        엘리트 수영선수들의 요통장애지수와 요천추 시상면 정렬지표의 상관관계연구

        본 연구는 엘리트 수영 선수들의 요통장애지수와 요천추 시상면 정렬지표의 상관관계를 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다· 연구의 대상자는 엘리트 수영선수들(N=43, Years=19·09±2·63, Body Weight=68·07±9·33, Height=174·55±7·87, Careers=9·39±2·92, Body Mass Index=22·23±1·66, Lean Body Mass=56·34±9·33)로 선정하였다· 요통장애지수는 Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)으로 측정하였고, 요천추 시상면 정렬지표는 요추전만각(lumbar lordosis angle, LLA), 요천추각(Lumbosacral Angle, LA), 천추경사각 (Sacral Slope, SS)를 방사선 촬영을 하여 측정하였다· 요통장애지수와 요천추 시상면 정렬지표의 상관관계는 Pearson’s 상관분석을 이용하였다· 척추상해진단을 받지 않은 엘리트 수영선수들의 요통장애지수를 분석한 결과 경증에서 중등도(11·26±8·66)의 요통을 호소하는 것으로 나타났다· 요통장애지수와 요추전만각의 상관관계는 약한 음의 상관관계를 나타내었으나 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다(p=·099, r=-·255)· 요통장애지수와 요천추각의 상관관계는 뚜렷한 음의 상관관계를 나타내었으며 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다(p=·012, r=-·380)· 요통장애지수와 천추경사각의 상관관계는 아주 약한 음의 상관관계를 나타내었으며 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다(p=·570, r=-·089)· 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, 요통장애지수와 요천추각이 가장 상관관계가 높음을 알 수 있었으며, 엘리트 수영선수들의 척추상해와 정상군의 비교연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다· The purpose of this study is to determine relationship between sagittal lumbosacral alignment and Oswestry disability index in elite swimmers· The subjects of study were selected as elite swimmers(N=43, years=19·09±2·63, BW=68·07±9·33, HW=174·55±7·87, careers=9·39±2·92, BMI=22·23±1·66, LBM=56·34±9·33)· Low back pain questionnaire measured by Oswestry Disability Index(ODI), sagittal lumbosacral alignment measured Lumbar Lordosis Angle(LLA), Lumbosacral Angle(LA) and Sacral Slope(SS) by X-ray’s filming· The data was analyzed using SPSS/PC ver· 19·0· and Pearson’s corelation was used to analyze relationship between sagittal lumbosacral alignment and ODI in elite swimmers· ODI and LLA had little negative linear relationship(p=·099, r=-·255)· ODI and LA had clear negative linear relationship(p=·012, r=-·380)· ODI and SS had little negative linear relationship(p=·570, r=-·089)· In conclusion, LLA had the most relationship with ODI of elite swimmers·

        엘리트 수영 선수의 영법에 따른 요부 형태와 요통장애지수, 요부와 고관절의 관절 가동범위 및 등속성 근력의 차이

        This study was performed to identify the difference of elite swimmers style in lumbar posture and oswestry disability index, range of motion and isokinetic muscular strength of lumbar and hip joint. Career destinations seven years, the National Council of prize-winning players with freestyle(N=15), backstroke(N=8), breaststroke(N=6), butterfly(N=8), individual medley(N=9) people divided into 5 groups and the results were calculated. We measured range of motion, Lumbar posture(lateral deviation, kyphotic and lordotic angle)and isokinetic Muscular strength(60。/sec). We had investigated level of LBP of elite swimmer by using Oswestry disability index of questionnaire fomnat. The data was analyzed by using SPSS/PC ver. 17.0. and One-way ANOVA was used to analyze difference among the 5 groups by swimming styles. LSD was carried out when significant difference is appeared among groups. Significant level was p<.05. The main findings of this study were as follows; 1) Range of motion of hip joint and lumbar had significant differences only right hip joint flexion(SLR) according to groups(p=.032). 2) Hip and trunk isokinetic muscular strength had not significant difference among swimming types. The backstroke group showed that decrease lumbar extention muscular strength and lumbar muscular ratio(1:0.9). 3) Lumbar posture had not significant difference among swimming types. But lordotic angle and kyphotic angle of all group were decreased than normal range. 4) Oswestry disability index had significant difference among swimming types(p=.032). As a result, there was significant difference in ROM and ODI between the groups. ROM, isokinetic strength of hip joint and lumbar, lumbar posture, ODI had associated in LBP, so coach and trainer need to physical test for prevent LBP regularly.

