        차별과 학대경험이 차별가해에 미치는 영향 -부정적 감정의 매개효과-

        본 연구는 청소년의 차별피해경험과 다른 학대피해경험이 차별가해행위에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 일반긴장이론을 통해 청소년기에 겪는 차별피해경험과 학대피해경험이 긴장요인으로 작용으로 부정적 감정을 야기하고, 이것이 다시 차별가해행 위로 이어지는 관계를 검증하였다. 분석방법은 부정적 감정의 매개효과를 살펴보기 위해 AMOS로 구조방정식모형을 구동하였 다. 본 연구의 분석을 위해 사용된 자료는 ‘2014년 아동·청소년 인권실태 조사자료’이며 결측치를 제외하고 분석에 사용된 최종 표본 수는 10,192명의 청소년이다. 분석 결과, 차별피해경험은 물론 부모와 교사에게서 받는 학대피해경험이 직접적으로 차별가해행위에 유의미한 영향을 미침은 물론 부정적 감정을 통해서 간접적으로도 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 또래에 의한 학대피해경험의 경우 직접적인 영향력은 없었지만 부정적 감정을 통해서 차별가해행위에 간접적으로 연결되었다. 본 연구의 핵심인 부정적 감정의 매개효과와 관련하여 차별 및 학대 피해경험과 차별가해행위 간의 부분매개효과와 완전매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 분석결과를 토대로 정책제언과 후속연구를 위한 시사점을 논하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of being discriminated and abused on discriminating others among Korean adolescents. A special attention was given to the mediating effect of negative emotions, based on Agnew’s general strain theory. For this study, the Korean Child and Youth Rights Survey data were used including 10,192 students.The results of the structural equation modeling by using AMOS showed that discrimination victimization along with abuse victimization by parents and teachers had significant effects on discriminating others. These structural paths were significant through negative emotions. Being abused by peer groups had significant indirect effect on abusing others through negative emotions. Suggestions for policies and future research were discussed based on the findings.

        잠재계층분석을 이용한 1인가구 시장세분화에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 1인가구가 개인의 소비행태와 가치관에 따라 서로 다른 특성을 보일 수 있다는 점에 주목하여, 1인 가구를 소비가치와 라이프스타일, 모바일 이용행태, 정보 활용역량에 따라 시장세분화를 실시하였다. 2020년 7 월 20일부터 7월 24일까지 대한민국 국적의 1인가구를 대상으로 실시된 온라인 설문조사 결과를 활용하였다. K-means 분석을 통해 각 4개의 범주에 대한 항목을 군집화한 후, 잠재계층분석(LCA)을 실시하였으며, 최적세분시장은 7개로 결정하였다. 분석결과 도출된 7개 집단의 특성을 살펴보고, 각 집단의 주요 지출 비중을 비교하였다. 집단 간 외식과 의류 및 사치품, 주거비, 문화·여가 및 취미활동, 금융활동 지출에서 차이가 있음을 확인하였고 특히, 의류 및 사치품 항목에서 집단 간의 차이가 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 집단 중에서도 특히 의류 및 사치품 항목에서는 다른 항목과 달리 집단 2와 집단 7이 다른 집단과의 차이가 유의하게 나타났다. 경제적 가치를 중요시하고, 내부활동을 선호한다는 점에서 집단 2와 집단 7은 유사하며 이러한 특징으로 인해 의류 및 사치품 항목에서 가장 낮은 수치를 보여 다른 집단과 구별되는 특징을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 1인가구와 관련된 다양한 산업에 1인가구의 니즈를 파악하고 목표시장을 결정하는 데 유용한 정보를 제공할 것으로 판단된다. 특히, 집단 간의 소비행태와 지출 비중을 고려하여 1인가구 관련 상품 및 서비스 개발과 마케팅 전략을 다양하게 수립하고, 1인가구의 효용 극대화에 기여한다는 점에서 의의가 있다. Based on the fact that single-person households can have different characteristics depending on individual consumption behaviors and values, this study aims to segment the market according to single-person house-holds’ consumption values, lifestyle, mobile usage behavior, and information utilization capabilities. The results of an online survey conducted for single-person households of Korean nationality from July 20 to July 24, 2020, were used. After categorizing each of the four variables through K-means analysis, latent class analysis(LCA) was conducted and the optimal market segmentation was determined to be seven. After identifying the characteristics of the seven groups and comparing them with the main portion of spending, it was confirmed that there were differences in dining out, clothing and luxury goods, housing costs, cultural and leisure activities, and financial activities. In particular, there was a clear difference between the groups in the items of clothing and luxury items. Also, clothing and luxury items showed significant differences between group 2 and group 7 from other groups. Group 2 and Group 7 are similar in that they emphasize economic value and prefer internal activities compared to other groups. This characteristic led to the lowest number of clothing and luxury items, distinguishing them from other groups. This study is expected to provide useful information for identifying the needs of single-person households and determining target markets for various industries related to single-person households. It is meaningful in that it establishes various marketing strategies and develops products and services related to single-person households, and contributes to maximizing the utility of single-person households.

