A study on the tendency in changes of body type of Korean cattle between two different feeding practices has been carried out by judging body conformation. The cattle which are measured are 40 bulls at 24 months of age in Chuncheon region. In the results of measurement, chest width and thurl width of a body under the improved feeding method showed a remarkable increase in comparison with those of a body under the conventional feeding method. There are significant differences in chest width (p$lt;0.01) and in thurl width (p$lt;0.01) respectively. The rate to withers height of each part except hip-bone width increased significantly in general. The correlation coefficient among each part of a body showed a high significance on the whole and was highest between body weight and hip height (r=0.783, p$lt;0.01). While the correlations were not significant in the parts (head, heart, kidney and liver) respectively, the high significant correlations are observed between body weight and carcass weight (r=0.766, p$lt;0.01), body weight and head weight (r=0.808, p$lt;0.01) and carcass weight and head weight (r=0.612, p$lt;0.01). The contributional ratio of multiple regression equation on 3 parts of body measurements was 76.53% (p$lt;0.01).
식육의 품질에 관한 연구 1 . 돈육의 pH 가 ( 價 )및 육색에 의한 계절적품질실태에 관하여

Measurements of porcine muscle pH and color estimates at 25 minutes post mortem on the porcine muscle as a rapid parameter to find out the incidence of abnormal PSE porcine muscles, were taken in a total of 465 commercial pig carcasses at the domestic animal slaughter plant in Chuncheon, Investigations were made on the M. Longissimus in the last rib and the M, Semimembranosus. Wide differences were recorded in each season in the distribution of below pH 6.0 . The mean range was 15.9% in summer and 7.5% in winter, The correlation between sex and the distribution of pH value was found to be significantly negligible and that of the pH measured in LD and SM muscle on one individual was also significantly negligible (r=0.624). The correlation between muscle color and pH value was significantly nigh, LD=p$lt;0.01 r=0.2, SM=p$lt;0.001, r=0.95 in the summer especially. Carcass weight and pH value on the correlation were significantly high (LD. r=0.89, p$lt;0.001, SM. r=0.84, p$lt;0.001). But the correlation of muscle color to sex and muscle color to breeds on phenotype was significantly negligible.
석재(石材) 가공(加工)시 발생한 석분(石粉)이 혼합된 콘크리트의 압축강도(壓縮强度) 특성(特性)에 관한 연구

석재 가공 시 발생되는 석분은 산업폐기물로 되어있다. 현재 이 석분은 지하에 매립하거나 지상에 야적되어 방치되고 있어 폐기물로 처리하는 데 많은 비용이 요구되고 있고, 토질과 지하수 등의 환경오염의 원인이 되고 있다. 또한 콘크리트의 주재료인 골재의 공급이 부족한 현실을 고려하여 본 연구에서는 폐석분을 콘크리트 혼화재료로 재활용할 수 있는 가능성을 연구하고자 한다. 석분함유량에 대한 시멘트비를 조정한 결과, $20{\sim}30\;N/mm^2$의 콘크리트의 압축강도가 나타났고 이는 석분의 함유에 따라 압축강도가 감소되지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 석재 가공 시 발생되는 석분을 콘크리트 혼화재료로 재순환하여 사용하여도 콘크리트의 압축강도에는 전혀 문제가 없음을 알 수 있었다. The stone dusts produced during the manufacturing process of stone blocks are considered as one of industrial waste materials. This stone dusts are managed to either burying under the ground or stacking in the yard, but this disposal process is required an extra costs. The stone dust disposal like burying or stacking also cause environmental pollution such as ground pollution and subterranean water pollution. Thus, this study was conducted to explore the possibility of recycling stone dusts as a concrete mixing material in order to extend recycling methods. Based on the experiment results on various ratios of cement to stone dust content, the compressive strengths of concrete were recorded in the range of $20{\sim}30\;N/mm^2$. The results did not show any decrease in compressive strength due to the stone dust content. It can be concluded that the stone dusts produced by stone block manufacturing can be sufficiently recycled as one of concrete mixing materials in the aspect of compressive strength.
한우사육형태가 육질에 미치는 영향 2 . 이화학적 특성

The characteristics of three muscles (Cleido Occipitalis; CO, Longissimus Dorsi; LD and Semitendinosus; ST) from Korean cattle fed by using the modern feeding practice were studied. Twelve physico-chemical characteristics on meat quality were measured. The results obtained are as follows: 1. It was observed that of three muscles, pH value was the highest level 6.08 in CO muscle, but Water-Holding Capacity in the highest quantity was 53.03% in CO muscle, 2. Sarcoplasmic protein and myofibril protein contained in ST muscle were 6.20% and 8.72% respectively, being the highest quantity of three muscles, the correlation was significantly recognized between pH value and myofibril protein (r=0.68, P$lt;.05), and between sarcoplasmic protein and Water-Holding Capacity (P$lt;.001) too. 3. Sarcomere length was 1.33 ㎛ in LD, 1.43㎛ in CO and 1.57 ㎛ in ST muscle. Fragmentations in three muscles were highly significant (P$lt;001). 4. Collagen amount contained in CO muscle was 5.73%, being the highest quantity of the three; muscles and collagen amount was recognized to have significant correlation with crude fatty acid (r=0.77, P$lt;.01). 5. The amount of crude fatty acid, total saturated fatty acid and total unsaturated fatty acid showed a high significance in the relation between CO and LD muscle, and tenderness was significantly recognized to have the correlation with total saturated fatty acid (r=-0.93, P$lt;.01) and total unsaturated fatty acid (r=0.94, P$lt;.01).
공공토목사업 CM 발주를 위한 단계별 업무지원 시스템 구축

Recently, the MLTM (Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs) has announced CM business guidelines, because it is expected that the CM deliveries are going to be increased for a civil engineering industry with enforcement of the CM at Risk. In this trend, The CM business guideline, which is currently announced, is for the steps after the CM contract. However, the practical business guideline from a planning phase for the CM delivery to a selection phase of a CMr (Construction Manager) is essential for public construction projects including the civil engineering projects that the frequency of the CM deliveries is not sufficient. Therefore, this study established a standardized process model from the planning phase for the CM delivery to the selection phase of the CMr. study configured a business breakdown structure for CM delivery. A prototype system for supporting the CM delivery was also developed, and a practical operability was verified by a case evaluation based on the developed system. Hence, it is expected that this study will be utilized as a supporting system of the CM delivery business for public clients, which have not sufficient cases of the CM delivery. 위험형 CM(CM at Risk) 제도의 시행과 함께 토목시설물에도 CM계약사례가 증가할 것으로 예상되어, 국토해양부 등에서는 CM 업무지침을 공표하고 있다. 현재 공표된 CM 업무지침은 CM 계약 이후의 업무지침이지만, CM 발주사례가 부족한 토목사설을 포함한 공공사업에서는 CM 발주 자체에 필요한 CM발주의 가획단계부터 CM 업자 (Construction Manager, CMr) 선정까지의 업무지침이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 발주처의 건설사업관리 발주업무를 발주 기획단계부터 CMr 선정단계까지 표준화된 프로세스 모형으로 구축하였으며, 이를 위해 CM발주 업무분류체계를 구성하였다. 또한 연구에서는 구축된 모형에 근거한 CM 발주지원 시스템을 개발하여 시스템의 실무 운영성을 검증하였다. 이러한 연구는 CM 발주사례가 부족한 발주처의 CM 발주업무 지원체계로 활용성을 가질 수 있다.