        8주간 복합운동프로그램이 혈액암 환자의 신체조성, 체력, CBS, 암 관련 피로도 및 균형능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 주간 복합운동프로그램 실시가 혈액 암 환자들의 신체조성과 8 체력, 혈액세포 수, 암 관련 피로도 및 균형능력 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 본 연구의 대상자들은 혈액 암 진단을 받고 항암화학요법으로 치료를 종료하였거나, 조혈모세포이식술을 시행한 환자 19명을 대상으로 선정하여 신체조성(체중, 제지방량, 체질량지수, 체지방률), 체력은 근력(악력, 등속성근력), 유연성(좌전굴. 어깨유연성), 심폐지구력(6분 걷기검사), 균형능력(Biodex balance), 혈액변인(적혈구, 백혈구, 헤마토크릿, 헤모글로빈, 혈소판) 그리고 암 관련 피로도(Cancer related fatigue)를 설문지를 이용하여 측정하였다. 8주간 주2회의 복합운동을 적용한 결과 체지방률(p=.005), 등속성 하지근력(extensors: p<.001, flexors: p=.001), 어깨 유연성(p<.001), 좌전굴(p<.001), 심폐지구력(p<.001), 균형 감각(stage 6: p=.001, stage 9: p=.008, stage 12: p=.038) 유의한 차이가 나타났다. RBC(p=009), Hct(p<.001) 그리고 암 관련 피로도에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p=.012). 혈액암 환자의 복합운동 적용이 체지방 감소 및 체력 향상과 함께 암관련 피로의 감소를 나타냈다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 8 – weeks combined exercise program on body composition and physical fitness, complete blood counts, cancer-related fatigue and balance ability of blood cancer patients. The subjects of this study were selected from whom are diagnosed with blood cancer and treatment was terminated by chemotherapy or underwent stem cell transplantation. The selected 19 patients were measured body composition (body weight, fat mass, BMI, lean body fat percentage), physical fitness (muscle strength, isokinetic strength), flexibility (sit and reach, shoulder flexibility), cardiovascular endurance (6 minutes walking test), balance ability, CBC(RBC, WBC, Hct, Hb, Platelet) and, cancer-related fatigue was measured using questionnaires. The results of applying the combined exercise twice a week for 8 weeks are as follows. Lean body fat percentage (p=.005), isokinetic lower limb strength (extensors: p<.001, flexors: p=.001), shoulder flexibility (p<.001), sit and reach test (p<.001), cardiovascular endurance (p<.001), balance ability (stage 6: p=.001, stage 9: p =.008, stage 12: p=.038) showed significant differences. There were signifiant differences in RBC(p=.009), Hct(p<.001), and cancer-related fatigue(p=.012) was significantly decreased. This result has been shown that the application of combined exercise to patients with blood cancer reduced body fat, improved physical fitness and reduced cancer-related fatigue.

        12주간 수중 밴드 운동프로그램 참여가 여성 노인의 근력, 유연성, 우울감에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study is conducted to identify the effects of underwater resistance exercise using elastic bands on muscle strength, flexibility, and psychological depression in elderly women. Method: The subjects of the study were divided into aquatic band exercise group (n=8), aquatic exercise group (n=8), and control group (n=8). Muscle strength, flexibility, and psychological depression were measured according to participation in exercise for 12 weeks. The difference between groups was identified through the analysis of repeated measured one-way ANOVA, and the post-hoc was using LSD. Results: The results are as follows. 1. Aquatic band exercise group showed a significant difference in muscle strength at the peak torque and total work of 90°/sec knee joint flexion compared to the aquatic exercise group and control group. 2. Aquatic band exercise group showed a significant difference inflexibility compared to the aquatic exercise group and control group. 3. Aquatic band exercise group showed a significant difference in psychological depression compared to the aquatic exercise group and control group. Conclusion: In summary, Aquatic band exercises are effective in improving the muscle strength and flexibility of the elderly woman. Psychological depression is also reduced, which was found to be effective in improving the quality of life.

        해양 폴리페놀 복합음료 섭취가 역도선수들의 체간 근기능에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 해양 폴리페놀 복합 음료(Marine polyphenol mixed drinks, MPMD) 섭취가 역도선수들의 체간 근기능(Trunk muscle function, TMF)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 구명하고 경기력 향상을 위한 기초자료로 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상자는 20명의 서울 소재 K 대학교 남자 역도선수들로 진행하였으며, 집단 선정은 무작위 배정방식으로 MPMD 집단 10명, 통제 집단 10명씩 선정하였다. 사전 측정은 체성분 분석과 TMF 측정 순으로 진행하였으며, 1주일간의 휴식 후 동일한 방법으로 사후측정을 진행하였다. 사후 측정 시 MPMD집단의 경우 측정의 오류를 최소화하기 위해 체성분 분석 이후 MPMD를 섭취하고 30분의 휴식 후 TMF 측정을 실시하였다. 섭취 유무에 따른 집단 및 시기 간의 차이를 비교 분석하기 위해 이원변량 반복측정 분산분석을 실시하였으며, 모든 통계의 유의수준은 α=.05로 설정하였다. 30°/sec 체간 굽힘과 폄의 최대 우력에서 MPMD집단에서만 통계적으로 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났으며(p<.05; p<.05), 폄의 최대우력에서는 집단 및 시기에 따른 상호작용 효과에서도 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 60°/sec 체간 폄의 최대우력에서 집단 및 시기에 따른 상호작용 효과에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on how marine polyphenol mixed drinks(MPMD) intake affects the trunk muscle function(TMF) of weightlifting athletes(WA) and to improve performance. The subjects of the study were WA(N=20) from Seoul K University, and the group selection was Randomization by MPMD group(n=10) and control(no intake, CON) group(n=10). Pre-measurement was conducted in the order of body composition analysis and TMF measurement, and post-measurement was carried out in the same way after a 1 week's rest. In the case of MPMD group for post-measurement, MPMD was ingested after body composition analysis and TMF measurement was performed after 30 minutes of rest to minimize measurement error. Two-way repeated measure ANOVA was performed to compare the differences in TMF according to the presence or absence of intake between groups and time, and the significance level of all statistics set was α=.05. There was a statistically significant increase in the peak torque of 30°/sec trunk flexion and extension(p<.05; p<.05) in only the MPMD group, the peak torque of trunk extension also showed statistically significant differences in group×time interaction effects(p<.05). There was also a statistically significant difference in the effects of group×time interaction effects at the peak torque of 60°/sec trunk extension(p<.05).

