        현대중국어 보어‘到’의 주관성

        현대중국어에 빈번하게 사용하는 ‘V到’구조의 그 의미기능에 대하여 본고는 Langacker (2002)와 Traugott(2002)의 주관성(subjectivity)과 주관화(subjectification) 개념을 도입하여 설명하고자 하였다. 본고는 ‘V到’구조의 의미기능을 하위사건구조에 의거하여 크게 두 가지로 나누었다. 하나는 ‘V到’구조가 두 개의 하위사건으로 나누어지는 경우이고, 다른 하나는‘V到’구조가 두 개의 하위사건으로 나누어 질 수 없는 경우이다. 본고에서는 전자의 보어‘到’ 를 ‘到1’로, 후자의 보어‘到’를 ‘到2’로 지칭하였다. ‘到1’는 대상이 술어동사V이라는 <방식(manner)>을 통해 공간에서 물리적으로 이동한 순간을 나타내며, 이러한 표현은 화자가 ‘무대 밖(off-stage)’에서 관찰 대상의 이동을 묘사한 것이다. 이에 ‘到1’구문은 해당상황에 대하여 객관적인 해석으로 이루어져있다. 반면 ‘到2’는 ‘到1’와 같이 물리적 이동 순간에 대한 객관적 해석이 아니다. 오히려 ‘到2’는 그 의미기능이 문장을 발화하는 ‘화자에 연관(speakerrelated)’ 되어 있다. ‘到1’의 표현이 관찰 대상이 이동하는 상황을 객관적으로 묘사했다면, ‘到2’ 는 화자 자신의 판단에 따른 주관적 의견 즉 해당 상황이 ‘성취(achievement)’됨을 표현한다. 따라서 ‘到2’의 표현은 ‘到1’의 표현보다 ‘주관화’되어있다. The complement construction of V-dao is frequently used in mandarin Chinese. In this article, V-dao is explained by the subjectivity and subjectification, especially in the concept of Langacker(2002) and Traugott(2002). The semantic function of V-dao is classified into two types by sub-event structure. Some of V-dao have two sub-events, but some of V-dao is unable to be separated into two sub-events. In this article, The former of Dao is called Dao1, the latter of Dao is called Dao2. Dao1 describes a moment of physical movement in space through the predicate verb V that is a <manner> of movement. In this sentence, the speaker describes the movement of object at the ‘off-stage’. Thus, the construction of Dao1 the ‘objective’. However Dao2 cannot be regarded as the ‘objective’, and does not describes a moment of physical movement. The semantic function of Dao2 is more ‘related with speaker’ than Dao1. While the construction of Dao1 describes the movement of object, the construction of Dao2 describes the ‘achievement’ of situation. In this case, ‘achievement’ means the subjective opinion from the speaker’s judgment about the situation. Thus, the construction of Dao2 is more ‘subjectivity’ than the construction of Dao1.

        Anti-atherosclerotic effects of perilla oil in rabbits fed a high-cholesterol diet

        Anti-atherosclerosis effects of perilla oil were investigated, in comparison with lovastatin, in rabbits fed a high-cholesterol diet (HCD). Hypercholesterolemia was induced in rabbits by feeding the HCD containing 0.5% cholesterol and 1% corn oil, and perilla oil (0.1 or 0.3%) was added to the diet containing 0.5% cholesterol for 10 weeks. HCD greatly increased blood total cholesterol and low-density lipoproteins, and caused thick atheromatous plaques, covering 74% of the aortic wall. Hyper-cholesterolemia also induced lipid accumulation in the liver and kidneys, leading to lipid peroxidation. Perilla oil not only attenuated hypercholesterolemia and atheroma formation, but also reduced fat accumulation and lipid peroxidation in hepatic and renal tissues. The results indicate that perilla oil prevents atherosclerosis and fatty liver by controlling lipid metabolism, and that it could be the first choice oil to improve diet-induced metabolic syndrome.

