특수체육교육 전공 대학생의 진로지원에 대한 인식과 요구 : 졸업생을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to explore the role of universities in nurturing specialists in adapted physical education by examining the recognition and support needs of college career support for graduates of Adapted physical education. For this study, graduates from the Department of adapted physical education were selected as subjects for the study, and among the subjects of the study, 2 special teachers, 2 physical education teachers, 2 administrators at disablity sports organization, 2 disablity sports instructors, and 2 adapted physical activity teacher were selected as subjects for the study. In this study, literature surveys and in-depth interviews were conducted for data collection. The data collected during the literature search process, such as academic journal papers, research reports, and government reports, were used to organize semi-structured questionnaires and interpret research results, and the data collected during the in-depth interview process were transcribed into computer files to be the basis for inductive content analysis. It was used as data. As a result of inductive content analysis, 24 semantic units, 11 subcategories, and 5 core words were finally derived. Core words related to the perception of career support for special physical education majors were lack of diversity in career support programs and lack of effectiveness of career support programs. Core words related to the demand for career support were summarized as the role of the university for career support, providing information on career and employment groups, and providing opportunities for experience-based career exploration.
