        가정과 교육에서 서비스 러닝 활성화를 위한 주생활 영역 교과목 활동 개발 및 적용

        This study develops and applies a service learning course that integrates university curriculum with the local community in housing and interior design. The results of the study are as follows. First, the service learning course of the housing and interior design was developed as a six-week lecture based on the project model with the theme of housing for the socially disadvantaged. Second, this course was implemented with faculty, students, interior designers, and service recipients to engage in activities to improve the educational environment of local child centers. Next, students engaged in the service learning course and continuously conducted reflection activities to enhance the effectiveness of learning. In reflection activities, students assessed that self-directed capabilities increased as has employing the coordination and applicability to meet identified community needs. Finally, faculty, students, and experts (including institutional experts and supervising departments) evaluated course practice and educational outcomes. Experts assessed that the course clarified course objectives, utilized various learning strategies, and showed that the structural reflection mode of learners and professors was overwhelmingly positive. The results indicated that service-learning courses enable students to integrate academic study with social work to better understand course content through direct engagements in experience learning. Furthermore, students are empowered by participation in public services that benefit service clients and consultants as students take more personal responsibility for learning.

        예비가정과교사를 위한 액티브러닝 수업 설계: 가정교육론 수업을 중심으로

        본 연구는 가정교육론 수업에서 예비 가정과교사들이 이론과 실제를 연계할 수 있도록 능동적으로 학습에 참여할 수 있는 액티브러닝으로 수업을 설계하고 효과를 분석하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 가정교육론 수업 수강자를 대상으로 개발 된 액티브러닝 수업을 2018년 3월부터 6월까지 16주에 걸쳐 실행하여 효과를 분석하였다. 먼저, 분석 단계에서는 액티브러닝과 관련된 교수학습법을 탐색하고, 대학수업에서의 액티브러닝 수업 사례들을 살펴보았다. 설계와 개발 단계에서는 액티브러닝을 적용한 가정교육론 수업을 12차시의 수업안을 설계하였다. 평가 단계에서는 학습자들의 수업성찰지를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 학습자들의 수업만족도는 학습참여에 대한 만족도가 높아졌고, 수업성찰지를 분석한 결과 예비교사로서의 학습자중심 수업, 책임감, 수업역량에 대한 관심이 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 대학수업의 수업 전문성을 향상시키기 위하여 예비교사들의 역량을 향상시킬 수있는 학습자중심의 액티브러닝 수업설계의 구현이 확산되는데 도움을 줄 수 있다고 생각된다. The purpose of this study is to design the lesson and analyze the effects of the active learning which can actively participate in the learning by linking theory and practice to the prospective Home Economics teachers. For this purpose, the active learning classes developed for the students in home school education classes were implemented for 16 weeks from March to June 2018. First, in the analysis phase, the learner - centered instructional cases in the university class were analyzed, and in the design and development stage, the competency - based home education course was developed. In the evaluation stage, the learner s class evaluation and class reflection were analyzed. As a result of the study, the analysis of the class evaluation map and the class reflection map showed that communication ability, self - directed learning ability and achievement ability as prospective Home Economics teachers improved. The implication of this study is that it can help the implementation of learner - centered instructional design which can improve the competency of prospective Home Economics teachers in order to improve the instructional specialty of university class.

        숙의를 통한 비판과학 관점의 통합 지향적 가정교과 교육과정 개발

        This study developed an integrative curriculum design plan for Home Economics through a deliberation method. This study established a research framework to integrate the deliberation models of Schwab, Walker, and Reid that inherited the intellectual tradition of curriculum deliberation along with the practical reasoning process of Brown and Paolucci from a critical science perspective. The practical research problem was formulated as “What should be done to develop a Home Economics integrative curriculum?” To address this practical research problem, deliberation with deliberators of each small, medium, and large groups was processed for the development of integrative curriculum design plans. An initial proposal was developed from small group deliberation processes. An initial proposal was examined and an alternative plan was developed from medium group deliberation processes. An alternative plan and its consequence were re-examined from large group deliberation processes. The authors finalized a proposal organized on four valued ends of self-formation, intersubjectivity, social action, and life skills. A practical problem focused integrative curriculum was developed and proposed to pursue the four valued ends. The suggested final practical problem focused curriculum demonstrates the power of Home Economics to contribute to the advancement of individuals, families, and society as well as the practical empowerment of students.

