 성인기 과업 이행의 어려움, 불완전한 성인기 과업 이행에 대한 반응이라는 네 가지 주요 범주가 나타났다. 이 범주 안에서는 14개의 하위 범주가 확인되었다. 분석 결과를 기반으로 주거 빈곤을 경험하는 청년을 지원하기 위한 실용적이고 정치적인 제안을 제시하였다. Housing poverty is known to be a major risk factor that has a lasting impact on young people’s lives, often leading to other forms of exclusion. This study focuses on individuals in their late youth phase living in a cramped single room accommodation called Gosiwon, exploring their experience of transition to adulthood and challenges they encounter during this crucial stage in life. For analysis, one on one interviews were conducted with five individuals in their late 20s to 30s currently staying in Gosiwon, and a qualitative case study analysis was performed. The analysis revealed four main categories: Motivation for housing independence, changes after accomplishing adult life tasks, difficulties in achieving adult life tasks, and responses to incomplete fulfillment of adult life tasks. Within this categories, 14 sub-categories were identified. Based on the findings, practical policy-related suggestions have been proposed to enhance the support for late youths experiencing housing poverty.

요양보호사 직무만족도 영향요인 분석: 부당경험을 중심으로

This study aims to examine the effect of unfair experiences of caregivers on their job satisfaction based on the theory of customer-member exchange relations. A hierarchical regression analysis was conducted by dividing the factors affecting the job satisfaction of caregivers into human factors, working environment factors, and unfair experience factors using data from the 2019 Long-term Care Survey. The analysis of the results based on Model 3 were as follows: Human factors such as education levels were affecting job satisfaction. Also, working environment factors such as the employment type, workplace, residential city, operation type, and stress experienced by long-term caregivers were affecting their job satisfaction. Unpair experience factors such as insulting criticism and physical threats also negatively affected the job satisfaction of caregivers. Based on the results of this study, it is formulate policy directions to ensure a healthy services relationship between caregivers and recipients.
