생성형 인공지능 기반의 사용자신체특성 반영공간 실내 이미지시각화

This paper aims to generate and construct visual information in the field of interior design through the utilization of intelligent technologies. Specifically, it focuses on providing visual information images of bathroom spaces tailored to the user's physical characteristics, considering that safety incidents frequently occur in residential bathrooms. Generative models within the continuously advancing field of artificial intelligence have increasingly found applications in the realm of design. When conducting tests for generating bathroom images using generative artificial intelligence capable of rapidly providing diverse alternatives for interior space images, it was observed that the specific physical characteristics of the user, as input, were not adequately reflected in the generated images. Additionally, errors were identified in the forms of safety equipment within the generated bathroom images. Therefore, in this paper, we constructed a dataset that included self-generated bathroom space images reflecting physical characteristics, along with accompanying text files that described each image. Subsequently, we conducted additional training using this dataset. The additional training was performed using the LoRA(Low-Rank Adaptation) method and took approximately 20 minutes. As a result of this training, a model file of 144MB was generated. Images generated using this model demonstrated a notable contrast to the limitations of the original model. They featured correctly positioned safety equipment, and a significant reduction in errors was observed in the generated images. Through this content, it is anticipated that future developments in the comprehensiveness of incorporating physical characteristics and the construction of relevant information and training data will enhance the scalability and utility of image generation AI in the field of interior space design.

Wanli Yehuo Bian, written by Shen, Defu(1578-1642), is one of the most important source recording about the Ming Dynasty. Shen describes various aspects of Ming society, such as politics, institutions, culture and even conspicuous phenomena in the fashion of an essay, biji(筆記). This paper represents a part of translation of Wanli Yehuo Bianinto Korean with full annotation. The entire volume of Wanli Yehuo Bian is constituted of 34 books. The Chronicles of Emperors, records of the reign-by-reign of emperors, shows up in the first two books. 109 articles listed in the two books illustrate how the Ming Empire was structured and what had happened around the individual emperors throughout the Ming Dynasty. This paper selects the first six articles in a row: Declaring Accession to the Throne; Fengxiandian(奉先殿), Palatial Shrine for the Ancestry; Emperor’s Temples in the Capital; Enshrine Loyalists with Their Emperor; Xiaozilu(孝子 錄), A Guide to the Devoted Sons; Imperial Anthology.

도심 내 현존하는 옛마을에 있어서 신축주택의 배치양상 - 청주 탑동 '양달말'을 대상으로 -

The purpose of this study is to examine if orientation, location of entrance, court yard of existing old houses are consistently maintained when houses are newly built fitting the changed lots system, and the changed road system for Topdong 'Yangdalmal' in the existing old settlements in old center Cheongju. The lots was spilt up into 15 lots in 1913, 38 lots in 1968, and 75 lots in 2010. Among them, The lots maintained are 19 lots and the lots subdivided are 56 lots. 12 houses are newly built among the 19 shape-maintained lots and 41 houses are newly built among the 56 split up lots. Most of the new houses have south-facing orientation. Main entrance near the old road keeps the direction of the previous entry. Houses built in 1970s and 1980s keep their original court yards but they are disappearing year by year by new type of houses in 1990s.

명대 壽靖시기에 魏良輔가 昆山腔을 개량한 이후, 곤곡은 문인을 위시한 많은 관중들의 사랑을 받게 되고, 이와함께 희곡 공연도 흥성하였다. 희곡공연예술의 번성은 공연예술이론의 발전을 가져와, 明 後期에 이르면 희곡이론가들은 이전과 달리 淸唱의 연장이 아닌 하나의 연극으로서 희곡공연을 이식하고 희곡공연이론을 제기하게 된다. 이 공연이론 중에서 주의할 만한 것은 배우와 배역의 관계에 관한 연기이론으로, 탕현조, 반지항 등 명 후기 희곡이론가들은 배우가 그 맡은 배역 인물을 얼마나 잘 형상화해내는 가에 관심을 가졌으며, 특히 극중 인물의 감정을 정확히 체험하고 표현해낼 것을 주장하였다. 이들은 성공적인 배역 형상화의 관건이 극본의 주제사상 파악과 극중 인물에 대한 정확한 분석 등에 있다고 보고, 먼저 극본을 정확하게 이해할 것을 강조하였다. 또 극중인물의 형상화에 있어서는 "以情寫情" 즉 배역인물의 사상과 감정을 정확하게 체험하고 전달하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다 여겼다. 明後期 희곡이론가들이 극본의 정확한 이해를 통한 배역의 감정에 대한 충분한 체험을 주장한 것은, 배우와 배역의 관계에 있어 배우가 무대 위에서 배역에 대한 體驗을 정확하게 體現해낼 것을 강조하는 중국희곡 연기이론 수립에 기본적인 틀을 제공한 것이다.