        위협모델링을 이용한 전기차 충전 인프라의 보안요구사항에 대한 연구

        전기차 충전 인프라에서는 충전 및 결제 데이터를 포함하여 다양한 데이터가 전송되기 때문에 안전한 전기차 충전 인프라를 구축하기 위해서는 이에 대한 보안 연구가 요구된다. 그렇지만 기존에 진행된 연구들은 전기차 충전을 위한 충전 인프라 보다는 전력 계통 인프라와 같은 스마트 그리드 관련 보안 연구가 주를 이루고 있다. 또한 충전인프라 관련 연구는 아직 부족한 현실이며, 위협모델링과 같은 체계적인 방법론을 이용한 연구는 아직 진행되고 있지 않다. 따라서 안전한 전기차 충전 인프라의 구축을 위해 위협모델링을 적용하여 보안 위협을 식별하고 보안요구사항을 체계적으로 분석하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 Data Flow Diagram, STRIDE, Attack Tree를 활용한 위협모델링을 이용하여 충전 인프라에서 발생 가능한 위협을 정확히 식별하고 객관적인 보안요구사항을 도출하여 전기차 충전 인프라를 분석한다. In order to build a secure electric vehicle charging infrastructure, security research is required because various data including charging and payment data are transmitted in the electric vehicle charging infrastructure. However, previous researches have focused on smart grid related security research such as power system infrastructure rather than charging infrastructure for electric vehicle charging. In addition, research on charging infrastructure is still lacking, and research using a systematic methodology such as threat modeling is not yet under way. Therefore, it is necessary to apply threat modeling to identify security threats and systematically analyze security requirements to build a secure electric vehicle charging infrastructure. In this paper, we analyze the electric vehicle charging infrastructure by accurately identifying possible threats and deriving objective security requirements using threat modeling including Data Flow Diagram, STRIDE, and Attack Tree.

        Comparative anti-thrombotic activity and haemorrhagic adverse effect of nattokinase and tissue-type plasminogen activator

        Anti-thrombotic activity and safety of nattokinase, an enzyme produced by Bacillus subtilis during soybean fermentation, were investigated in comparison with tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA). Carotid arterial thrombosis was produced with a FeCl3-soaked paper, followed by intravenous injection of nattokinase or t-PA. Nattokinase and t-PA delayed thrombus formation, near-fully (> 90%) inhibiting at 75 and 8.5 mg/kg, respectively. As adverse effects, t-PA induced petechial haemorrhage at 10 mg/kg in the lungs and thymus, and extensive bleeding at 20 mg/kg. Nattokinase also caused pulmonary haemorrhage from 300 mg/kg. Collectively, the standard safety margins (SSMs) for t-PA and nattokinase were calculated to be 1.2 and 4.0, respectively. Combinational treatment with dexamethasone (2 mg/kg) increased the efficacy and safety of t-PA and nattokinase, widening their SSMs to 2.4 and 8.0, respectively. The results indicate that nattokinase delayed thrombus formation and dissolved thrombi, and that nattokinase could be a good candidate anti-thrombotic agent with relatively-low haemorrhagic risk.

        Extraction conditions of white rose petals for the inhibition of enzymes related to skin aging

        In order to assess inhibitory potentials of white rose petal extracts (WRPE) on the activities of enzymes related to dermal aging according to the extraction conditions, three extraction methods were adopted. WRPE was prepared by extracting dried white rose (Rosa hybrida) petals with 50% ethanol (WRPE-EtOH), Pectinex® SMASH XXL enzyme (WRPE-enzyme) or high temperature-high pressure (WRPE-HTHP). In the inhibition of matrix metalloproteinase-1, although the enzyme activity was fully inhibited by all 3 extracts at 100 μg/mL in 60 min, partial inhibition (50-70%) was achieved only by WRPE-EtOH and WRPE-enzyme at 50 μg/mL. High concentrations (≥250 μg/mL) of all 3 extracts markedly inhibited the elastase activity. However, at low concentrations (15.6-125 μg/mL), only WRPE-EtOH inhibited the enzyme activity. Notably, WRPE-EtOH was superior to WRPE-enzyme and WRPE-HTHP in the inhibition of tyrosinase. WRPE-EtOH significantly inhibited the enzyme activity from 31.2 μM, reaching 80% inhibition at 125 μM. In addition to its strong antioxidative activity, the ethanol extract of white rose petals was confirmed to be effective in inhibiting skin aging-related enzymes. Therefore, it is suggested that WRPE-EtOH could be a good candidate for the improvement of skin aging such as wrinkle formation and pigmentation.