        대학에서의 메타버스 플랫폼 활용 가정과 수업 개발 및 운영 사례

        본 연구의 목적은 메타버스 플랫폼 활용 가정과 수업을 설계하고 적용하여 예비 가정과교사들의 디지털 리터러시를 향상시키는데 있다. 이를 위해 예비 가정과교사를 위한 ‘가정교재연구 및 지도법’ 수업 중 6차시를 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용한 수업으로 설계하여 적용하여 효과성을 분석하였다. 먼저 분석단계에서는 메타버스 플랫폼과 연계한 수업 가능성을 탐색하고, 대학에서 적용가능한 메타버스 플랫폼 활용수업 사례를 분석하였다. 설계와 개발 단계에서는 다양한 메타버스 플랫폼에서 가정교재연구 및 지도법 수업의 TBL, 토의수업, 문제해결수업을 운영하였다. 평가 단계에서는 수업만족도에 대한 설문조사 결과를 실시하여 사전 조사와 비교분석하였다. 연구 결과, 대부분의 학습자가 메타버스 플랫폼 활용 수업에 대해 수업 만족도가 높았고, 학습자-교수자 간 상호작용과 실제 수업사례의 실재감 부분에서 수업의 효과성이 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 다양한 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용한 가정과 수업이 개발되고 학교현장에서 적용되어 수업의 실재성을 높일 수 있는 기회로 확산되길 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to improve the digital literacy of pre-service home economics education teachers by designing and applying ‘teaching materials and methods of home economics education’ class using the Metaverse platform in virtual classes during the Covid-19 pandemic. For this purpose, six lessons of the ‘Teaching Materials and Methods of Home Economics Education’ classes were designed and applied as a class using the Metaverse platform, and the effectiveness was analyzed. In this study, three types of classes(TBL, discussion, and PBL) were developed and evaluated. The results of the study showed that most of the learners were satisfied with the classes utilizing the Metaverse platform, and the effectiveness of the classes was shown in terms of learner-instructor interaction and the realism of actual classroom cases. Based on these results, it is expected that various home economics education classes utilizing metaverse platforms will be developed and applied to school sites to increase the realism of lessons.