        Light Intensity 및 명암비 향상을 위한 마이크로 LED의 사파이어 기판 형상 변화 연구

        Micro-LEDs can be applied to various parts of a product. However, it has disadvantages compared to general LEDs in large displays such as low efficiency, intensity, and contrast ratio, among others, owing to their short history of study. The simulations were carried out using ray-tracing software to investigate the change in light intensity and light distribution according to pattern shapes on the sapphire substrate of the flip-chip micro-LED (FC μ-LED) array. Three patterns-concave square patterns, convex square patterns, and Ag coated convex patterns-which existed on the opposite side of FC μ-LEDs (115 ㎛ × 115 ㎛) array, were applied. The intensity of FC μ-LEDs on the center of the receivers depends on the pattern depth with shape. The concave square patterns having FC μ-LEDs arrays show that decreasing intensity as the patterns depth. On the contrary, the convex square patterns having FC μ-LEDs arrays shows that increasing intensity as the patterns depth. In addition, the highest intensity shows that FC μ-LEDs having Ag-coated convex patterns on the opposite side of sapphire lead to a reduction in light crosstalk owing to the Ag film.

        Bi<sub>4</sub>Ti<sub>3</sub>O<sub>12</sub> 박막의 구조적 특성과 유전 특성에 미치는 산소 열처리 효과

        $Bi_{4}Ti_{3}O_{12}$ (BiT) thin films were grown on the Pt/Ti/$SiO_2$/si substrate using a metal organic decomposition (MOD) method. Effects of oxygen annealing on the structural properties and dielectric properties of the BiT thin films were investigated. The BiT films were well developed when rapid thermal annealed at $>500^{\circ}C$ in oxygen ambient. For the film annealed at $700^{\circ}C$, no crystalline phase was observed under oxygen free annealing atmosphere while its crystallinity was significantly enhanced as the oxygen pressure increased. The BiT film also exhibited a smooth surface with defect free grains. A high dielectric constant and a low dielectric loss were achieved satisfactory in the frequency range from 75 kHz to 1 MHz. Especially, the BiT film, annealed at $700^{\circ}C$ and 10 torr oxygen pressure, showed good dielectric properties: dielectric constant of 51 and dielectric loss of 0.2 % at 100 kHz. Its leakage current was also considerably improved, being as $0.62\;nA/cm^2$ at 1 V. Therefore, it is considered that the oxygen annealing has effects on an enhancement of crystallinity and dielectric properties of the BiT films.

        무연계 0.94(Na<sub>0.5</sub>K<sub>0.5</sub>NbO<sub>3</sub>-0.06Ba(Ti<sub>0.9</sub>Sn<sub>0.1</sub>)O<sub>3</sub> 세라믹의 상전이 거동과 압전 특성

        Lead-free $0.94(Na_{0.5}K_{0.5})NbO_3$-0.06Ba$(Ti_{0.9}Sn_{0.1})O_3$ [0.94NKN-0.06BTS] ceramics doped with 1 mol% $MnO_2$ were synthesized by a conventional solid state method. The phase transitional behavior and piezoelectric properties of the ceramics sintered at various temperatures were investigated. The 0.94NKN-0.06BTS ceramics sintered at $1050^{\circ}C$, having morphotropic phase boundary of orthorhombic and tetragonal phases, exhibited a microstructure with abnormal grain growth. A diffused phase transition behavior for all the specimens was verified as high degree of diffuseness (${\gamma}$) values from 1.45 to 1.79. A high piezoelectric constant of $d_{33}=256$ pC/N and a satisfactory electromechanical coupling factor of $k_p=42%$ were obtained for the relatively dense 0.94NKN-0.06BTS ceramics sintered at $1050^{\circ}C$.

