노인을 위한 웨어러블 헬스케어 디바이스 개발 동향 연구

빠른 속도로 고령사회에 접어든 아시아와 유럽 국가들은 노인들 건강 관리가 사회의 큰 관심거리가 되고 있다. 최근 전 세계 웨어러블 디바이스 기술시장의 빠른 성장세는 건강 분야의 헬스케어, 노인들을 위한 양로 서비스 등 널리 활용되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 노인 웨어러블 헬스케어 디바이스의 개발 사례 분석을 통해 웨어러블 헬스케어 디바이스의 특징 및 최신 설계⋅개발 동향을 파악하고 웨어러블 헬스케어 디바이스가 실용적이고 스마트하게 발전할 수 있도록 제언하며 향후 노인 웨어러블 헬스케어 디바이스의 개발에 참고할 수 있도록 하는 데에 있다. 본 연구는 문헌 연구와 비교 연구를 통해 노인을 위한 웨어러블 헬스케어 디바이스의 개발 동향을 탐색하고, 연구 범위로는 웨어러블 디바이스가 스마트 단말기 산업으로 부상하기 시작한 2012년부터 2019년 사이의 관련 연구 사례로 한정하였다. 웨어러블 헬스케어 디바이스 시장과 연구 현황에 대한 조사를 통해 글로벌 웨어러블 헬스케어 디바이스 생산업체 중 SAMSUNG, Apple, Fitbit, LG, HUAWEI, MI 등이 안정적인 시장 점유율을 보이며 높은 브랜드인지도를 자랑하고 있다. 현재 웨어러블 디바이스는 헬스케어와 양로 서비스 쪽의 가치를 인정받아 각국 정부의 대대적 지원이 웨어러블 헬스케어 디바이스 시장 전망을 밝게 하고 있다. 웨어러블 헬스케어 디바이스의 연구 현황과 개발동향을 통해 일반인을 위한 웨어러블 디바이스의 기능은 주로 심장박동수, 심전도, 운동과 건강 모니터에 집중되어 있다는 것을 알게 되었다. 이런 제품은 일반인의 건강 개선 및 모니터에 효과가 있지만, 노인 질병 환자의 수요를 충족시킬 수 없다. 노인을 위한 웨어러블 디바이스의 개발은 아직 초기 단계이나 시장의 수요와 전문연구자들의 노력으로 제품의 종류가 많아지고 있으며 고혈압, 심장병, 치매와 당뇨병 등 노인 질병에 관한 설계와 개발도 가능하게 되었다. 향후 연구는 다기능을 가진 제품을 개발하는 동시에 노인들의 일상생활에 어려움을 해결하고 안전을 보장하며 노후 생활을 향상할 수 있도록 노인 질병과 심리상태에 관한 웨어러블 디바이스의 개발도 강화해야 한다. 본 연구는 웨어러블 헬스케어 디바이스 생산업체의 지속 가능한 발전을 고려하여 다음과 같은 실행 가능한 제품 개발 및 마케팅 전략을 제언하였다. 첫째, 브랜드의 계획과 홍보를 향상해야 한다. 둘째, 제품의 차별화와 계열화를 실현해야 한다. 셋째, 노인 웨어러블 헬스케어 디바이스 체험관을 설립한다. 넷째, 판매원, 사용자, 판매상, 디자이너 간의 ‘사위일체(四位一體)’라는 상호작용할 수 있는 서비스 체계를 수립해야 한다. 다섯째, 노인 웨어러블 헬스케어 디바이스 스마트 의료 시스템을 만들어야 한다. 노인을 위한 웨어러블 헬스케어 디바이스 시장, 연구 현황 및 개발 동향에 대한 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 제언을 하고자 한다. 향후 웨어러블 헬스케어 디바이스의 설계와 개발은 편리성, 지능화, 간결화, 데이터 클라우드화(Data Cloud), 진단 원격화의 방향으로 발전해야 한다. 그중에서 ‘데이터 클라우드화’는 미래의 중요한 발전 방향이다. With the fast coming of entering the elderly society from many countries in Europe and Asian, the health management needs of the elderly have become the focus of society’s attention. In recent years, the global wearable health and medical equipment market has shown rapid development trend which has been widely used in industries such as health care and elderly services. The research purpose of this article is to analyze the development cases of wearable health and medical devices for the elderly people, obtaining, characteristics and latest design and development trends of wearable health and medical devices and putting some concrete and feasible suggestions for the wearable health and medical devices with the practice and the wisdom, more wisdom and more convenience, which could provide the reference and the experience for the design and the development of the wearable health and medical devices in the future. In the paper, the literature research and the comparative research methods are taken to explore the development trend of the wearable health and medical equipment. The research scope is limited to relevant research cases from the year of 2012 to the year of 2019 when the wearable equipment began to become the smart terminal industry. By investigation of the wearable health and medical device market and research status, finding that the global manufacturers of the wearable health and medical equipment includes Apple, SAMSUNG, LG, HUAWEI, MI, etc. which occupy a stable market share and a high visibility. At present, the value of the wearable equipment in health care has been recognized widely. Governments in various countries have given great support and encouragement policies, so the wearable health care equipment will have a bright future. From the perspective to the observation of the development trend of the wearable health and medical equipment, the main functions of the wearable equipment development for ordinary people are focused on heart rate, ECG and sports health monitoring, which improve and check the ordinary people’s health with certain effects. However, these products are not suitable to for the elderly people, especially for the elderly people of ‘empty nest’ and their loneliness and the old with disease. The product development and design for the elderly of the wearable equipment is still in initial stage. However, with the need of the elderly market and the hard work of researchers, the product’s types have gradually become richer, which could be designed and developed for hypertension, heart disease, dementia, diabetes and other elderly diseases. In the future research, it is necessary to focus on multifunctional products and the application, expanding the research and development of the wearable equipment for other types of geriatric diseases to solve the difficulties in the daily life of the elderly people and ensure the safety of the elderly people. It is our ultimate goal to improve the quality of life in solitary living and empty nests. Considering the manufacturing enterprises of the sustainable development of wearable health medical equipment, this study put forward the following specific and feasible product development and marketing strategies: first, strengthen the brand value through enhancing product planning and publicity; second, pay attention to the differentiation and serialization of product design; third, setting up the experience store for the senior citizens of the wearable health equipment; fourth, found the interactive service mechanism from 4 aspects and 1 part; lastly, construct the intelligent medical system of the wearable health medical equipment for the senior citizens. Based on an analysis of the market, research status and development trends of the elderly wearable health and medical equipment, some suggestions are put in the paper.