        플립러닝을 활용한 가정교과교육학 전공 수업의 온라인 활동 개발 및 적용

        본 연구의 목적은 가정교과교육학 전공 수업에서 플립러닝을 적용한 온라인 활동을 개발, 적용하여 평가하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2020년도 2학기 ‘가정교재연구 및 지도법’ 교과목에서 가정교육과 학생들을 대상으로 수업 전, 수업 중, 수업 후 단계에 따라 다음과 같이 수업활동을 적용하고 수업 효과와 인식을 평가하였다. 첫째, 총 6차시 수업을 단계별로 살펴보면 수업 전 활동은 사전 동영상을 제작하여 학습자들에게 제공하고 팀별 토론을 위한 환경을 설정하였다. 수업 중 활동은 학습자들이 사전학습 후 실시간 화상 수업으로 토론하고 다양한 매체로 협업할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 수업 후 활동은 교수자와 현직교사들이 학습자들의 학습과정과 활동을 관찰하여 온라인으로 피드백하고 학습결과를 공유할 수 있도록 하였다. 둘째, 온라인 수업활동을 평가하기 위해 교수·학습, 수업 효과, 학습자의 인식을 알아보았으며, 교수·학습 과정에서 학습자들은 학습의 개념과 원리를 잘 이해할 수 있었고 학습능력이 향상되었다고 나타났다. 수업 효과 및 인식에서 다양한 활동을 통해 수업에 대한 자신감과 흥미가 생겼으며, 동료들과 의견을 공유하고, 교수자와 현직교사들의 피드백을 통해 학습 내용을 보완할 수 있었다고 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 온라인 수업에 대한 요구가 높아지는 추세에서 학습자 참여와 협력을 촉진하기 위한 다양한 매체와 활동을 활용한 수업 전환에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다. This study is to evaluate the effectiveness and perception of online activity for flipped learning-based home economics curriculum for pre-service teachers. The online activities were developed, following the flipped learning steps and applied as follows for course on ‘Teaching materials & Teaching techniques of Home Economics’ in the second semester of 2020. First, for before-class activities, video instructions for students were made for prior-learning, and environment for group discussions was set up. For the in-class activities, it was set for students to discuss and collaborate through the online classes. In after-class activities, professors and teachers observed students learning processes and activities, gave them feedback online and made sure all students could share their learning results. Second, to assess the classes, teaching/learning process, effectiveness of the class and perception were examined and it showed that the classes helped students better understand the learning concepts and principles and recognized that their learning abilities were improved through specific learning activities. Furthermore, students recognized that they gained confidence and interest in classes, shared various opinions with their peers, and could supplement their learning content through feedback from professors and teachers. The researchers hope that this study contributes to the utilization of various content sources and media to enhance learner engagement and collaboration.

        가정계열 선택과목에 대한 고등학생의 요구 분석

        본 연구는 고교학점제 도입 및 차기 가정과 교육과정 개발에 발맞추어 고등학생들의 가정계열 선택과목에 대한 요구를조사하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전국 1,689명의 고등학생을 대상으로 가정계열 선택과목에 대한 요구와 성별, 학년, 가정과학 이수여부에 따른 가정계열 선택과목(각 과목별, 분야별)에 대한 차이를 분석하였다. 그 결과 가정 계열 중 식생활분야에 대한 선호가 가장 높았으며, 선호하는 수업 방식에 있어서도 식생활 분야에서는 다른 분야에 비해 실험과 실습 수업에대한 요구가 월등히 높았다. 성별 선호도의 차이에서는 가정계열 전체 분야에 걸쳐 여학생이 남학생에 비해 높은 선호를 보였으며, 학년별로는 식생활 분야에서만 3학년이 1학년보다 과목에 대한 선호가 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 또한 가정과학을 배우고 있거나배운 학생들이 가정과학을 배우지 않은 학생들에 비해 모든 분야에서 선호가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 기초로, 차기교육과정에서 가정계열 진로 선택과목 개발을 위한 심화 연구가 활발히 진행되기를 희망한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate high school students’ needs for home economics elective courses in line with the introduction of the high school credit system and the development of the next home economics curriculum. To this end, 1,689 high school students across the country were analyzed for needs of home economics elective courses (eighteen elective courses and six sub-disciplines of home economics) and differences in the needs of home economics elective courses based on gender, grade levels, and completion of home economics science subject. The research results were as follows. Among the six sub-disciplines, the preference for ‘dietary life’ was the highest, and in terms of teaching types, experiment and practice class had significantly higher preference in ‘dietary life’ than other sub-disciplines. Girls showed higher preferences for home economics elective courses than boys, and the third graders showed significantly higher preferences only for the ‘dietary life’ sub-discipline than the first graders. High school students who are learning or have learned the home economics science subject showed higher preference for home economics elective courses in all the sub-disciplines than those who have not learned it. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested for the national curriculum development that further researches should be actively carried out to develop home economics career elective subjects.

