Most of the residential building that built in last 20th cemtiry Korea is preferred keeping maximum building area than its design, building performance or any others. Moreover in case of apartment building, there frequently divert the balcony to room for expanding the interior room space. In case of the apartment which built after 1990’s, apartment balcony is serious factor for living space size And so many resident want to change the balcony to room extent for occupy more large room space. On the other hand, merging apartment balconies to room will legalized by Korea government since next year;(2006/01), and so many apartment residents want to merge their balcony space into rooms. Such a reforming makes deep and narrow room shape. Even though the same size of area apartment building, there have different width and depth each building. Namely, the case that depth is longer than width can be possible. To Korean who traditionally prefer a house with a southern exposure to other styles, room width and depth ratio make different space usage; Furniture arrangement in space, installation of lighting and so on. This study analyzes the room usage by room space width and depth ratio and effect of expansion of room space to balcony. This study also investigate about 200 apartments plan and room width over depth ratio by space extent for find out the relation between apartment space and width ratio, And surveyed about fumiture arrangement difference by room shape(Regular tetragon and rectangle)

It is important to select the optimum of many alternatives of design element at an early design phase because of its influence on the other elements. Also, the problems in the process of design are as the selection problems of alternatives to satisfy the building performance and the constraints related with a building. This study is on the method using GA by which computers can find the optimal solution in the wide range of the selection intelligently. Specially, it is applied to the selective problem of the materials which compose the wall and have the trade-off relationship between insulation performance and cost. And it find the optimal solution that satisfies this relationship.

AHP를 이용한 건축 디자인 요소 우선 순위 분석

In this study, it is to analyze design elements which are considered firstly and their importance at a design process for knowing the order of priority among them. First of all, The building performance, cost and design are put into higher elements which respectively consists of lower elements as follows. The building performance element includes insulation, sound isolation and daylighting as a lower element. the design element is composed of the interior and exterior designs, and the preferential elements in Che selection of the interior and exterior materials. the construction and management costs are proposed as a cost element by the survey research. To obtain the order of priority among the above elements for the multi-criteria decision making like a design process, Analytic Hierarchy Process is used with survey research which selects the expert group and none expert group. it can be considered at the integrated design process.

Purpose: During more than 70 years of division, exchange between the two Koreas was rare and academic heterogeneity deepened. This study aims to analyze changes and characteristics of environmental architecture research in North Korea through an architectural journal published in North Korea. Method: In this study, about 2,000 papers published from 1990 to 2018 in <Chosun Architecture>, a representative architecture journal in North Korea, were analyzed to analyze trends in eco-friendly architecture research by period and subject.The terminology, article description style and change of research subject in environmental architecture were reviewed and characteristics were summarized. Result: First of all, research themes on residential buildings focused on thermal environments and studies on acoustics and light environments mostly focused on public buildings. In particular, as for the thermal environment, many studies were related to thermal insulation and natural solar energy storage. Second, the research method was described in the form of an essay, and the results were obtained by formulas and calculations rather than experiments or simulations. Third, in relation to the floor plan of the residential building, there have been designs that reduced heat loss through insulation rather than the quality of life. Fourth, although the latest architectural trends such as ecological architecture and zero energy were introduced, it was found that their implementation were insufficient compared to South Korea or other countries.

미래용어 및 미래관련 신조어 분석을 통한 미래 유시티 트랜드 예측

The object of this study is suggesting the future U-city directions. Present day, the concept of ubiquitous city or U-city is a city or region with ubiquitous information technology. All information systems are linked, and virtually everything is linked to an information system through technologies such as wireless networking and RFID tags. [Wikipedia] But, suggested philosophical future direction or provided services have insufficient appropriateness from a humanism point of view. This study propose an approach of documentary survey. And detail method of this study is gathering and classifying the neologism of future by category of city life, and finding the something in common among them. Until now, there was no attempt to find the u-city concept or direction from the neologism. This research may give the direction to develop the u-city in the viewpoint of humanism. Because neologism contains social phenomenon, and social phenomenon contains what human being philosophy. 생활수준이 단순한 의식주의 해결이라 는 문제에서 탈피하여 삶의 질을 중요하게 여기는 시대가 되면서 사람들의 미래에 관한 관심도가 높아지고 있다. 이에 등장한 도시 의 개념 중 하나가 유 시티 이며, 유 시티 또한 인간의 삶을 편리하게 하고자하는 신개념의 서비스의 일종으로 볼 수 있다. 그러나 아직까지 유 시티 가 무엇언지에 관한 정의 도 학자 들 간에 다소 차이가 있는 정의 를 내리 는 등 분명한 개념 이 뿌리내렸다고 보기 는 어렵다 많은 연구들이 막연히 신기술지향의 서비스 를 제공하는 첨단 도시의 개념을 가지고 있올 뿐이다 그러나 궁극적으로 유시티가 추구 하는 바는 인간의 편안한 삶이 라는 점에는 누구도 이견을 제시 하지 않을 것 이다. 미래의 기술과 인간이 추구하는 바를 결합하여 만들어지는 신조어 들은 미래학자 들이나 인터넷 상에서 쉽게 접할 수 있다 즉, 과거에는 없던 현재의 모습을 표현 하는 단어가 바로 신조어 이다. 현대 사회는 이러한 신조어가 다양하게 발생하고 있으며 이러한 신조어는 곧 미래의 모습이 되곤 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 신조어의 특성 에 착안하여 신조어 를 분류함으로써 미래도시의 모습에서 사람들이 높은 관심을 가지 고 있는 트렌드가 무엇인지를 파악하고 미래의 도시 가 추구해야 할 방향을 예측 하는 것이다.

〈감정교육〉에 나타난 아이러니

Nous avons deja etudie' l'histoire de l'Education Sentimentale de Flaubert, ce quietait un roman du monde degrade. Nous allone eclairer la mode de l'intervention de l'auteur, c'est-dire comment il est presente dans cette oeuvre. D'abord nous avons remarque l'Imeepersonnalite et l'Impassibilite, la doctrine esthetique de Flaubert, qui avait essaye de se cacher comme Dieu dans l'oeuvre. mais malgre sa doctrine de l'objectivite, nous pouvons parfois decouvrir des expressions qui revelent l'intervention ou la subjectivite de l'auteur. Nous avons classe ces interventions de l'auteur en 5 categories comme Bruneau. ① La premiere categorie est celle des appels au lecteur〈nous〉〈vous〉. ② Nous pouvons decouvrir l'auteur qui explique, commente et interprete des personnages ou des situations. ③ Flaubert, grand admirateur de La Bruyere, s'est frequemment employe des maximes, des aphorismes et des portraits. ④ On y voit les expressions comme〈sans doute〉〈peut-etre〉pour monter la doute ou la certitude, et celles de la subjectivite〈comme〉〈sembler〉〈ressembler〉. ⑤ D'ailleurs, meme dans le cas ou l'auteur s'est completement cache, c'est facile de sentir son ironie ou son mepris sur les personnages. Son regard ironique ou satirique penetre tous les peronnages et analyse impitoyablement le fond de leurs coeurs. En conclusion, il devrait s'etre employe de l'ironie pour montrer la faillite des personnages romantiques. En fait, il a considere que l'ironie dominait la vie. Pour lui, l'ironie est a la fois le moyen pour l'art et la vision du monde. Je pourrais conclure que de cette maniere il a pu surmonter le danger du romantisme et rapporter la victoire du realisme.