        고중량 바벨 준비운동이 복싱 선수들의 근파워, 민첩성 및 협응력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 엘리트 복싱 선수들의 고중량 바벨 준비운동이 근파워, 민첩성 및 협응력에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 실시하였다. 연구 대상은 최근 1년 이내에 신체의 상해나 병력이 없고 선수 경력이 5년 이상이며, 웨이트 트레이닝을 지속적으로 실시해온 대학교 엘리트 복싱 선수중 총 21명을 대상으로 하였다. 실험 전 4분간의 유산소 운동을 공통적으로 실시한 후에 사전 측정을 실시하였고, 일주일 간격으로 2회로 나누어 검사를 실시하였다. 첫째 날에 총 21명을 무처치군(N=10)과 고중량 바벨 준비운동군(N=11)으로 임의 배정하여 진행 후 일주일 후에 반대로 무처치군(N=11)과 고중량 바벨 준비운동군(N=10)으로 진행하였다. 고중량 바벨 준비운동은 1RM의 80% 무게에 세트 사이 휴식시간 3분으로 Barbell Squat와 Barbell Bench Press를 3회 3세트 실시한 후 4분 후에 테스트를 진행하였다. Vertical-Jump test, Long-Jump test, Side-step test, T-run test 및 Sit up & Throw test를 이용하여 근파워, 민첩성 및 협응력을 측정하였다. 고중량 바벨 준비운동 적용에 따른 민첩성(T-run, Side step) 차이를 비교 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며(p<.001), 근파워(Vertical Jump, Long Jump), 협응력(Sit-up & Throw)의 집단 간 차이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 고중량 바벨 준비운동을 통해 민첩성의 단기적 향상에 효과적임이 증명되었다. This study was conducted to verify the impact of heavy-weight barbell warm-up exercise on muscle power, agility and coordination among elite boxers. The study included a total of 21 elite boxers from universities who have no physical injuries or medical history within the past year and have more than five years of experience as a player, and have continued weight training. In the experiment, the warm-up was conducted after a common four-minute aerobic exercise, and the test was conducted in two days. On the first day, a total of 21 people were randomly assigned to the Control group(N=10) and the Heavy-Weight Babell warm-up group(N=11), and a week later, the other way around, the Control group(N=11) and the Heavy-Weight Babell warm-up group(N=10). The heavy weight barbell warm-up was tested four minutes later after three sets of barbell squats and barbell bench presses were performed three times with a three-minute break between sets weighing 80% of the 1RM. Muscle power, agility, and coordination were measured using the Vertical-Jump test, Long-Jump test, Side-step test, Ability T-run test, and Situp & Throw test. Comparative analysis of the differences in agility(T-run, Side step) due to the application of high-weight barbell warm-up showed statistically significant differences(p<.001), and there was no statistically significant difference between groups of muscular power(Vertical Jump, Long Jump) and coordination(Sit-up & Throw). High weight barbell warm-up has proved effective in improving agility in the short term.

        감태(甘苔)에서 추출한 Dieckol 성분이 쥐의 인지능력에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study aimed to investigate that dieckol - isolated from Ecklonia cava - supplementation can improve cognitive ability in mice. Methods : 48-male mice(6 weeks old) were divided into four groups; High-Dieckol group(n=12), Low-Dieckol group(n=12), Placebo group(n=12), Control group(n=12) and they were administered orally 5 days per week for 4 weeks at the same time. We performed Morris water maze test, Passive avoidance test, Blood serotonin analysis. And there was examined on neurogenesis in dentate gyrus of hippocampus using 5-bromo-2`-deoxyuridine (BrdU) to label proliferating cells. Results : The results are as follows; As a Morris water maze results, Trial duration was significantly decreased in high dieckol group comparing to placebo group and control group. Distance to target was significantly decreased in high dieckol group and low dieckol group comparing to placebo group and control group. Mean speed was significantly low in high dieckol group comparing to low dieckol group, placebo group and control group. As a Passive avoidance test results, latency time was significantly long in high dieckol group comparing to low dieckol group, placebo group and control group. BrdU cell count was significantly high in high dieckol group comparing to low dieckol group, placebo group and control group. Conclusions : As a conclusion, it is considered that dieckol supplementation might improve learning and cognitive ability.