        키워드 네트워크 분석을 통한 사범대학 가정교육과 교육과정 분석

        본 연구는 우리나라 사범대학의 가정교육과 교육과정과 382개의 교수요목에 포함된 내용을 키워드 네트워크 방식을 통해 특성을 파악하고 세부 분야별 상관성을 분석하였다. 총 11개 대학의 가정교육과 교육과정과 382개의 교수요목을 분석하기 위해 Krword 프로그램을 활용하여 키워드 출현 빈도를 분석하고, 키워드 간의 연결 정도와 다양한 중심성 척도를 시각화하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체 교수요목을 분석한 결과는 가족, 중등학교, 의복, 식품, 소비자, 디자인 등 다양한 분야를 나타내는 키워드들이 골고루 나타났으며 ‘방법’, ‘실제’, ‘변화’, ‘원리’ 등과 같은 교수법 및 수업 방식에 관한 키워드가 높은 연결 정도와 중심성 지표를 나타냈다. 둘째, 세부 분야별 분석에서 영역별 핵심키워드가 나타났으며, 키워드들의 주제는 학문기반의 핵심키워드를 반영하고 있었다. 본 연구는 가정교육과 교육과정에서 미래지향적이고 융합적인 교육내용을 다룰 수 있는 교육과정으로 전환하는 것에 기여하는데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of the contents included in the curriculum and 382 syllabi of the department of home economics education of College of Education in Korea and analyze the correlation by detailed area through the keyword network method. In order to analyze the home economics education curriculum and 382 syllabuses of a total of 11 universities, the frequency of keyword occurrence was analyzed using the KrKwic program, also the degree of connection between keywords and various centrality scales were calculated and visualized. The results of this study were as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the entire syllabi, keywords representing various fields such as family, secondary school, clothing, food, consumer, and design appeared evenly, and keywords related to teaching methods such as ‘method’, ‘practice’, ‘change’, and ‘principle’ were appeared. Those keywords showed high degree of connection and centrality. Second, in the detailed sectoral analysis, core keywords for each area appeared, and each subject were found to reflect the core keywords of the academic base. This study contributes to the conversion of curriculum of the department of home economics education to future-oriented and convergent curriculum.

      • 거주자가 요구하는 욕실의 개선 요소

        This study surveyed the residents’ evaluation on the bathroom space being recently specialized among apartments with brand. Given that the survey through questionnaire focused on a number of objects is hard to collect the differentiated opinions due to its statistic characteristic, this Study chose a research method to re-classify key words through the qualitative analysis on free opinions on general items regarding the bathroom. The contents of analysis on opinions were divided into general factor and environmental one and were arranged to inconvenient items and proposed ones after analyzing on them in detail again. This Study surveyed the residents in the apartments with the best 5 brands constructed after 2000 and they were requested to present freely the opinions about the bathroom. The survey was conducted through questionnaires by internet and the totally collected 116 subjective questionnaires were analyzed with being divided into inconvenient items and proposed ones. Comparing both of the inconvenient items and the proposed ones on the general factors of the bathroom, even though there were lots of inconvenient items on the bathroom area, the survey showed characteristic that there was no concretely proposed item. The survey showed the inconvenient items regarding breadth, height and hygiene condition in all of toilet stool, basin, bathtub and shower booth, and, as for the proposed items, there were more proposals regarding the advanced system such as whirlpool bathtub, water pressure massager and beauty system rather than the improvements regarding installation. Comparing the inconvenient items and the proposed ones on the bathroom environment, while there were lots of inconvenient items on the physical environment within the bathroom, as for the proposed items, there were more opinions regarding psychological environment for bathroom atmosphere and relaxation. Accordingly, it is thought that the residents have the burden on the construction in solving directly the physical environment and want to move towards convenient and high-class atmosphere using the words, such as comfort, neat, practical and restful, regarding the proposed items. As mentioned above, the factors related to the inconvenient and the proposed items felt by the residents were shown much differently each other. The residents showed lost of physically inconvenient items on height and breadth of the bathroom and, at the same time, did the burden to the existing bathroom remodeling which have already been planned. Yet, it is shown that they had a strong desire for the ideal bathroom image and have prepared to choose it. So it is expected that, if the spatial design of bathroom would be positively considered in the side of suppler on the basement of this analysis on the resident-oriented bathroom space and life, which has been studied so far, it can satisfy both the residents and the suppliers.