        초음파 진동자용 MnO<sub>2</sub>가 Doping된 PZT-PSN 세라믹스의 구조 및 압전 특성

        For use in ultrasonic actuators, we investigated the structural and piezoelectric properties of $(1\;-\;x)Pb(Zr_{0.515}Ti_{0.485})O_3$ - $xPb(Sb_{1/2}Nb_{1/2})O_3$ + 0.5 wt% $MnO_2$ [(1 - x)PZT - xPSN + $MnO_2$] ceramics with a variation of x (x = 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08). All the ceramics, which were sintered at $1250^{\circ}C$ for 2 h, showed a typical perovskite structure, implying that they were well synthesized. A homogeneous micro structure was also developed for the specimens, and their average grain size was slightly decreased to $1.3{\mu}m$ by increasing x to 0.8. Moreover, a second phase with a pyrochlore structure appeared when x was above 0.06, which resulted in the deterioration of their piezoelectric properties. However, the 0.96PZT-0.04PSN+$MnO_2$ ceramics, which corresponds with a morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) composition in the (1 - x)PZT - xPSN + $MnO_2$ system, exhibited good piezoelectric properties: a piezoelectric constant ($d_{33}$) of 325 pC/N, an electromechanical coupling factor ($k_p$) of 70.8%, and a mechanical quality factor ($Q_m$) of 1779. The specimens with a relatively high curie temperature ($T_c$) of $305^{\circ}C$ also showed a significantly high dielectric constant (${\varepsilon}_r$) value of 1109. Therefore, the 0.96PZT - 0.04PSN + $MnO_2$ ceramics are suitable for use in ultrasonic vibrators.

        The microstructure and positive temperature coefficient of resistivity (PTCR) characteristics of 0.1 mol%$Na_2Ti_6O_{13}$ doped $0.94BaTiO_3-0.06(Bi_{0.5}Na_{0.5})TiO_3$ (BBNT-NT001) ceramics sintered at various temperatures from $1200^{\circ}C$ to $1350^{\circ}C$ were investigated in order to develop eco-friendly PTCR thermistors with a high Curie temperature ($T_C$). Resulting thermistors showed a perovskite structure with a tetragonal symmetry. When sintered at $1200^{\circ}C$, the specimen had a uniform microstructure with small grains. However, abnormally grown grains started to appear at $1250^{\circ}C$ and a homogeneous microstructure with large grains was exhibited when the sintering temperature reached $1325^{\circ}C$. When the temperature exceeded $1325^{\circ}C$, the grain growth was inhibited due to the numerous nucleation sites generated at the extremely high temperature. It is considered that $Na_2Ti_6O_{13}$ is responsible for the grain growth of the $0.94BaTiO_3-0.06(Bi_{0.5}Na_{0.5})TiO_3$) ceramics by forming a liquid phase during the sintering at around $1300^{\circ}C$. The grain growth of the BBNT-NT001 ceramics was significantly correlated with a decrease of resistivity. All the specimens were observed to have PTCR characteristics except for the sample sintered at $1200^{\circ}C$. The BBNT-NT001 ceramics had significantly decreased $\tilde{n}_{rt}$ and increased resistivity jump with increasing sintering temperature at from $1200^{\circ}C$ to $1325^{\circ}C$. Especially, the BBNT-NT001 ceramics sintered at $1325^{\circ}C$ exhibited superior PTCR characteristics of low resistivity at room temperature ($122\;{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$), high resistivity jump ($1.28{\times}10^4$), high resistivity temperature factor (20.4%/$^{\circ}C$), and a high Tc of $157.9^{\circ}C$.
