        The study is designed to figure out the factors that enhance a tourist's revisit intention by verifying the correlation between Incheon's overall image and attraction, examining changes in the image of the city before and after a tourist's visit to the city, and assessing the tourist's satisfaction with tourist destination. First, a test of the study model shows that the image of Incheon has significant influence on the improvement of the overall image of the region. In this sight, it is urgently sought to keep the tourist sites clean and upgrade the convenience related to the historical sites and walking trails.. Second, while before and after a tourist's visit to Incheon, the image of the amenities for tourists, the regions's attraction as a tourist destination, negative and provocative images are influential. Yet, the image of the amenities for tourists has proven to exercise the greatest influence on the regions' topicality. And discovery of useful local products can help upgrade the image of Incheon. Third, attention should be paid to the accommodation for tourists from a long-term perspective to make sure that children who engage in sea experience live with enduring memories. Lastly, as part of tourism resources, traditional Korean houses should be preserved to provide visitors with an opportunity to sample the living of our ancestors. Unless tourists' needs are correctly figured out before a project is implemented, it will lower tourists' satisfaction and decrease their revisits.

      • 가족관광시 가족구성원간의 갈등요인과 해소전략에 관한 연구

        The present study aims at investigating conflict-raising factors generable for or during a familial travel in our country, with an outlook that understanding of such conflict raisers in an analytic manner be utilized as the basic data for research on travel behaviors. The strategic factors of conflict management makes decisions of family travel by age focusing on the different conflicts occurred in the family travel currently in Korea. By doing this, it tried to provide the basic data that can draw out constant participation, higher involvement and commitment by identifying the strategies for conflict management centering around not only tourism studies of tourist psychology and behavior but also the strategic variables of conflict management in terms of the promotion of tourism industry. To examine the result of this study. To examine the result of this study, first, it was found that in all age groups. strategies of compromise and moderation strategy to meet the needs of surrounding people and the person him/herself were used as a strategic plan for conflict management between decision-makers and conflicting groups. Second, it was analyzed that when a conflict is caused, from order to negotiation strategies; from authority to democratic strategy, they turned out to make efforts to solve the conflicts occurred during family travel by collecting the opinions of the surrounding people; tune the opinions; and make decisions by majority. Lastly, the predictive recognition of factors inducing familial conflicts in a detailed manner is deemed to lead to reduced trial and error in determining decisions among family members.

        카지노딜러의 교육훈련이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 연구

        The purpose of this study is the relationship of work accomplishment and dealer`s training. the purpose of this study, related theories are researched and analyzed through theoretical consideration. It comes to the summary of the results through the practical analysis of this study. It is as following.1. It makes provision different education training for dealers in casino. 2. It needs division of education of period and training subject. 3. It has to bring in the extended education program for dealers. 4. It needs to select and train the trainer of dealers in charge. It needs to select trainers who work in casino currently because they grasp service problem and necessary service in work place. Most of dealers who works are not satisfied with service training which is training now. Therefore it needs to select some dealers who are working currently and plan a training program for dealers.

        지역축제 참여동기와 만족 및 충성도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is, first, throughout previous studies, deduct Hampyeong Butterfly Festival visiting motivation and festival experience satisfaction factor, second, establish visiting motivation and experiences affect the relationship between satisfaction, satisfaction by learning facility and festival loyalty identify whether there is any effect on the relationship. This study handed out and collected 340 survey questionnaire, except the insincere responses of 28, the total of 312 survey questionnaire are used for empirical analysis. To identify visiting motivation factor of Hampyeong Butterfly Festival visitors is used factor analysis, analysis was conducted using structural equation models, and then built a measurement model to determine the structural relationship of the latent variables. Empirical Analysis, except hypothesis H2, H4, visiting motivations of festival visitors will effect the festival experience satisfaction, rest of them were significant. Festival experience satisfaction appeared to influence very significant to loyalty about festive facility satisfaction and festival, festive facility satisfaction showed a very significant impact to loyalty about festival.

        연령에 따른 가족관광시 갈등관리전략방안에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 현 우리나라에서 가족관광시 발생되는 상이한 갈등을 중심으로 연령별 가족관광 의사결정시 갈등 관리전략요인을 확인하고자 하였다. 그럼으로써 관광심리 및 행동을 연구하는 관광학은 물론 갈등관리전략변수를 중 심으로 관광산업의 진흥측면에서 연령별 갈등관리전략을 규명함으로써 가족관광의 지속적인 참여와 더 높은 관여도 및 헌신을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 모든 연령층과 의사 결정자와 상충된 집단간 갈등관리잔략방안으로 주변 인물들과 자신의 욕구충족을 위하여 타협전략 및 중용전략을 사 용하고 있는 것으로 규명되었다. 둘째, 갈등유발시 명령에서 협상전략으로, 권위에서 민주주의전략 방식으로 주변인의 의견을 수렴하거나, 의견조율, 다수결 결정 등으로 가족관광시 발생된 갈등을 해결하고자 노력하고 있는 것으로 분석 되었다. 마지막으로, 내적/대인적/구조적 제약요인 등에 대하여 적극적 문제해결을 통하여 가족관광시 발생된 갈등을 완화하려고 노력하고 있는 것으로 규명되었다.       • 강화도 관광 전ㆍ후 이미지가 이미지향상, 관광만족도, 재방문의사에 미치는 영향

          This study aims to research into the effects of the destination image of Ganghwa-do before and after visit on the image improvement, the tourist"s satisfaction and the intention to revisit in order to use the research findings for the marketing strategies.<BR>  The findings are as follows: First, the destination image of Ganghwa-do was found to have a significant influence on the image improvement. Second, the influence model of the destination image of Ganghwa-do impacting on the promotion of its topicality was found to be significant. Third, the destination image of Ganghwa-do was found to be significantly influencing the improvement of the tourist"s satisfaction level. Fourth, the destination image of Ganghwa-do was found to have a significant influence on the intention to revisit. Lastly, the tourist"s overall satisfaction of Ganghwa-do was found to influence the intention to revisit Ganghwa-do.

        축제 여행정보 습득에 따른 여행객 행동 차이에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 여행객이 관광정보시스템(TIS : Tourism Information System)을 통한 여행정보 습득시 여행정보의 중요도(기대·계획단계)와 성취도(경험단계)의 차이를 규명함으로써 여행객들은 어떤 여행정보를 탐색하고 소비하는지, 여행정보 행동의 차이를 규명하는데 본 연구의 1차적인 목적이 있다. 또한 이를 중심으로 축제 여행 정보 제공시 여 행객의 만족과 잠재 고객 확보를 위한 정보 개발 및 활용할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 하는데 본 연구의 목적 이 있다 하겠다. 이에 연구결과를 종합해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 축제에 참여한 여행객들은 사전에 여행정보를 상 대적으로 습득하지 하지 않고 참여하고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 둘째, 축제여행정보는 축제참여시 중요도와 경험 후 성취도에는 차이가 있는 것으로 규명되었다. Through Tourism Information System, we can know, how much we feel importance of travel information and how to they spending, research when they need to go to travel according to we have to realize about anticipation/planning phase and on-site phase are different exactly. This purpose is how to get a basic data when we support with tourist about information of festival in travel and also how to give satisfaction for tourist and how many tourist wants to join the travels in addition, it is possible to we can develop all of things about travel informations. This is a result of research. First, all of the tourists participate the FESTIVAL, even though they didn’t get any informations about travel. The second, information of festival in travel has different feeling between importance of participate in festival and performance after experience.
