체육멘토링 봉사프로그램의 교육적 이슈와 딜레마

본 연구는 연구자가 지난 1년간 운영한 체육멘토링 봉사프로그램 경험을 1인칭 주인공 시점으로 교육적 이슈와 딜레마를 이야기함으로써 배움(學), 가르침(敎), 그리고 나눔(共)의 과정을 통해 회고적으로 탐색하는 데목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 1999년 수도권 소재 K중학교에서 교직을 시작으로 현재 S고등학교에서 15년째 체육교사로 근무하고 있는 연구자 자신과 고등학생 멘토 10명, 초등학생 멘티 10명이다. 자료수집은 2012년3월부터 2013년 2월까지 본교의 체육멘토링 봉사프로그램에 참여한 멘토와 멘티 학생들과 연구자 자신의 자기회상자료, 참여관찰, 연구일지, 심층면담, 사진 등이 이용되었다. 수집된 자료는 수시로 읽고 자주 언급된 내용과 인상적 내용들을 발췌하여 분석과 재해석을 하였다. 연구결과는 저자가 직접 경험한 교육적 이슈와 딜레마를 ``배움(學)`, ``가르침(敎)`, ``나눔(共)`의 과정을 통해 회고적으로 이야기하였다. 멘토들은 ``배움`의 과정을 통해 교사의 역할을 경험하면서 남을 가르치는 것이 어렵다는 사실을 인식하게 되었다. ``가르침`의 과정에서는 체육실기지도 법 수업을 통해 교수법과 교과내용 지식을 습득하고 멘티 학생들에게 자신의 재능을 기부함으로써 멘토링의 참된 가르침을 실천 하였다. ``나눔`의 과정에서는 멘토링 경험이 지역사회와 함께 살아가는 마음을 갖게 만들고 재능기부의 보람을 느끼게 하였다. 결론적으로 효과적인 체육멘토링 봉사프로그램의 실천은 지역사회와 더불어 살아갈 수 있는 민주시민 정신을 함양하고, 다양한 학교급에서 일반화 할 수 있는 모범사례가 될 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to analysis exploratory on experiences of physical education mentoring volunteering program and to understand operated P.E. teacher`s experiences and emotions and to serve practical knowledge in high school field for last 1 year. The subjects for this study was me who have been teaching P.E. class since 1999 and 10 high school students(mentor) and 10 elementary school students(mentee). Data collection was lasted for 2012. 3 to2013 1 for 1 year. I have been used self-reflection data, participant observation, research journals, and in-depth interviews, photos. I often read the collected data over and over and reanalysis the data. The results of the study showed that there are three themes, one was study, second was teaching and third was sharing. First of all, mentor thought that teaching is very difficult for teacher`s roles. Second, In the process of teaching, mentors practiced their own teaching talent by me in the physical education sport instruction class about teaching method and content knowledge. In the process of sharing, mentor recognized that experiences of mentoring made them having sharing with community and felt that worth of talent donations. Overall, effective P.E. mentoring volunteering program give students to live in the community with civic and expect to suggestion in the several school classes to generalize on P.E. mentoring volunteering program.

내용발달이 초등학생의 수영 기능학습과 정보기억량에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 점진적이고 체계적인 내용발달이 초등학생의 평영 기능 학습과정보기억량에 미치는 영향을 밝히는 것이다. 연구대상은 A도시 스포츠 센터에 등록한 70명의 초등학생들이다. 연구 기간은 2015년 9월부터 12월까지이며, 실험 처치는 1주일에 두 번씩 4주 동안 총 8회 수업을 실시하였다. 조사도구는 집단별 행동 분석을 위해 Kruskal Wallis Nonparametric test와 성별 비교를 위해 Mann Whitney test가 사용되었다. 연구 결과 첫째, 수영 기능학습은 내용발달 집단이 전통집단에 비해 높은 향상도를 보였다. 둘째, 정보기억량은 내용발달집단이 전통집단에 비해 높은 향상도를 보였다. 결론적으로 평영 기능 학습에서 내용발달을 통한 교수-학습방법이 운동 기능 및 정보기억량을 향상시킬 수 있다는 사실을 입증되었다. 따라서 체육수업에서 내용발달의 적극적인 활용이 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of progressive and systematic content development on elementary school students breast function learning and information memory. The subjects of the study were 70 elementary school students enrolled in the A City Sports Center. The study period was from September to December 2015, and the experiment was conducted eight times a week for four weeks twice a week. Kruskal Wallis Nonparametric test was used for group behavior analysis and Mann Whitney test was used for gender comparison. The results of this study were as follows: First, swimming skill learning showed higher improvement in content development group than traditional group. Second, the information memory showed higher improvement than the traditional group. In conclusion, it has been proven that teaching-learning method through content development can improve exercise function and information memory in breast function learning. Therefore, active use of content development is required in physical education class.