BIM기반 공간객체 상세모델링 및 시각화 - 고령자 신체특성을 반영한 욕실 컴포넌트객체 상세화 구현사례 -

본 논문은 안전한 공간 사용을 위한 주거분야 시각정보 데이터 구축 등을 목적으로, 주택 내 안전사고 유의공간인 욕실을 대상으로 하며 BIM 기반 모델링 및 시각정보 구축 및 활용을 제안한다. 고령자 신체특성 및 노화에 따른 변화에 대응하기 위해 신체특성과 객체별 매핑체계를 제시하고 이를 통한 욕실 컴포넌트 상세화 구현 및 시각화 이미지 데이터 구축을 진행하였다. 증가하고 있는 노인 인구수에 따라 사고가 많이 발생하는 노인 주거공간에 대한 적절한 해결책을 제시가 필요하며 이를 위해 선행연구논문을 기반한 노인 노화 특성에 따른 필요안전설비를 조사하였다. 조사된 안전설비를 신체특성, 기대효과, 설치영역을 기준으로 설비를 분류하여 맵핑체계을 구축하고, 공간을 구성하는 20가지의 안전욕실설비 BIM 객체를 수집했다. 분류한 맵핑체계를 기반으로 신체특성기반의 안전욕실공간 모델링을 진행하였으며, 모델링된 공간을 렌더링하여 실제 공간과 유사한 이미지를 추출했다. 본 논문의 진행내용을 통해 일반인 사용자는 자신의 신체특성에 적합한 안전욕실 정보수집이 가능하고, 다양한 종류의 안전욕실 추출이미지는 추후 후속연구에서 데이터로 사용되어 폭넓은 활용을 기대해 볼 수 있다. This paper targets bathrooms, which are significant spaces for safety accidents in houses, for the purpose of establishing visual information data in the residential field for safe space use, and proposes BIM-based modeling and visual information construction and utilization. In order to cope with changes in the elderly's physical characteristics and aging, a mapping system for each object was presented, and detailed bathroom components and visualization image data were established. It is necessary to present an appropriate solution for the elderly residential space where accidents occur a lot according to the increasing number of elderly populations, and to this end, necessary safety facilities were investigated according to the aging characteristics of the elderly based on previous research papers. The surveyed safety facilities were classified based on physical characteristics, expected effects, and installation areas to establish a mapping system, and 20 safety bathroom facility BIM objects that make up the space were collected. Based on the classified mapping system, safety bathroom space modeling based on body characteristics was conducted, and images similar to real space were extracted by rendering the modeled space. Through the progress of this paper, general users can collect information on safety bathrooms suitable for their physical characteristics, and various types of safety bathroom extraction images can be used as data in subsequent studies and can be expected to be widely used.

Wanliyehuobian(萬曆野獲編) is a highly regarded academic material for providing valuable materials to researchers in fields such as history and literature. Based on the vast historical data in this book, researchers have been conducting in-depth research. “Wanliyehuobian·guobao” out of Wanliyehuobian’s 28th volume consists of 15 episodes. In this paper, the four episodes of “Jingtaijiannidang(景泰間逆黨)”, “Zhaoshaobaojiliudachen(趙少保祭六大臣)”, “Dezishizi(得子失子)”, “Luzi(戮子)” , “Shoutulixiaji(守土吏狎妓)” are translated and annotated. Looking at the form of causal retribution shown in these five episodes, there are cases where good deeds are accumulated and good retribution is received, and there are cases where bad deeds are committed and bad retribution is received. However, most of them are directly responsible for what they have done. All the causal retribution presented by Shen Defu(沈德符) has a characteristic that results in the actor himself, centering on the current world. This demonstrated the concept of Confucian causal retribution that values the present world's right and punishment, which is different from the causal retribution of inevitable reincarnation between the past life, the present world, and the next world in Buddhism.
