산발성 부갑상선 종양에서 MEN1 유전자의 체성 돌연변이 유형과 표현형에 대한 연구

Purpose: MEN1 gene mutation causes multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1. It also suggests that somatic MEN1 gene mutation plays a role in sporadic endocrine tumor. In this study, we examined whether somatic mutations of MEN1 gene are responsible for sporadic parathyroid tumors and correlate with clinical manifestations of parathyroid tumors. Methods: Somatic mutation of MEN1 gene in the formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded parathyroid tumor tissue from 8 adenomas, 2 carcinomas and 1 hyperplasia were analyzed by direct sequencing. Clinicopathological parameters were reviewed from medical records and compared with the mutational data. Results: Eight of eleven (73%) sporadic parathyroid tumors had somatic MEN1 mutations of 14 different types. In the 14 types, 13 were a point mutation which is composed of 8 missense mutations, 2 nonsense mutations and 3 silent mutations. One of 14 types is a frameshift deletion of 27 base pairs in exon 2. Somatic mutation was frequent in the exon 2 and exon 10. Four types of polymorphism were found. There was no correlation between the presence of mutations and clinicopathological phenotype of parathyroid tumors. Conclusion: This result suggests that somatic mutation of MEN1 gene plays a definite role in sporadic parathyroid tumor formation.
계측을 통한 사면안식각 보강토옹벽의 거동 특성에 관한 연구

In this study, a stability of FRSR system was assessed by using field monitoring, compared with retaining walls method which were generally used in construction and FRSR system against angle of slope repose. Performance of FRSR system against angle of slope repose was verified by field monitoring.
사용종료 매립장의 장기침하 모델 매개변수 상관성 및 지지력 보강효과 분석

최근들어, 사용 종료된 폐기물 매립장을 공원 및 체육시설로 활용하는 사례가 증가하고 있으며, 사용종료 매립장 활용을 위해서는 일차적으로 환경영향 여부와 구조적 안정성이 중요하다. 특히 상부구조물 설치 시 지지력 및 침하에 대한 안정성을 확보하여야 하며 폐기물 매립지반의 침하에 대한 안정성 확보와 지지력 보강을 위하여 토목섬유(지오셀)을 포설하기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용 종료된 폐기물 매립장의 장기침하 계측결과 분석 및 매립지반에 대한 지오셀 보강 시 지지력 보강효과에 대하여 분석하였다. 장기침하 분석은 매립장의 현장계측 침하량과 쓰레기 침하 모델식별 산정된 침하량을 비교하였고, 각 모델식별로 침하량에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 파라메타를 분석하였다. 본 연구결과에 따르면, Park모델식에 따른 예측침하량 (C<sub>intermediate</sub> = 0.0678)이 현장계측 침하량과 가장 유사한 경향을 나타내었다. 또한, 지오셀 보강에 따른 지지력 증가는 무보강 지반에 비하여 약 1.193~1.554배 증가되는 것으로 도출되었다. Recently, the closed landfills are usually converted into parks or playground by the check the stability of landfill because they settle unevenly making them unsuitable for structures. When the closed landfill reuse, environmental and structural stability is important. To increase the bearing capacity and reduce the probable settlement of a foundation on waste disposal ground, a layer of geosynthetics(Geocell) is placed on the waste disposal ground. In this paper, the analysis of long-term settlement parameter correlation was performed, also the evaluation of bearing capacity reinforcement effect was conducted by field test. The settlement measured in the field, and input the same ground index when an integer to identify each model were compared by calculating the settlement. In addition, by adjusting the parameters of each model to identify the most similar to the value of field measurement parameters were calculated. Based on the analysis results, when the using the Park’s model C(intermediate) = 0.0678, the expected settlement is similar to the field measurement results. Also, the bearing capacity of geocell reinforced ground is 1.193~1.554 times higher than that of unreinforced ground.