중학생이 바라본 학교스포츠클럽 활동의 교육적 가치 탐색

본 연구는 중학교 교육과정 내 창의적 체험활동 중 스포츠동아리 활동으로 운영되고 있는 학교스포츠클럽활동에 대하여 중학생들이 바라본 교육적 가치를 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구참여자는 수도권 소재 중학교에서 학교스포츠클럽 활동에 참여하고 있는 2, 3학년 학생 6명을 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 학기 중(4∼6월) 3회의 심층면담을 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 Spradley(1979)가 제안한 영역분석과 분류분석 방법으로 실시하였다. 연구의 진실성은 구성원 간 검토와 동료 점검을 통해 확보하였다. 연구 결과는 ‘학습과제활동 경험의 가치’와 ‘지도자의 전문성에 대한 가치’로 도출되었다. 구체적으로는 학습과제 활동 경험의 가치에서는 다양한 활동에서 나만의 능력 찾기, 게임의 전략과 전술 이해하기, ‘남녀학생 우정 다지기’등으로 분석되었다. ‘지도자의 전문성’에 대한 교육적 가치는 ‘정확한 시범과 피드백 제공’, ‘수업운영의 확고한 신념’, ‘학생의 마음 이해하기’, ‘상담을 통한 고민 해결’등으로 분석되었다. 연구 결과를 종합해보면, 교과의 목적에 따른 수업운영과 지도자의 전문성을 향상시키기 위한 방안들을 선행연구를 토대로 논의하였으며, 학교스포츠클럽 활동이 교과활동으로서 가치를 높이기 위한 수업 방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore educational values of School Sports Club experience on the middle school students. Subjects for this study were six middle school students who joined the sport club activities in the metropolitan area. Data collection was committed based on in-depth interview of middle school students. Collected data were analyzed using domain analysis and taxonomic analysis proposed by Spradley(1979). Member check and peer review were conducted for reliability. The results of this study were classified into two domains. Value of learning experience’and ‘understanding the strategies and tactics of the game’were inductively determined by data analysis. In the values of learning experience, finding one’s own ability from various activities’and ‘forming a friendship between male and female students through team activity’were most valuable experiences in sport club activities. An accurate demonstration and feedback’, ‘firm believes of class management’, ‘deep consideration for students’, and ‘counselling career’were related to the value of instructors’ expertise. This study provided some valuable information for the following research on the issues of school sports club and special activities.

내용발달이 고교생의 배드민턴 하이클리어 기능학습에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 점진적인 내용발달이 고등학생들의 배드민턴 하이클리어 기능 학습에 미치는 영향을 밝히는 데 있었다. 본 연구의 연구대상자는 G도시와 J도시에 소재하고 있는 고등학교 2학년 6개 학급에서 총 147명의 학생들이었다. 하이클리어 의 정확도와 동작 분석을 통해 집단별 학업성취도를 확인하였다. 배드민턴 하이클리어 정확도 분석을 위하여 One-way ANOVA와 t-검증이 이용되었고 집단별 동작의 질적 분석을 위하여 Mann Whitney가 이용되었다. 본 연구결과 내용발달집단이 전 통교수집단과 통제집단에 비해 하이클리어 정확도에서 높은 학업성취도를 보였다. 동작 수행의 질적 분석 결과에서도 내용발달집단이 다른 집단보다 하이클리어 동작 수행의 질적인 면에서 바람직한 동작을 수행한 것으로 나타났다. 기능수준별 비교에 서는 내용발달집단의 학생들이 전통교수집단의 학생들보다 높은 향상도를 보였다. 특히 내용발달집단의 하기능 학생들이 운동기능의 학업성취도가 크게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 배드민턴 하이클리어 기능 학습시 내용발달을 적절히 전개할 때 보다 효과적인 지도를 할 수 있다는 사실을 증명해주고 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of content development on high school students’ badminton high clear skill learning. The subjects for this study were 6 classes(11th grade, n=147) in three groups from two high schools. Subjects were randomly assigned to one of the different treatment groups: the content development group, the traditional teaching group, and the control group. Learning achievement test was analysed to behavior analysing and high clear accuracy. In order to test learning achievement, an analysis of physical movement quality and accuracy of high clear skill was tested. One-way ANOVA, t-test, Mann-Whitney and test were all used in this study. The results of this study revealed that among the content development group, the traditional teaching group, and the control group, the content development group’s high clear accuracy was significantly higher than the other groups and their quality of movement performance was also the highest. In conclusion, when we provide proper content development in our classes, our teaching skill will also improve badminton high clear skills.
